26/03/2026: Fantastic experience this Tuesday, March 24th at lunchtime! Everything was excellent, from the service to the food: a warm welcome, delicious and perfectly executed dishes. Special mention for the bacon fries… they alone are worth the trip!

13/04/2026: A really nice place with vintage, slightly childlike decor. Specializing in burgers (with a veggie option every time). Homemade desserts. Nothing to complain about. It's good, it's pleasant. 👍

10/04/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant completely by chance while walking down the street, and the vintage storefront immediately made us want to go in. Inside, the atmosphere was the same: super cool retro decor, we loved it! As for the food (of course), they have lots of homemade burgers and frankly… they're incredibly good!! And we absolutely loved the French toast for dessert!!!

17/03/2026: On vacation from April 29th to May 3rd, 2024. In Douai on Wednesday, May 1st, 2024 I found myself at Le Pré Vert where I ordered: - 1 non-alcoholic cocktail: Orange, pineapple, grenadine, lemon --> €6 - Maroilles cheese toast --> €6.80 - Flemish carbonnade --> €15 - Raspberry sabayon --> €6.80 For a total of €34.60, very good value for money. The owner is helpful if needed, a warm welcome, good advice, nice presentation, and delicious. There was little waiting time. The sauce was extraordinary: smooth, flavorful, and well-rounded. The waiter knew the menu very well and was happy to answer any questions. One small drawback: only one non-alcoholic cocktail, but that's normal in the North = beer.

01/04/2026: A must-try! My first experience at this establishment was wonderful. The welcome was warm, the service impeccable, and the staff kind and helpful. The food is high quality, the pan-fried foie gras was excellent, and the dishes are not just visually stunning but also incredibly delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant; it offers great value for money.

23/03/2026: I had an exceptional experience here. 7 of us in total. Only one person can speak French. The food was great from the starter to dessert. I got bone marrow for the starter. It was fantastic. The fish dish (whole fish). was tender and well seasoned. Dessert was great. The chef and his mom all came out to chat with us in the end. We even got to meet their dogs!

03/04/2026: A great place. They're very friendly. The menu is excellent. I had a cream of mushroom soup and fries, and it was delicious. My friend thoroughly enjoyed her Welsh rarebit. We had to leave the table after the meal service, but honestly, no problem at all. I highly recommend it, and it's great value for money.
