Not to mention the warm welcome, smiles, and generosity of his wife, Isabelle, who also guided us throughout this culinary journey. There are no two concepts quite like this one. Special mention for the non-alcoholic food and drink pairings! Long live BLISSS!

BLISS is an extraordinary experience, a unique concept… presented as a kind of enigma, Chef Anthony and his wife Isabelle welcome you to a beautiful, refined space, decorated with care. The cuisine is marvelous, with wonderful flavor combinations and beautifully presented dishes on exquisite tableware 😍 everything is simply perfect in a convivial atmosphere. We spent a little moment of pure bliss. The menu was paired with wines that we discovered and that took us on a journey. Bravo to you both, we can't wait to see you again. Agnès & Patrick

20/02/2026: Where to begin to describe the magical moment I spent at this establishment? Because yes, it was an experience, not just a simple meal! The light show and ambiance were delightful. Thank you to the staff, especially the kitchen: the ingredients were high quality and perfectly prepared. Thank you also to the front-of-house staff for their service and cheerful atmosphere. I wholeheartedly recommend it and will definitely add this address to my list in Bordeaux.

04/03/2026: This Wednesday, March 4th, we enjoyed a wonderful family lunch at an exceptional table. The lunch menu is varied and offers something to please even the most discerning palates. There's also a fine wine list and a comprehensive selection of wines by the glass. Excellent value for money!

03/03/2026: I stopped by to buy a takeaway pizza a few days ago, and besides the fact that it was delicious, the warm welcome and friendliness of the owner and his staff encouraged me to come back for a meal. I wasn't disappointed for a second. The decor is elegant, the service exemplary, and the dishes (pizza for my wife and scallop risotto for me) were very generous and truly excellent. I also couldn't resist trying the trompe-l'œil pod cake, and it was a real treat! 😋😋😋 I'll gladly return to try other specialties! 🤗🤗🤗

05/09/2024: La Cabane Océane doesn't look like much at first glance...and yet it has an original decor, the food is delicious, they are the best burgers we've ever had and the staff is very friendly! We went back several times during our stay: a good address!

For a very small wedding, we were treated like royalty at this establishment, even though we hadn't even mentioned the happy event that had brought us there. The manager and his team provided us with a special experience of high-quality food, in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. The service was impeccable and attentive. Everything was delicious, unexpected, surprising, exotic... All four of us loved this lunch and this happy time spent at Paradoxe, memories of which we will cherish for a long time. Thank you to the entire team; we will be back with great pleasure!

29/11/2025: We'd been wanting to try this restaurant for ages! I don't know why we didn't make the time sooner?! What a wonderful discovery! A warm and inviting atmosphere, impeccable and welcoming service, and sophisticated and delicious cuisine. 5 stars for the red mullet fillet and the "Tarte of the Five Senses," the house specialty for the past 10 years, and now we know why 🤩. We'll definitely be back!
