27/01/2026: We were very disappointed. The unheated room was freezing. We ate with our coats on. The menu didn't match the price. €18 was far too expensive for what was offered: soup, a salad with three leaves and a sliver of ham, and some industrial-looking pâté and garlic sausage. As for the main course, it was just a pork chop and a spoonful of mashed potatoes. I do not recommend this place.

10/03/2026: We hadn't been for a while. But nothing has changed! Sunday's birthday meal was, as always, exceptional! Most of us chose the Périgord porcini mushroom omelet, which was perfect, followed by the always popular Brouchaud trout, before the magnificently executed chocolate dessert. Everything is homemade, without any fuss, but so delicious: a real treat from start to finish with genuine local produce. Our sincere congratulations and thanks.

18/09/2025: A wonderful place, which you really don't want to reveal, in terms of ambiance, the wonderful swimming right outside, and the trees to sit under. Friendly people, everyone! We've eaten there several times and are very pleased with the ice cream and the salmon trout dish. The fries are a disappointment. Limp and greasy, not crispy. Perhaps the grease isn't hot enough?

22/03/2026: Honestly, out of season, we were delighted to find a restaurant. It's expensive for a crepe, but oh well, the service was friendly nonetheless. Out of season, it's worth it!

25/03/2026: Warning: Danger! My husband nearly choked on a metal piece in his rice pudding (photos available) after purchasing one of their canned products from a Locker store in another region. While this may be an isolated incident, it is still unacceptable.

27/12/2025: Christmas Eve: A refined and welcoming atmosphere. Impeccable service. The menu: sophisticated, refined, elegant, and absolutely wonderful. The quality of the ingredients is beautifully showcased by the chef and his team. Special mention goes to the duck breast Wellington. It was well worth the 1 hour and 15 minute drive!

We're used to dining at fine restaurants, some of which have multiple Michelin stars, but the welcome we received from the Eléonore team was undoubtedly one of the best we've received so far (whether on site upon our arrival, by phone for the reservation in advance, and of course during our meal). Thanks to the entire team, we celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary successfully, and we'll remember our evening for a long time to come. The meal was a real success (with a vegetarian option available), and we'll remember the trio of crème brûlées as a lasting impression! A huge thank you for this memorable experience. 18/04/2026: We received a very warm welcome. The dishes offered were varied and frankly delicious. The service (provided by a young trainee) was quick and the plates were beautifully presented. The staff were very attentive and pleasant. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment for a wonderful meal that will leave a lasting impression.

24/03/2026: Very clean hotel. The rooms are well soundproofed and the beds are comfortable. The meal consisted of a classic three-course meal (starter, main, dessert), but generous portions and very good. Breakfast was served at the table. Good value for money and, most importantly, open this season.

03/02/2026: Hotel bar restaurant in the center of the village. Concerts every month! A very good atmosphere. The restaurant is top-notch, superb value for money, congratulations to the chef! And always with a smile from the owners.

28/02/2026: An incredible restaurant in the heart of the countryside, delicious food at a very good price, and if you'd like to share a unique experience, you can try one of their two escape games with family or friends – a real success! The Auberge le Pauly restaurant is run by a passionate couple, a model of organization, coordination, and good humor.
