12/12/2025: Tendance Médoc is the kind of bistro-restaurant that makes you feel good. A simple and welcoming place, where the owner is in the kitchen and you can tell the food is made with sincerity. It's a place you come to with your family, like you would to a good village restaurant… except you're not in the village. Real comfort food, no frills, well-prepared and generous. A perfectly cooked ribeye steak, a nice little glass of red wine, and homemade crumble to finish. A friendly, convivial, unpretentious atmosphere. Honestly, what more could you ask for?

04/12/2025: The cuisine reflects the Chef's personality: joyful, enthusiastic, and passionate. What a pleasure to dine here! The dishes are excellent, beautifully presented, and all in a very friendly atmosphere. A special mention goes to the waitress who manages the dining room and bar very well. By the way, the desserts are to die for. In short, it's a lovely restaurant where you feel comfortable and eat well. That's becoming rare these days, so take advantage of it while you can... I highly recommend it.

23/05/2025: Excellent little restaurant for lunch on weekdays! Father Lionel is in the kitchen and it's a blast! His daughter, Mélanie, always with a smile on her face, provides ultra-fast service and always has a kind word for everyone. We often see regulars, workers, and the local grandparents. Simple, quality cuisine, for an amazing price. Run there!

21/05/2025: The setting, the welcome, the atmosphere—everything is family-friendly, clean, and efficient. As for the food, I don't know how the chef manages it (he must be doping himself with 20W50), but it's always at least good, and often very good. Special shout-out to • the homemade charcuterie • the desserts • the little sauce that goes so well with the fish • the shaded terrace with just the right amount of breeze when it's hot • the lady who serves and who keeps dropping, dropping 😳 The service is fast. The menu isn't 15 pages long, and that's a good thing, as it's all fresh. The chef has his hobbies, very easily identifiable as soon as you enter the dining room; discussing them in front of the chef will also grant you a show you shouldn't miss. 09/07/2025: Fun experience. As the reader probably knows, they serve only salad, fries and steak along with a dessert menu and full bar. I really enjoyed this. They open at 7:00 and typically there is a line but it moves quickly once they open. You also get served quickly too. The salad is outstanding (leaf with a light vinaigrette: Perfect for summer). The fries are, well fries. The French always do fries very well. Finally the steak: Its really good. I'm not a huge butter sauce person (would prefer more acidity) but again, the French do meat sauces well and this place is no exception. I highly recommned you go if the opportunity arises.

We arrived at 7:50 p.m., had to ask for dessert, which was delayed. We went to the checkout at 10:15 p.m., which took 2.5 hours for a 3-course meal plus an appetizer, which was a very long time... Many customers arrived after us and left before us! It's a shame the slow service disappointed us; we should see it again...
