15/05/2026: Tell me, what are the chances that within an hour, at least four cars entering your parking lot suddenly have flat tires (in each case, the right rear tire), and a moment later, a "dirty" man in a white jumpsuit appears, curious about what's in the trunks of open cars whose drivers are changing a tire. You protect yourself by closing your station overnight, access is only through a small window, but what about your customers? Oh, I forgot, we're in France, the most powerful country in Europe, shameful.

31/03/2026: I hadn't kept track of my pre-ordered visits, but this is too much for just one restaurant.
The service really needs improvement. I walked in, and there was nobody inside except for one staff member sitting at a table with headphones on, her back to the entrance. I said hello several times, but nothing.
If you want no one to come, keep doing what you're doing.
This isn't the first time I've been disappointed with the service at this chain.

25/05/2026: The service took a little while, but the staff were very friendly.
24/05/2026: We arrived right when the restaurant opened. The self-service area was fine, and the dishes we chose—a rösti and a hamburger—were both very good. However, the dining area was filthy, even though we chose the least dirty table (remember, we arrived right when they opened). There were crumbs everywhere, even on the chairs. The staff started eating at the same time as us, and the restaurant was truly disgusting. There were better things to do than sit down and eat next to other customers with tables in that state. I would have been ashamed if I were them. We were the first customers, and despite that, since the staff were eating at the same time as us, there wasn't a single fry left in the trays. When I finally found the water fountain, there were dirty glasses full of lukewarm water. When I finally got my fries, I went to get some ketchup and mustard. There was a hair dangling from the mustard dispenser, and they were out of ketchup. I always remind you that we arrived right when the restaurant opened. And eating surrounded by employees who were going on about Flunch's downfall wasn't the best experience... we won't be back...

27/12/2025: Mélanie is a perfect host, both in terms of her welcome and the service.
A very pleasant place, except for the door that has to be left open and the resulting excessive heating consumption.

No comment on the quantity compared to the price. Honestly, as an owner/manager, would you accept paying this amount for this? Think about the customer. Thank you.

26/05/2026: We came to eat and ordered two savory crepes. When our food arrived, a large hair was sitting on my friend's crepe. We tasted them and found they were reheated, dry, mushy, and tasteless—no seasoning whatsoever. A completely uninteresting dish. We would have liked to express our disappointment, but no one asked if we were satisfied. One star for the waiter, who was pleasant.

I agree with the other comments about the frosty reception and the feeling of being a nuisance just to buy cigarettes. I'd be better off going somewhere else.

ricavandone però un’esperienza sostanzialmente negativa
in Giurisprudenza si dice che tre indizi fanno una prova
ma io metto sul piatto tre prove vere e proprie
1. cruditée di mare servite correttamente su ghiaccio ma completamente congelate, a una temperatura che rendeva impossibile cogliere i sapori
2. lumachine di mare piene di sabbia
3. gamberi a cui non era stato tolto nemmeno in parte il budello nero
tre errori inaccettabili
che hanno inficiato un’accoglienza e un servizio buoni, nonostante la presenza di almeno altri 100 clienti
il prezzo sarebbe stato equo se rapportato a cibi correttamente preparati e serviti

Je me suis dirigé vers le premier restaurant de bord de mer que j'ai trouvé, Chez Diego
mais entraînant une expérience substantiellement négative
dans la jurisprudence, on dit que trois éléments de indice font la preuve
mais j'ai mis trois vrais tests sur la table
1. crudités de fruits de mer servies correctement sur glace mais complètement congelées, à une température qui ne permettait pas d'en saisir les saveurs
2. des escargots de mer pleins de sable
3. crevettes dont même une partie de l'enveloppe noire n'a pas été retirée
trois erreurs inacceptables
ce qui a affecté le bon accueil et le service, malgré la présence d'au moins 100 autres clients
le prix aurait été juste par rapport à la nourriture correctement préparée et servie
Péché! une déception
