02/05/2026: Since I never got a perfect score in school, I remain reasonable, but I hesitated.

25/04/2026: One star because zero isn't an option!! From the very first aperitif, the beers were served very poorly, the waitress herself pointed it out, but nothing was done... The service was incredibly slow, the crispy egg was absolutely not crispy, the Morbier mousse wasn't really mousse at all, the Morillade was unseasoned, and the wine was bad... the waiter's response to our complaints was, "Is that all you have to do with your life?"

19/04/2026: Prediction: I went there in the mid-afternoon for beer, waffles, and absolutely incredible ice cream.

08/03/2026: Excellent welcome, impeccable service. The pizza was excellent, as were the pasta carbonara and Mont d'Or, although slightly overcooked. The portions are very generous and the atmosphere intimate! I highly recommend it!

21/03/2026: Spacious and ideally located hotel We enjoyed our short stay at this ideally located hotel. Excellent cuisine, impeccable cleanliness and service; we just felt the rooms could use a bit more decoration, as they had a slightly austere feel. Well done to the entire team.

23/04/2026: We visited this establishment yesterday with several couples, and it was another excellent experience from the amuse-bouche to dessert: beautifully presented dishes, quality ingredients, and a wide selection on the menu. A special mention goes to the waiter, who was very professional and friendly. Excellent value for money; a place to remember without hesitation.

22/04/2026: Really disappointed with this restaurant. The staff were not at all pleasant, I felt like I was bothering them, they hit people with their trays while serving them without apology, we had to eat together at separate tables, and the price was very expensive for two very basic menus.

26/04/2026: I'll only review the restaurant since I didn't stay overnight...we opted for the signature menu with Jura wine pairings, a gem from start to finish, both the food and the wines. Bravo to the Meilleur Ouvrier de France sommelier and the entire team! A truly delightful experience. If I wanted to be picky, I'd say there's limited parking on the premises and the garden could be a bit more inviting towards the river. Otherwise, it's a delight for the taste buds. Bravo again!

19/04/2026: A very warm welcome, aperitifs served on the lovely terrace, exceptional menus paired with perfectly matched wines, impeccable service, and very friendly and attentive waitresses and waiters. The cheese trolley was a real treat. We highly recommend this restaurant.

31/01/2026: Stopped here overnight on our way from Switzerland in November, an amazing spot with some outstanding food, the service was impeccable and we enjoyed the chance to try different wines from the area. A treat the following morning to be shown the wine cellar by Romuald and talk about his long career at the top of the culinary food scene

21/12/2025: This is an exceptional place. The restaurant and service is outstanding and yet manages to be unpretentious. As someone who is gluten intolerant it is one of the few establishments I have come across in France who take pride in not just accommodating the dietary preference but ensuring they had prepared special amuse bouche without gluten. It is a reflection of the care and attention to detail they take. Worth making a detour to visit (even if you are not gluten intolerant!).

09/07/2025: For the first time, I ordered takeaway for a family meal and I was extremely satisfied. The dishes (pikeperch terrine and veal with morels) were very tasty (the terrine sauce was truly exceptional!) and the portions very generous for a very reasonable price. Everyone enjoyed it, I will definitely order other meals in the future

08/05/2026: No longer lives up to its 3-star rating, except for the price. The room is outdated, the breakfast is typical of a budget-friendly meal deal (no local Jura products), and the grounds are poorly maintained.

09/04/2026: Our stay has made us want to return to enjoy this enchanting setting and the warm welcome! We appreciated everything: the indoor and outdoor spaces, the meals, the attentive service, the comfortable beds, the tranquility, and the garden view from the restaurant. The fact that there are two swimming pools completes this wonderful experience.

06/01/2026: We went there twice to eat during our stay at Château de Germigney. I enjoyed the food very much. The service was excellent, and the staff gave us wine recommendations that paired very well with the food. I loved the food, and when I ate it, I could tell that the chefs were meticulous with the preparation, giving the food a special touch. We will definitely go back if we're in the area.

Pair it with a platter of local products (Comté cheese, charcuterie), and you'll be in paradise. The staff's welcome: Relaxed, straightforward service with always helpful advice. You immediately feel at ease, whether you're a local or just passing through after a visit to the Grandes Salines. In short: It's the perfect spot for a leisurely aperitif or a simple, delicious moment. It's generous, it's friendly, and it's incredibly refreshing. The added bonus: The atmosphere on the terrace or at the bar is one of the best in town. A must-visit for any lover of good wine and good company.

The decor has been completely redone, adding a touch of modernity while preserving the rustic and unique charm of the place. This Jura restaurant is a real gem, ideal for both tourists and locals! Fleur, with her sparkling personality, creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this place!

The food is still delicious, especially the morel mushroom tart, which I highly recommend, not to mention the delectable desserts. The staff is incredibly attentive.
