12/08/2026: Great little restaurant. The food is good and the price is reasonable. It's best to book ahead. I recommend it.

28/07/2026: We chose this restaurant for a colleague's leaving party. There were 8 of us (not 10). When it came time to order, we couldn't get an omelet—"too complicated to make"—because there were too many of us, and only 4 hotplates... Okay... a little put off, I decided to order the same thing as one of my colleagues to avoid wasting their time. I asked for a "rare" burger, and my colleague asked for "medium." The waitress replied, "Okay." When it came time to serve, she told us about our two burgers, and I specified "rare" for myself. The waitress retorted that it wasn't possible to cook them two different ways because the meat was reheated in the microwave... and she even dared to add that McDonald's doesn't offer different cooking options... Seriously, if I'd wanted McDonald's, it wouldn't have cost me 20 bucks. But rest assured, getting paid is no problem at all; you can count on them. So, to sum up, no "too complicated" omelets, no different cooking methods... I've eaten in some real dumps, but this one takes the cake. Avoid it.

27/08/2026: We didn't choose Le Musigny restaurant by chance: we really wanted to discover what a Michelin-starred restaurant could offer and enjoy a truly special experience. We opted for the €39 lunch menu and were delighted with our choice. First of all, we were captivated by the presentation of the dishes, prepared with great taste, precision, and elegance. I chose the mackerel as my main course, and I must say I've never eaten such delicious mackerel. It was tender, juicy, with a slightly crispy crust, and without that overcooked fish smell that I dislike. It was accompanied by perfectly cooked vegetables and a light sauce. We also thoroughly enjoyed the pea mousse as a starter, as well as the delicate black pepper sauce served with the duck. The meal ended on a very sweet note, with a smooth crème brûlée and an original and flavorful pavlova. In short, we had a very pleasant two hours, filled with conversation, culinary discoveries, and the joy of tasting. Thank you for this wonderful time!

31/05/2026: Dishes as delicious as they are beautiful, the ingredients are showcased to perfection. New cuisine style with small portions. Small dining room. Only one sink in the restroom = wait in front of the counter in the window at the entrance. We wish this team all the best, including a new location worthy of their culinary talent.

13/08/2026: I love this restaurant; the food is very good and the service is fast. However, every time I order, the server forgets to apply the 10% takeaway discount that's clearly displayed everywhere. There's no point in advertising a discount in the window, on the menu, and on the counter if you're not going to honor it.

06/08/2026: It's become a tradition to come to Shao's; family, friends, and acquaintances have all come here. The welcome is warm and unpretentious, and the food is well-served, perfect for sharing, and absolutely delicious! (Special mention, in my opinion, goes to the garlic shrimp, lemon chicken fritter, and black mushroom chicken.) A must-try in Tourcoing!

13/04/2026: Absolutely perfect. I was invited there for my birthday, and it was a wonderful surprise. In a refined setting, we were seated in one of the restaurant's two rooms, which made for a cozy and not too noisy atmosphere. We ordered a starter, main course, and dessert, with a cocktail beforehand. The dishes were exquisite, featuring fresh, locally sourced vegetables, as mentioned in the chef's introduction to the menu. The service was impeccable and very attentive. I highly recommend this establishment. It was a delightful discovery. We will definitely be back.

04/07/2026: The staff were pleasant, however, if you're planning a family trip, this isn't ideal: the bathroom doesn't lock (and there's only one chair for two people). If you're looking for exceptional cleanliness, this isn't ideal either: stained cushions, crumbs on the floor, and even a long hair... the shower head sprays everywhere, and there's a musty smell as soon as you enter the room. Then there's the cleaning lady who enters the room at 10 am, knowing that check-out is at noon. On the other hand, the staff are very pleasant, the hotel is well-located, and parking is available.

27/06/2026: As part of a training course, I spent six weeks at this incredible hotel. The setting is magnificent. The rooms are very clean, with a large desk for working and a very comfortable bed. The staff is lovely and attentive; they went above and beyond, truly concerned about their guests' well-being. And above all, the food is superb, with generous portions and a menu that changes daily. I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely return when I'm in the area! 😁 And thank you again for everything.

29/06/2026: It's hard to give L'Incontournable a good rating... If we give it a good rating, the place will fill up... If we don't, we're lying... Dilemma... Historic location with regional cuisine. PS: A tad greasy, if I absolutely had to give a negative review.
