They are true artisan butchers and caterers who prioritize fresh products and local expertise. A must-visit in Douai for those seeking excellence. A huge thank you, we thoroughly enjoyed it. Due to lack of time, we couldn't finish the desserts we ordered; I offered to pay for them anyway, but the owner flew into an inexplicable rage and told me never to come back. (Customer loyalty++) What a shame. The restaurant may remain the name of the Best of All Worlds, but as far as service is concerned, it's clearly a disaster."

There were twenty of us, and Valentine, the owner, organized everything perfectly, adapting seamlessly to our requests. The evening was perfect. Many thanks to her and her team for their exceptional service.

15/03/2026: Overall, and objectively speaking, we had a moderately good meal... except for the dessert, which was excellent. We shared our feedback with the owner who, far from being offended, explored our motivations with the aim of improving. So, being attentive, she offered us dessert on the house. Therefore, I gave it 4 stars for the owner's commitment to improvement. We will be back.

22/03/2026: I confess I'm struggling to understand this excellent rating... Have the customers never had brunch in their lives? I can't see any other possible explanation. The value for money is simply not there. €27 for a brunch that isn't all-you-can-eat. Okay, why not, if the quality is there... The dishes are good, but nothing special. It's home-style cooking, and that's where it ends. I've had much better all-you-can-eat brunches in Lyon, which is also a major city. One tiny jar of jam (1 teaspoon) for 3 people, and the same amount of butter. Really disappointed; I was expecting the best brunch in Lille.
