From the consistently perfect welcome to the warm and inviting atmosphere inside and the wonderful terrace overlooking the beautiful Place d'Eymet, not to mention the varied, gourmet, and generous menu featuring delicious dishes where the galette, savory or sweet, takes center stage: I wholeheartedly recommend the house specialty: the "Maison d'Amour" galette, a pure delight! A high level of professionalism at every level. The owner has an excellent knowledge of the dishes, cheeses, and wines. A true delight and pure bliss. We recommend it 100%.

28/08/2026: An incredible place!!! We had a fantastic time. The escape game had the most beautiful sets I've ever seen in all the escape games I've done. The stories are really great! The restaurant is also top-notch: we ate very well. And the service… What can I say? Incredible!!! The staff were extremely kind, from the two managers to the person in the dining room. Absolutely nothing to complain about, everything was perfect!! An experience I 100% recommend! ❤️

Simplicity and kindness are the order of the day. The cuisine is home-style, which is exactly what we look for when we visit a farm inn—the kind of food our grandparents used to make. Sharing a piece of their local heritage. No frills, no assembly-line service, no glitz, just authenticity and flavor. You can choose between goose or duck, knowing that the two are completely different in terms of taste. For dessert, the walnut cream is a real taste sensation. The coffee is truly excellent. 13/09/2026: We discovered this place by chance. We were heading to Dax and stopped for lunch. We hadn't made a reservation, but they made room for us. What can I say? They were absolutely excellent. The menu was perfect. The surroundings are magnificent. Peace and quiet were guaranteed.

For the past year, La Chartreuse has been with us every step of the way, helping us choose the menu, the wines, and organizing everything. The big day was on June 6th, with exclusive use of the estate so our guests could extend the celebration. This weekend was unforgettable for everyone, from the planning to the culinary delights. Everything was wonderful, from the cocktail hour to the meal, and even breakfast. Thank you to Jean Twari and his team for the culinary creations, thank you to Marina Arfeuille for the organization and her support, thank you to Pauline Lavignerie and Bastien for the service in the rooms. Thank you to the entire team at La Chartreuse. For a truly unique and unforgettable experience, I highly recommend this estate; it's simply perfect.
