01/02/2026: Finally, a restaurant worthy of the name, where Metro doesn't belong. An old building, beautifully restored, blending modern and traditional elements with great charm and class. Everything has been carefully considered, from the furniture to the tableware and the lighting. As for the cuisine... a delight for our taste buds. The chef has boundless imagination, delighting us with every dish. Regarding the staff... discreet, smiling, welcoming, and highly professional. An unforgettable experience that we can't wait to repeat in March.

18/01/2026: In Dole, I found most of the restaurants mediocre. Truly, congratulations! A top-notch menu, everything was excellent, especially the ravioli, even though choosing was difficult. Well done! You don't have much competition in Dole for the quality/price ratio.

03/02/2026: We had a wonderful time in this beautiful building at the foot of the waterfall. A true culinary delight, with magnificently prepared local produce. The chef's visit at the end of service, sharing anecdotes, was a lovely touch. Excellent value for money. A nice bonus was the high chair, which allowed us to fully enjoy our meal!

23/03/2026: One-night stay with my partner. The hotel staff were very responsive, the room (comfort category) was very spacious, comfortable, and clean, with a great bathroom and excellent soundproofing. The price-quality ratio was good, and the restaurant was equally good. However, there was a slight downside to the meal. My partner is vegetarian, and we had requested a vegetarian menu when booking. In the end, we received a simple starter (Comté salad) without ham or bacon (no substitutes), and a main course that was essentially a larger plate of side dishes... so, as is too often the case, not a true vegetarian menu, yet it was sold at the price of the regular menu (€35). Otherwise, the staff were friendly and welcoming. I would recommend it if you are not vegetarian.

I would simply say it was perfect; it's been a long time since we've had such a wonderful stay and such great value for money. The hotel is decorated with great taste. The rooms are very spacious and spotlessly clean. We felt right at home. The dinner was absolutely delicious, and the service was impeccable. A special mention goes to the waitress for her friendliness, kindness, good humor, and professionalism. And let's not forget the owners, who were just as kind and welcoming. We will definitely be back. We highly recommend this hotel and its restaurant!

The atmosphere was pleasant, and Charlotte did everything to make us feel comfortable. She was attentive and caring towards each of her customers. We highly recommend this restaurant; if you're passing through, don't hesitate to try it.
