Traditional cuisine, quality meat, perfectly cooked, excellent side dishes, and a very good dessert. A pleasant surprise: they had Nova beer, which was really nice. Pleasant and professional service, friendly atmosphere. A small restaurant, a good place to remember, a very enjoyable experience.

The couple who run the brasserie are charming and embody the typical Dunkirk atmosphere. 😊 A must-try!

19/06/2025: I'm going back again, as soon as I can! Usually, we don't return to the same place, just to discover new flavors. But since we all loved it, we came back! Always a warm welcome, good service, and good food! We recommend following your inspiration because there's something for everyone! There's a disabled parking space in front of the restaurant entrance. You must make a reservation and allow enough time to enjoy the food (2.5 hours for us).

13/11/2025: A true neighborhood gem, the kind you rarely see. Gabbro, on Rue Saint-André, immediately exudes warmth: the communal tables make you feel like you're surrounded by friends or family. Simon welcomes everyone with genuine kindness and truly takes the time to share his passion. The wine selection is incredible, but above all, you feel right at home. A truly wonderful place.

02/03/2026: For two years I'd been hoping to return to this restaurant, which I had really enjoyed back then. What a disappointment, and I mean it. A waitress who was overly familiar, provocative, and vulgar; meat swimming in oil with a pathetic attempt to dry it out in the microwave. Admittedly, the staff wasn't the same at all. And to top it all off, the police had to intervene following an unjustified act of aggression, which delayed the payment of my €165 bill. So yes, everyone has their own version of events, but believe me, I've been to a lot of restaurants, and this one should have remained a memorable experience.

04/01/2026: Last-minute reservation, very warm welcome. I had a delicious lamb shank prepared with honey and thyme – a real treat! My children and wife also enjoyed several other well-prepared dishes. There were six of us, and we ordered appetizers, main courses from the menu, and dessert for barely €20 per person. The value for money is excellent. Thank you!
