18/01/2026: I went there this afternoon to drop off a returned package. It was quite busy, but an employee took care of me very professionally when I arrived! No wait at all!
I've been going there often to pick up packages for several months now...
The staff is always friendly and understanding.
Pleasant experiences, I'll definitely be back!

05/10/2025: The old lady is disrespectful to customers. She took away my drink before I even finished it. Furthermore, when I ask for something, she tells me to go get it myself from the counter. She is not at all thorough or professional.

24/01/2025: Nice setting/neighborhood. Very nice decor and friendly welcome!
Now, the croques madame are not to be had, they smell a little too industrial (even if the fries are homemade) and some prices are incomprehensible. Non-alcoholic beer? 25 cl bottle? €6.50! I thought I was choking when I found out the price. Overall, I find it too expensive for the perceived quality and I had the feeling more like I was paying for a frame.
It's even better to go back down to rue Saint Rémi, a few hundred meters away, and try some little restaurants that offer real homemade food for 20 bucks, the starter/main course/dessert menu!

09/03/2026: I will definitely return because I was very happy with the service; the waitress and waiter were very attentive, the portions were generous, and the food was well-prepared. You can go there without hesitation.

The manager is unpleasant with a very poor sense of humor. Prices are high and the selection is limited. It's lucky to be one of the few places open during the off-season. Sad.

28/02/2026: Completely unprofessional, appalling service. After a problem with the kiosk, I waited at the counter. The various employees, from the manager to the junior staff, just stared at me, talking about their personal lives, without ever coming to serve me. The cleanliness of the premises leaves much to be desired. Avoid this place; Burger King, just a few kilometers away, offers a far better experience.
February 28th
17/02/2026: Two visits in four days confirmed the systematic occupation of spaces reserved for electric vehicle charging.
No one would accept prolonged parking at a service station that prevents customers from using the service, so why allow this abusive occupation to the detriment of those who wish to charge their vehicles? Just like for a disabled parking space, the fine is €135.
Aside from that, I did eat at your restaurant; the staff is very courteous and the food is up to McDonald's standards.

05/02/2026: The only place in France where I've paid to shower and asked for a receipt, they gave me one that doesn't say "shower" but "Mielcaline to go." I don't know if this has happened to others, or if it's because of my skin color, or if they took advantage of the situation and charged me for that Mielcaline.

20/02/2026: A €10 set menu for three pieces of caramelized pork barely scraping by on the plate, no one in the kitchen, we had to wait, a burger with a wait of over 20 minutes – unacceptable! We couldn't even eat as a family!
18/02/2026: The meal was truly disappointing, and the hamburgers for children were a disgrace. I much prefer the Crescendo, which is a bit more expensive but better. The head waiter was very accommodating and refunded my meal.

12/11/2025: Rude staff, long wait times and bad food. Not sure why you would work in hospitality if you hate tourists but all the staff seem like this. All the other restaurants in the area have wonderful, friendly service and food. Avoid this place.

ricavandone però un’esperienza sostanzialmente negativa
in Giurisprudenza si dice che tre indizi fanno una prova
ma io metto sul piatto tre prove vere e proprie
1. cruditée di mare servite correttamente su ghiaccio ma completamente congelate, a una temperatura che rendeva impossibile cogliere i sapori
2. lumachine di mare piene di sabbia
3. gamberi a cui non era stato tolto nemmeno in parte il budello nero
tre errori inaccettabili
che hanno inficiato un’accoglienza e un servizio buoni, nonostante la presenza di almeno altri 100 clienti
il prezzo sarebbe stato equo se rapportato a cibi correttamente preparati e serviti

Je me suis dirigé vers le premier restaurant de bord de mer que j'ai trouvé, Chez Diego
mais entraînant une expérience substantiellement négative
dans la jurisprudence, on dit que trois éléments de indice font la preuve
mais j'ai mis trois vrais tests sur la table
1. crudités de fruits de mer servies correctement sur glace mais complètement congelées, à une température qui ne permettait pas d'en saisir les saveurs
2. des escargots de mer pleins de sable
3. crevettes dont même une partie de l'enveloppe noire n'a pas été retirée
trois erreurs inacceptables
ce qui a affecté le bon accueil et le service, malgré la présence d'au moins 100 autres clients
le prix aurait été juste par rapport à la nourriture correctement préparée et servie

31/08/2024: Très bonne surprise pour moi. Je ne m'attendais pas à une telle qualité des plats. J'ai particulièrement aimé la raviole aux champignons, le thon était très bon aussi. Des goûts super, fins, équilibrés. Des assiettes bien servies. Un service agréable, peut-être un tout petit peu trop lent à mon goût entre les différents plats. Un bel endroit aussi. J'y retourne dès que je peux !
24/08/2024: De l'accueil à la sortie en passant par le cadre magnifique, tout à été parfait dans cette soirée au 4ème mur. L'equipe est top et à l'écoute du client, les plats sont succulents, ni trop copieux ni trop peu, juste ce qu'il faut. Tout est fait pour passer un très bon moment. Même l'addition que l'on pourrait penser élever dans ce genre d'établissement surtout portant le nom d'un grand chef est dans la norme.
Une très grande découverte et une soirée à renouveler et à recommander.
