26/09/2024: Excellent, delicate and original kitchen a little bit off the mainstream. Fair prices for the food; wine by the glass overpriced like everywhere in town.

18/11/2024: Passing through during a trip on the A10 for an electric recharge break, I took the opportunity to go get a sandwich for a future break. It's 10:30 a.m., I ask for a sandwich and I'm told it's not possible before 11 a.m. However, there are posters with our formulas written in large letters at all hours... In short, go your way...

16/11/2024: Apart from the bread, everything else is frozen for your information... The cakes are tasteless, no flavor... it's not for lack of having tried several... Even at 50% of the price from 7 p.m., it's not worth more... For the service, for the welcome, it's Russian roulette, it will depend on who you come across... Ange remains a cut above, even if it's frozen!!! When will the Ange bakery open...???

17/01/2026: We received a very warm welcome. The food was plentiful and refined, and the staff were very pleasant. I highly recommend it.

14/01/2026: The service is passable, but that doesn't make up for the food. I often go there hoping for improvement, but disappointment always prevails. A burger is okay, but that's all! Oh, and I almost forgot, the music is straight out of '79/'80 and always the same tunes: Genesis and others!

27/09/2024: Working for the CNFPT for 2 days, I made a reservation at the Bastide café for 5 people, specifying that we only had one hour for lunch. Besides the fact that the cuisine is very good and the daily menu (main course, dessert, coffee) at €15.70 is completely correct, the boss and his team have "gone out of their way" to make our lives easier despite a full house when a guest got lost, arrived late and was served straight away. Thank you to the whole team and see you soon without fail.

17/09/2024: Steak tartare frankly not good, dishes not copious (we are still hungry at the end of the meal), quite expensive for the little pleasure during the meal... An address that I do not recommend...

01/10/2024: What a nice surprise, everything lived up to what we had imagined when we saw this pretty little restaurant in Saint-Émilion that we chose among many others.... well done, the piece of beef with grand veneur sauce was a marvel , the foie gras as a starter to die for, the competent and friendly professional service who was able to advise us on how to pair food and wine... I couldn't resist asking the team for a group photo when leaving, this which they accepted with kindness and a smile. I like great professionals like them, well done. I can't wait to come back...

29/09/2024: Wonderful small wine bar. Lots of atmosphere and great selection of wine. Just a short way off the busy tourist street.

08/09/2024: Restaurant, great welcoming and well located place, attentive and efficient waiter, 3-course menu for €26, excellent value for money, on the road between Blaye and the A10 motorway towards Paris with parking opposite. The dishes are sophisticated and very well cooked, congratulations to the chef, we will come back.

09/08/2024: Quality accommodation, excellent meals and breakfasts. Welcome full of kindness Hotel restaurant which is well worth the detour.

30/10/2025: The place is very pretty, it's a shame the image is misleading. The welcome was terrible, as if we weren't welcome. The price is high for the quality of the galette. The meal was tasteless and soulless. Avoid at all costs.

09/09/2025: No humanity or consideration. While visiting, I asked to use the restroom quickly because I was on my period. I was curtly told (by another woman): "This isn't a public restroom." I understand the situation, but the least they could have done would have been to speak to me properly. Such disrespect is unacceptable.

17/08/2025: Trip made for nothing since you don't even bother to update your opening hours!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Too difficult to make 2 clicks apparently...

20/01/2026: My friend and I came to eat, and we immediately noticed that the glasses placed on our table were dirty, not only ours, but also those on the table to our right and left. I still think that hygiene is the most important thing in a restaurant and that it might be possible not to neglect this. Thank you anyway to the waitress who changed our glasses.

21/08/2024: Such an amazing place to go to, the staff are very nice and speak very good English which really helped us and had lots of amazing food in would recommend getting the homemade burger and pafitaroles they are amazing with good portions

02/12/2024: Very central. More bar than brasserie. Small, practical, simple and concise food menu. Nice choice of beers, drinks, cocktails, wines. Beautiful shaded terrace. Intermediate prices.

09/09/2024: Pour la 1ere fois avec une amie à déjeuner on a trouvé ça pas mal. J y suis retourné le même jour avec un ami c était totalement différent le vin le 1er prix sans aucun goût, encore un grand saladier de frites allumettes congelees surement , ,pas d autres légumes, pas de plat à la carte, toujours les mêmes menus depuis 2017, C est dommage la viande est tendre, la sauce est très bonne, la salade bien assaisonnée, et les desserts très bons. Des frites maison même avec la peau c est facile à faire arrêtez le surgelé dans les restaurants.peut mieux faire

03/12/2025: First time here last night for me and my friend before Hoshi's concert. The service was efficient and quick; I was a little worried given how busy it was, but they really knew what they were doing! The truffle croque monsieur was delicious, and my friend's set menu looked very tempting. The gourmet coffee was a very indulgent treat to finish. We had a lovely time, and the waiters and waitresses were very friendly. There's a real family atmosphere and a great vibe, which is lovely to see. I'll definitely be back, and I'm definitely going to make a reservation!
