15/09/2024: Let us salute the performance of offering a menu certainly without frills, but very complete: soup, starter, main course, dessert (or cheese), and 25cl of wine, all included for €16 and in generous portions. Aperitifs are €3, or even just €2 for punch! The pricing effort deserves the total score of 5/5. Point of improvement: remember to ask for the meat to be cooked (my partner likes it blue and it was served medium rare, cooked by default, we didn't think to ask, surprised by the speed of the service).

06/09/2024: We've been coming for years. I have never eaten the same thing twice. It's delicious and inexpensive. You pay 18 euros for the soup, a starter, a main course, dessert, wine and coffee. The boss, chef, will take you on a journey through your taste buds. Always a lot of people. Always a pleasure. See you soon.

08/09/2024: Située à un quart d'heure de Sarlat, cette ferme auberge présente un superbe ensemble de bâtiments dans un très agréable cadre champêtre. Arrivés en groupe d'une dizaine d'amis, nous y avons été chaleureusement accueillis et y avons passé deux nuits fort bien installés dans des chambres très propres et confortables. Petits déjeuners et dîners, copieux, diversifiés et fort savoureux, ont eux aussi été très appréciés et nous ont permis de goûter aux excellents produits de la ferme. Nous avons pu acheter sur place, dans un pittoresque magasin, toutes ces préparations de qualité et avons quitté le domaine à regrets. Superbe exploitation que nous ne pouvons que recommander !!.

24/08/2024: Très bon repas local avec des produits maison. Quantités largement suffisantes même pour de très bons mangeurs. Personnel très sympathique et aux petits soins. Du plus jeune au plus âgé, tous sont très agréables et compétents. Agréable moment passé dans un cadre et une ambiance très sympathiques. Nous recommandons cette ferme auberge !

22/09/2024: If you ever want to order cold drinks after a hot summer day, it's simply impossible... Yes yes from 6 p.m. the staff will tell you (without further explanation) that the drinks service is no longer available, on a Saturday, at 6:15 p.m., in the city center... The comedy of this situation! It's something to laugh about but I understand that my two poor drinks were not tempting enough to increase the turnover at the end of the day. Probably lazy on the part of the staff to have to go get two drinks and collect 15 poor euros... The terrace was almost full of people who, like us, were drinking drinks, and the funny thing is that when we came back 30 minutes later, there were no people inside or out. Obviously drinkers are turned away from this establishment like at the entrance to a nightclub, in 20 years and even in larger cities I have never seen or heard this excuse. Having asked people in the industry, they have never heard that too 😂 In short, if you are going to drink at this address, move on.

27/08/2024: Very pleasant half-board stay. Very warm welcome. The managers and their team provide impeccable service. Ideal location for day trips, and central in the town of Brantôme. The breakfasts (hearty) and the hearty meals too (quality local specialties), are served, among other things, by the managers with professionalism and a touch of very appreciable humor. Room/bathroom well equipped and very clean. Book with your eyes closed!

16/09/2024: Un très beau restaurant. Le personnel et le service sont parfaits. Les plats sont raffinés. Une belle présentation qui nous donne envie de les déguster. À faire !

13/09/2024: Nous avons pour la première fois depuis des années sur Sarlat franchi la porte de ce bel établissement perché sur les hauteurs de la ville . Malheureusement cette soirée était accompagnée d'un fort orage ce qui nous a pas permis de profiter de la splendide terrasse et sa vue spectaculaire. Le repas fût donc servi dans la grande et jolie salle .Les plats choisis sur la carte , on tous été d'une excellente qualité , finesse dans la présentation , et produits frais de cette belle région gastronomique . Le service excellent , le seul petit désagrément fût le brouhaha important compte tenu du nombre de personnes , et la chaleur , la clim n'ayant pas été mise en route . Espérons que la prochaine fois on pourra déjeuné sur la terrasse .

12/08/2024: Absolutely charming restaurant, you will be welcomed by two nice ladies who are alone for the service including Françoise who concocts her little dishes, the wait may seem long but it is largely justified. You feel like home, the food is delicious and warm. Duck crickets are absolutely superb. We highly recommend!!
