21/07/2026: For years I'd walked past this restaurant without really knowing what to make of the name. There were three of us on Monday, and I made a reservation... what can I say? Impeccable in every way. The place, a true neighborhood restaurant. The welcome, friendly and warm. The dishes on offer, nothing to complain about. The buffets, nothing to complain about. The bill, nothing to complain about. In short: I highly recommend it, go for it!

11/03/2026: Family meal for our little girl Kelly's birthday. We appreciated the very cozy setting and relaxed atmosphere, which sometimes encouraged us to talk a little too loudly, leading to some awkwardness at the end of the evening. The wide selection of dishes, served quickly, allowed everyone to find something they liked. In conclusion: a lively place where you feel comfortable.

20/07/2026: Lunch for two, Saturday, July 18th! Excellent service! The staff was very attentive! The waitresses were very friendly and took careful note of our requests (vegetable penne with LOTS of vegetables 😉), and the pavlova without caramel sauce. Everything was perfect! Don't change a thing!

The food was fresh and of excellent quality, enhanced by the chef and his entire team. We would be delighted to return, perhaps in the evening, to explore the menu more thoroughly. 20/05/2026: An exceptional starter: beef tartare with horseradish mayonnaise and a Gillardeau oyster. A real treat. And everything else was just as good and meticulously prepared. The dishes, the desserts, the service—everything was impeccable.

08/08/2026: Trendy bistro in old town. Very good food choice in a modern brasserie style. Good wine selection. Outdoor seating in an outside nook of the church across the road is a bit rustic but works well. Attentive service. Thoroughly recommend.

16/08/2026: The sea bream was very good, served with rice. However, the mussels were very small, which was a bit disappointing, as were the portions of fries. The service was still satisfactory, though, and the atmosphere was neutral.

The mussels were delicious, especially the fisherman's mussels (I highly recommend them!), and the service was brilliant! Two very friendly and energetic waitresses (Clarysse and Sarah). 28/06/2026: The medieval castle, surrounded by vineyards, offers a unique setting that blends architectural heritage with natural beauty. The visit is very well organized: tours of the castle and vineyards, clear explanations of winemaking, and tastings that allow you to discover elegant and balanced wines. Lunch is also available on-site.

04/08/2026: To celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary, we booked five places using a voucher given to us by friends. We received a warm welcome, and the food was excellent. At the end of the meal, we paid the bill, which came to over €160. I jokingly mentioned that I had a voucher worth over €100 and that it had been given to us for a birthday. The cashier replied, "I don't care; the only thing I'm interested in is the voucher code and your credit card." It's a shame, but responses like that really put a damper on the evening, and I can assure you that the publicity we'll be spreading won't be great. I can only imagine the attitude of the establishment. As for me, I won't be returning.

03/07/2026: A very pleasant surprise: a very warm welcome, a superb setting, and delicious food. Well done to the chef! Just one (minor) drawback: the Portets red wine by the glass is too strong.

08/08/2026: We were at this establishment on July 8, 2026. I must commend the waitress, but also have a negative review regarding the service. It's unacceptable that the dining room was full and she was the only one serving... we waited a very, very long time. (Not entirely her fault.) We wanted to order desserts, and after a 20-minute wait, we decided to pay and leave... what a shame! The carbonara pasta is best avoided, but perhaps it's just one dish. In short... it's okay in a pinch. 🙂👍🏼
