21/08/2024: The place is very pleasant, the food products offered are of very good quality, just that the presentation and taste are very simplistic, obviously, this is only our opinion....

04/12/2024: Avoid avoid avoid! Had to leave after 1 hour and did not stay at this property. Nothing positive, do not book! Our room was in a separate building opposite the hotel in a public car park. The room was infested with bugs. We removed a number of these bugs and more and more kept coming. We reported this to hotel staff who turned up with a brush to remove some. But more kept coming. We asked to move rooms to the main hotel, but the staff offered a room in the same infested building. If we wanted to stay in the hotel, we would have to pay nearly €200 more. The staff were very rude, stormed off back to the hotel when we said we didn't want to pay extra for moving out of their dirty, unhealthy and unsafe infested room. Although we had only been there 1-2 hours, the staff refused to cancel our booking without fees. I have been charged full price for a room I didn't stay in and was unsafe. Do not stay here!!!!

07/11/2024: Un nom ronflant « Normandin entouré de ses petites pommes de terre et de haricots beurre »… en gros dans l’assiette, une boule de chair à saucisse avec une poignée d’haricots beurre en boîte, plein de fils… bref pas bon du tout. Et c’est même honteux de servir une chose pareille!

14/12/2024: Muito bom restaurante. Local lindo, situado dentro da cidade antiga, numa casa maravilhosa com um jardim incrível. Comida caprichada, muito saborosa servida com gentileza, diligência e impecável. Ambiente familiar. Noite muito agradável!

12/12/2024: Nous avons eu la chance de déjeuner en extérieur dans ce magnifique espace tranquille, en plein cœur de la ville. Les plats sont en parfaite harmonie avec l’environnement : à la fois fins, raffinés, goûteux et très bien présentés. Le menu du midi se situe dans la fourchette des prix des menus servis partout en ville, mais ici, il est un peu plus original et travaillé, tant dans la présentation que dans les saveurs. Le service est irréprochable, autant dans les compétences que dans les attitudes et les échanges ! Tout est réuni pour passer un excellent moment.

04/09/2024: We dined in this restaurant on the recommendation of one of their colleagues, the setting is very pleasant, the dish is correct just for the vegetarian aioli, removing 1€ compared to those with meat or fish does not seem to me to be a good one value for money. The chef was very friendly, and made sure everyone was served properly, all by himself! Well done ! It’s a shame that the waitress was so cold and academic in her way of approaching the customer, but there was also a young waiter who was very attentive.

21/08/2024: We had a great time at the hotel restaurant. The outdoor terrace offers a very pleasant setting, the service is impeccable, full of little touches, the cuisine is fine and tasty. All for a reasonable price, we will come back with pleasure!

23/09/2024: What a lovely, pleasant stay! Pleasure to Discover or rather revisit Brantôme on foot from the hotel. The bosses are very present, friendly and attentive. THANKS.

27/08/2024: Very pleasant half-board stay. Very warm welcome. The managers and their team provide impeccable service. Ideal location for day trips, and central in the town of Brantôme. The breakfasts (hearty) and the hearty meals too (quality local specialties), are served, among other things, by the managers with professionalism and a touch of very appreciable humor. Room/bathroom well equipped and very clean. Book with your eyes closed!

31/08/2024: I rarely leave reviews but I had to because the staff and the dinner were remarkable. We spent a pleasant evening with a little 2 year old. It's not always easy to stay at the table but the gentleman was happy. 'remarkable kindness and understanding... I recommend this address we will come back with pleasure

09/11/2024: What a pity!!! Big disappointment for everyone if you take the butcher's cut... More nerves than meat... as a starter goat's cheese salad with lime and honey... taost of sandwich bread and goat's cheese log... accompanied by a good seasonal cucumber. Dessert: rather nice gourmet coffee, until the moment... surprise!!! an eyelash!!! Doesn't deserve the 4.5 ́ rating.... In short, a nice scam that cost us €75 for both of us with an extra grain/fries perfume on our clothes... As for the service, nothing to say, poor thing it's not her fault if in the kitchen it shits in the glue
