13/07/2025: A little gem hidden in the center of Macau, we had a great time, using only the best quality products and cooked to perfection! The owner is very kind and helpful. Passing through Macau? Don't hesitate to stop by this little restaurant. Very good value for money, I highly recommend it!

23/01/2026: Change of mind: Switched to a broth-style restaurant. Unlike before, the value for money is excellent. Ultra-fast service. Average quality but excellent price, so perfectly what you'd expect from a broth-style restaurant. A balanced meal for not too much money and quite well prepared. The daily specials change regularly. I eat there every lunchtime.

Everything was good, generous portions for the price, not too expensive, quick, very clean, good atmosphere, friendly staff, and the flatbread was truly excellent. Honestly, I don't regret eating there at all; on the contrary, I'm very happy. I highly recommend it! 10/10

04/07/2025: After a 25-minute wait, I gave up waiting for a server (I still went to the counter to find out, you have to wait for the server at your table...). I understand the "rush of orders," the servers are running everywhere, but definitely don't go to the terrace (aisle), because like me and my family, you'll never be served...

08/07/2025: A place to discover, a very warm welcome. Christelle, who served us, was super nice to us, and I say a big thank you. Very good food, generous and very refined. A very decent menu. I recommend it. In the photos, you can see: Starter: Shrimp croustade with leek fondue Main course: Lamb shank with rosemary jus Magret skewer with a light honey flavor Butcher's cut All served with homemade fries and salad. Enjoy your meal!

24/09/2024: Excellent welcome, good service. We were left wanting more! The dishes were generous and tasty. The butcher's cut on the €28 menu was a beautiful, tender, and flavorful rib-eye steak that costs this much as a standalone dish in other establishments. Excellent value for money. Thank you for this pleasant, gourmet experience.

29/01/2026: I'd like to share my experience at this bar; I came to the Cock and Bull with two friends who were ordering drinks (important for later). Since I couldn't afford it, but still wanted to spend some time with my friends at a bar, I didn't order any drinks there. The beers are €8, which is understandable in the city center, but way out of my budget that evening. So I brought my own beer without thinking to ask permission, and I admit that was a mistake! I'm fully aware of it! However, one of the waitresses' reactions was completely disproportionate. She snatched the drink from me, spoke to me very aggressively, poured the beer on the floor, then crushed the can before leaving with enormous aggression and disrespect. I completely understand that a bar might refuse outside drinks, but there are ways to say it. A simple reminder or a ban on drinking would have been enough. Her attitude made me extremely uncomfortable and shocked other people around me as well. It was a huge scene and ruined the evening, even though everything was going well. It's all the more unfortunate because, apart from this incident, the bar seemed really cool: the atmosphere was good, the other staff members and customers were very friendly, and there was a good selection of drinks and food—no complaints there! The problem clearly wasn't with the establishment as a whole, but solely with this waitress's behavior, which is truly problematic. Thanks :)

14/10/2023: The establishment is open contrary to what is written. Good reception, but very expensive compared to the quantity and quality. The taste of the cuisine is drowned in the sauces. Beautiful presentation of the dishes but standard quality. We find better and cheaper.

23/01/2026: The rooms are a bit dated but will be renovated soon. Likeable staff. Absolutely quiet, double doors in the rooms are a rare feature. Reasonable price and a great, varied, and generous breakfast. I recommend it.

05/01/2026: We love going to this restaurant for lunch. The welcome is warm, the service very efficient, and the dishes are generous and delicious! The prices are reasonable, and the portions are full. The owner and his team stand out for their genuine, personal welcome and sincere attention to their customers. Special mention goes to the Caesar salad and the warm goat cheese salad! I highly recommend this establishment, where you'll find a good selection, excellent value for money, and fast service.
