11/05/2026: A truly magnificent place, peaceful and with a beautiful atmosphere. The view is breathtaking and relaxing. The staff and owner are charming, as is the masseuse who gives excellent massages. We had dinner and breakfast there, both of which were perfect (succulent sweetbreads, trout, etc.). Nothing to add except to let yourself be carried away by the charm and tranquility of the house.

29/04/2026: A remarkable location, seemingly lost in the middle of nowhere, which is part of its charm. Excellent food. Professional, attentive, helpful, and always considerate staff. Spacious room with excellent bedding. We will be back.

26/04/2026: New owners have created a lovely relaxed atmosphere with a great selection of beers and wines and some interesting plates but also a good choice of simple bar food, planche and snacks. Perfect!

12/05/2026: The manor is a magical place, secluded from the world, ideal for recharging your batteries. You'll be soothed by the beauty of the surroundings. The rooms have character, the bedding and pillows are very comfortable, the staff is very welcoming, and the breakfast is of superb quality, from still-warm bread to pastries, not to mention cherry jam or the excellent fresh fruit salad, as well as the many cheeses—a delight served in the beautiful dining room of the gourmet restaurant in front of the fireplace—a truly blissful experience. (To complete this moment, all that's missing is a minibar and a coffee machine in the room, and after a day of walking, a larger television would be welcome, as well as a bar to enjoy the magnificent views outside.) It's truly the perfect place to enjoy this magnificent region 😍

02/05/2026: We had a wonderful time at the Auberge! We went on the recommendation of friends and it truly is a superb place, just the kind we love. The owner is down-to-earth and unpretentious, and he enjoys offering simple, delicious food made with his own produce. This kind of place really deserves to be a heritage site. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves; the soup brought back so many childhood memories of eating at my grandmothers' house. And I've never eaten such good duck! All the products were of exceptional quality. I highly recommend this place if you're ever in the Périgord region! It's the kind of place where you're happy to give a generous tip.
