They are true artisan butchers and caterers who prioritize fresh products and local expertise. A must-visit in Douai for those seeking excellence. A huge thank you, we thoroughly enjoyed it. 22/09/2026: So, how can I put it... absolutely no hospitality. I won't even mention the food, we couldn't get in... I called in the morning to reserve a table for three and specified that we would have two dogs. They told me they didn't allow dogs inside (which I completely understand), but that they did allow them on the terrace, but without a reservation, first come, first served... the phone reception hadn't been great to begin with... so we wandered around and arrived at 12:20. My husband asked if we could sit on the terrace and the person sighed (we were really bothering them) without my husband noticing... but we, sitting across from them, saw everything... so we turned around and left. And frankly, by going somewhere else, we had a wonderful meal of mussels and received exceptional service... the "King of Mussels" is now just a name... look elsewhere if you want a great experience...

19/09/2026: Discovered a fantastic restaurant! I've never eaten such a succulent beef carpaccio. The slice of Aubrac beef was thicker than the usual thin slices. It was bursting with flavor, and the basil and Parmesan sauce was a delight. The owner is lovely and very professional, as are his staff. I'll definitely be back!
