04/07/2025: After a 25-minute wait, I gave up waiting for a server (I still went to the counter to find out, you have to wait for the server at your table...).
I understand the "rush of orders," the servers are running everywhere, but definitely don't go to the terrace (aisle), because like me and my family, you'll never be served...

17/08/2024: Il ne faut pas s’attendre à un 4 étoiles mais dans le genre restaurant de chaîne, c’est très correct pour un prix doux et un service aimable et souriant. En conclusion, on y reviendra !
03/07/2024: Arrived at 12 p.m. left at 2:20 p.m. without having a dessert, very disorganized, the meat with an aftertaste of fish, which was very tender that same day, some customers left without eating and others had errors on their bill. Avoid or wait before coming back.

The owner allows himself to speak very badly to customers. Run away. Don’t go there!
01/12/2024: Excellent place and atmosphere. The attention is spectacular, Arthur is a genius! The food was super abundant, very tasty and at a good price. The views are incredible in front of the cathedral. 100% recommended!!!

28/09/2024: Malgré certaines remarques dans les avis , Nous avons été très bien accueilli les 2 fois que nous sommes venus dîner. Plats simples mais copieux et de bonne qualité.
Avons passé 2 bonnes soirées.
14/09/2024: Le menu entrée/plat/dessert à 19,50 euros est compétitif, surtout pour la ville d'Arcachon. Le menu est simple mais bon sans être exceptionnel.
Service efficace et rapide.
C'est dommage que la "patronne" soit désagréable, notamment lorsqu'on va payer.

23/12/2023: Après 15 minutes à attendre de recevoir une carte ou quelque chose pour commander nous sommes partis. Je laisse quand même un avis car nous vous entendions lire les avis négatifs des clients au bar en rigolant donc cela vous fera un peu + de lecture ! :)
22/12/2023: Manu, Marie et Salomé nous ont servi avec passion et professionnalisme pendant 1 mois et demi (nous sommes en formation à Mérignac) nous vous recommandons cet endroit où l’on se sent comme à la maison !
On se retrouve au mois de mai !!!

27/08/2024: Disappointing compared to before and yet I went there very often. Cracked and chipped cup, cracked tea, nothing underneath so leaks onto the table through the bag protruding from it. Far too much cream in the cakes (pavlova....) and few red fruits. Damage ! Don't want to come back. Average service for the price.
23/08/2024: We have eaten wonderfully and the attention is magnificent. We recommend the dessert cakes, they are homemade and exceptional.

19/09/2024: An experience not to be repeated... we just wanted to have a drink but we waited more than 10 minutes before anyone showed interest in us... and even just as long for someone to come to us to take our order...
The standing is there, that's nothing to say, but given the more than hefty bill, a little more consideration and consideration would be a plus.

27/11/2024: “I am very disappointed with my experience in this bakery. While visiting the establishment, I saw several baby mice walking around and climbing on the bread. I reported this to the saleswoman, who was not only rude, but also contemptuous. She refused to refund my money and told me it was 'normal' because we were in town.
We then contacted the manager, who agreed to refund us, but added a shocking remark: 'Glad it was mice and not rats.' This response is completely unacceptable and shows a complete lack of professionalism and hygiene. I will not return to this establishment and I strongly advise against it.”

30/07/2024: Already tested but too much waiting for us so we didn't come anymore, but we decided to give it another chance, today arriving at 12:25 p.m. and served at 1:40 p.m., a lot of waiting for frozen fries and frozen meat also, for the first ones it's fresh fries but bad luck we arrived 5 minutes too late; the meat was frozen inside... we had come 1 week ago but we weren't even served so we left after 45 minutes of waiting because we didn't even have the cards for order... I strongly advise against it!!!

The food is really not good, worthy of a dubious school canteen, which does not justify the rather high price. In the burger, no salad or tomato or anything to accompany the meat/fish and the very poor quality and very low end cheese.
The service is really unpleasant: we had booked and planned our group meals in advance, almost nothing was available on the menu and there was only one vegetarian dish left... There were 3 of us vegetarians. But as the waitress told us: “oh that’s good, they’ll eat salad!”
Really very poor consideration of customers. Guilty because we wouldn't have warned that there would be 3 vegetarians, but then why offer vegetarian options on YOUR MENU?? !! The waitress was really very casual!
We left outraged.
