03/08/2024: Een beetje verborgen ligt dit mooie hotel met heel goed restaurant aan de oevers van de rivier de Dordogne. Het is maar 30 minuten rijden vanwaar wij wonen maar kwamen er bij toeval terecht.
Het restaurant serveert mooie en smakelijk bereide gerechten. We hebben ervan genoten. Mooie lokale gerechten en heel fijne bediening. Eenmaal gevonden gaan wij zeker vaker daarnaartoe.

18/09/2024: Insanely expensive and I doubt anywhere else in Périgueux would fleece you like this. We hadn’t looked at the prices when we ordered our cognacs. That was our mistake. They were tiny and not even VSOP, but we were charged €29 for two. For this, together with a very indifferent apple tarte, we were billed almost €40. Contrast that with the dinner we’d had just before at Chez Fred. Champagne, beer, glass of white wine, jug of excellent red wine, superb steak Rossini, enormous beautifully cooked hake and a complimentary starter of pork for €88. No wonder place was almost empty. Lesson Learnt. Never again. Avoid.
15/09/2024: Venue boire un verre et manger un bout avec des amis, la serveuse du nom de safia lançait des regards menaçants car elle connaissait une de mes amies. De plus un mojito sans menthe et sans paille… service à revoir

25/08/2024: Very warm welcome and the hoteliers are concerned about the well-being of customers. We spent 3 nights in a relaxing setting. The advice for visiting the region is relevant and we had the opportunity to eat in the evening at very affordable prices. We can only recommend this establishment and we will come back with pleasure.

27/08/2024: What charm this old post house has! Very pretty park where it is nice to relax by the swimming pool or have breakfast, close access to the river completes this idyllic setting.
20/08/2024: Very nice hotel, quiet environment, small room and bathroom. Welcoming staff, good breakfast. It’s a shame that the swimming pool is only accessible from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. and that breakfast is only served at 8 or 9 a.m.

27/08/2024: Je recommande, un délice, tarifs abordables et quantité dans l'assiette.
Le service est de qualité aussi, nous sommes venus avec un bébé d'un an et demi, ils se sont adaptés à nos demandes pour notre fils (menu, réhausseur, verre en plastique), ça fait plaisir. Pas beaucoup d'attente entre les plats.
C'est une vraie bonne adresse, allez y les yeux fermés!

01/09/2024: We were made very welcome as always. Dinner was served on the terrace, the season permitting. We were able to come with our little dog, who stayed quietly under the table. The meal was excellent (thanks to the chef).
