03/12/2024: When the restaurant is full, it is better to write it on the sign outside instead of indicating "restaurant open", this would prevent potential customers from being told in a dry tone: "we are sold out from sold out!” while the room is almost empty at 12:30 p.m. Disappointed customers, lost customers.

05/05/2026: What can I say? The staff were excellent, from the shuttle to the reception and the restaurant. A huge thank you to the trio of girls—they'll recognize themselves, I think—you were perfect for our morale! And to Mr. Jean-Michel, I believe 🤔. We've found our transit point for our holiday departures, well, when we can actually leave! 😂 We had three difficult days, and thankfully they were lovely. The room was nice, the restaurant was good. One small issue: when you order the "express" breakfast, please specify to guests that it's just a mini pastry and a bottle of water in the room?

29/04/2026: The staff is very pleasant and kind. The hotel is right next to the airport, which is fantastic. However, the room cleaning was very lax. This was deeply surprising and disappointing for a hotel in this category. Overall, the hotel is still pleasant, but more attention needs to be paid to cleanliness.

27/04/2026: A very beautiful restaurant. We recently had lunch there. Excellent cuisine from very friendly young owners who deserve a visit. The buffet is very well-stocked, fresh, and daring – you'll see for yourself and taste the delicious food. 👍

07/04/2026: We had a very pleasant stay during our trip to the region. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were welcoming and helpful, always smiling. We also appreciated the peace and quiet and the relaxing atmosphere. The service was excellent from beginning to end. A lovely place where you feel right at home.

04/04/2026: We had a wonderful stay! We booked the spa access and breakfast, which was delicious and plentiful. The host was very accommodating! Everything was spotless, I highly recommend it.

13/04/2026: Paying €16.50 for a salad with half the leaves inedible because they were wilted, and the four measly tomatoes rotten! And three goat cheese toasts! I find that truly outrageous, especially since the menu lists a mesclun salad and then you get a different salad instead, and they don't even mention it! I can tell you I didn't order dessert! It didn't appeal to me given the quality of the salad. For me, it was a terrible experience!+++++

10/04/2026: Everything was frozen, the fries and fish were unpleasant, and the price for two was very expensive. Disappointed on Easter Monday 2026.

22/04/2026: Passing through Arcachon, the food was excellent, especially the homemade fries, and the service was very pleasant... I highly recommend it!

19/02/2026: We had a great meal here with very welcoming staff. Nice atmosphere and soft music on in the background. The cordon bleu was fantastic but the crème brulé was absolutely brilliant. Very good selection of wines and nice draught beers.

28/11/2025: I was disappointed before the renovations, so we wanted to try again afterward, thinking we'd eat better, but I was still disappointed. The burgers were completely cold, and the meat was the same! The cheese wasn't melted at all, not even in the raclette burger... really not great.

24/03/2026: We stayed at this hotel for three days in March. The weather was beautiful, so the lack of air conditioning didn't bother us. Everything was clean and the mattress was comfortable. We slept very well. The bathroom is small, but clean and odorless. The location is excellent, very convenient for surfers, with direct access to the beach! And I must mention the staff: they were truly kind and friendly! For the price, it's the best choice in all of Cap Ferret.

23/03/2026: Beautiful to see out of season. Otherwise, very crowded. Not much of a drive to reach Cap Ferret.
