24/05/2026: Dinner tonight was simply excellent from start to finish, without a single flaw, which is rare. The food, wine, and soft drink pairings were perfect, and the staff was very professional and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves; in my opinion, it was excellent value for money.

23/05/2026: We came to 1055 Perrigny and the service was disastrous. Upon arrival, we stood in front of the reception desk for over five minutes without anyone speaking to us. Seeing no signs, we decided to go upstairs. After another ten-minute wait, a server finally came to explain that this area was reserved for staff breaks. There was no clear indication of this, even though menus were posted there. So we went back downstairs to the brasserie, where we were finally told that it was the restaurant and that we had to go further down the hall. We decided to sit at the back, near a pool table and the bowling lanes, where we waited for another ten minutes without a single server coming to see us. We finally had to order our drinks from a self-service kiosk for our beers to arrive… another ten minutes later. Honestly, do you want to welcome clients and do business, or is this an unofficial VIP area reserved for a select few? Very disappointing, especially with such a disorganized and unprofessional welcome.

07/07/2026: Truly exceptional. First and foremost, the arrival is breathtaking, with dedicated parking and a lush, landscaped, and well-maintained outdoor space. After climbing the few steps to the front porch, the terrace offers its first tables. The nearby river provides a refreshing and tranquil atmosphere. Then comes the entrance, where the renovation has preserved the building's authenticity. Moldings, parquet floors, fireplaces, and mirrors—everything is there, and the restaurant's furnishings perfectly complement this incredible setting. Then comes the moment when, after a pleasant aperitif, the dishes arrive. The tuna tataki is perfect, enhanced by a sesame crust that finds its perfect expression in this dish. It's a generous portion, but my appetite compels me to finish it and eagerly await the veal chop. When it arrives, it's pure bliss. Perfectly cooked! The very reason why the price becomes almost irrelevant. Your taste buds are pampered by a virtuoso, unsurpassed in my kitchen, that much is clear. It's a delight. I confess I skipped dessert, so captivated was I by the two preceding courses. The review wouldn't be complete without mentioning the bill, which, considering the evening and without holding back on drinks, came to just under one hundred euros per person. This is perfectly reasonable given the quality of the experience, because a good meal is all about ambiance, service, and mastery of culinary art. Thank you.

17/07/2026: The owners are friendly, and the room was adequate. As for the restaurant, the wine and meat were good, but the side dishes left much to be desired. I had sautéed potatoes that weren't really sautéed; it seemed more like they'd just taken the potatoes out of a gratin and presented them as "sautéed potatoes." Also, the poultry sauce was thin and oily.

The entire team went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The hotel boasts a magnificent location in a splendid setting that invites relaxation and escape. Every moment spent there was pure bliss. The cuisine was a real highlight, with delicious and varied dishes, carefully prepared and showcasing high-quality ingredients. A huge congratulations to the chef and his entire team! Thank you to all the staff for their smiles and attentiveness. We leave with wonderful memories and will definitely be back. An address we wholeheartedly recommend!

06/07/2026: I just celebrated my 80th birthday at "Le Pré Fillet," a restaurant I already knew, and I have no regrets whatsoever. The welcome was warm and the food was superb—generous portions and delicious—with attentive service and a smile. Bravo and thank you to the whole team; I will be back.

15/05/2026: An exceptional stay at this 5-star hotel. The rooms are spacious, elegantly decorated, and very comfortable. The staff is attentive and caring throughout our stay. The location is calm and peaceful, ideal for relaxation, with a magnificent, expansive garden and an extraordinary swimming pool. A true haven of luxury and serenity.

25/07/2026: Welcome and service: I arrived alone and without a reservation, even though I was staying at the hotel next door. The owner immediately told me it was busy and there would be a wait. However, my order was taken quickly. The overall impression is that walk-in customers are treated less favorably than regulars. On the plate: I ordered a simple set menu: a piece of beef (ribeye) with fries, a draft beer, and a sweetened fromage frais. The main course: Served very (perhaps too) quickly. Without any frills, the dish was very basic (I make the same thing at home, minus the shallots). The dessert: A Rians fromage frais, simply unmolded and turned upside down, identical to the kind you buy in a supermarket. Value for money: A bill of €35 for extremely basic fare, with no culinary merit whatsoever. The value for money is clearly not there.

18/07/2026: The food and service are excellent and justify the slightly higher-than-average prices. We spent €100 on four drinks, one starter, three main courses, one dessert, and two coffees (served with a homemade biscuit, which makes all the difference!). I highly recommend it.

26/05/2026: A wonderful discovery since the change of ownership. We were already familiar with the establishment under the previous managers, and this was our first visit since the takeover. Frankly, a delightful surprise. The food was truly excellent, the dishes as beautiful as they were delicious, with real attention to detail. You can tell that the chef, who is also the owner, loves what he does. In the dining room, the owner creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We were able to enjoy the terrace, which made the experience even more enjoyable. A friendly place where you eat well and feel at ease. We will gladly return.

27/04/2026: A restaurant and inn that truly lives up to its name. Despite a late room reservation and Christophe's busy schedule—he was hosting distinguished guests privately at his table—he was kind enough to prepare a delicious dinner for me on the spot. The room had a cozy and comfortable bed, the swimming pool was a welcome aperitif after a long drive, and the peaceful, rural surroundings were perfect for a stroll. This is a stop just 5 minutes from the motorway that makes you want to extend your stay! I'll be back! A huge thank you to Christophe and Virginie for their memorable hospitality.

09/10/2025: We just had lunch, the tasting menu. An incredible discovery! Excellent flavors, beautiful presentation, and fantastic value for money. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable about wines. Highly recommended.

22/09/2025: A wonderful meal with friends in a place that was certainly traditional but with contemporary decor. A very warm welcome from the owner and the gentleman in charge of service, professional and friendly. The 5-course menu was excellent, refined and appropriate for the season, accompanied by the proposed and very well-chosen wine pairing. An excellent address to try again!

25/04/2026: A rustic and welcoming place with a very friendly and smiling owner. The food was very good, local, and also plentiful. It was a pleasure to discover this little rural restaurant.

26/07/2026: This restaurant was recommended to us, but we were somewhat disappointed as we expected better. Regarding the food, the morel mushroom tart was actually a rather bland puff pastry in a forest mushroom sauce, with a few tiny, tasteless morels and other mushrooms. We all ordered the "perch fillets meunière," which came without any butter sauce on the plate. And at the end of the meal, there was no more chocolate or vanilla ice cream, so the dessert choices were limited, especially for a €50 menu. The service was impeccable, with a warm welcome, but there was a long wait between courses.
