28/08/2026: A lovely little restaurant tucked away in an alley. It's surrounded by plants. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the food is cooked with seasonal ingredients. The pasta was a bit oily, but still very good. They also have excellent vegetarian options.

09/10/2026: We had a wonderful time in Old Lille with friends; everything was perfect! The welcome, the atmosphere, and of course the delicious and creative dishes, all at an unbeatable price: €35 for an amuse-bouche, starter, main course, and dessert. The icing on the cake was a very pleasant and genuine chat with the chef, who was attentive and charming, at the end of our meal. Kudos to his entire friendly team! We will definitely be back to one of, if not the best, restaurants in Old Lille.

05/10/2026: This place, which can quickly become your daily go-to spot if you live nearby, is located on the countryside side of Rue Pasteur de la Madeleine. It's recently become a popular Sunday spot; after a trip to the market, it's the perfect place to enjoy a delicious meal and unwind at the end of the weekend. Just a 10-minute bike ride from Lille city center and a 3-minute walk from the St. Maur tram stop, the restaurant offers parking and bike spaces right across the street, making it ideal for visitors from across the city and surrounding areas! I highly recommend this place.

02/10/2026: A restaurant run by a very friendly couple with a "home-style" menu that's quite popular locally, so don't hesitate to book if you want to be sure of getting a table! They recently stopped opening on Saturday evenings but are now open every Sunday for lunch, always offering a delicious family-style dish. I highly recommend this place.

12/10/2026: Excellent welcome, the place is warm and inviting, the tables are well-spaced, the dishes are beautifully presented and excellent, and the service is attentive. Nice wine list. The only downside was that the bread wasn't fresh, bordering on stale, even though it was late in the day, around 8:30 pm.

04/09/2026: Delicious beef tartare. I've never seen so many varieties on a menu. The service is really friendly, the atmosphere is a bit noisy... it's hard to imagine better in this picturesque location. I recommend making a reservation. This restaurant is very popular, and understandably so.

23/09/2026: I had a pleasant time at this restaurant. The food was good and I enjoyed the experience overall. The only slight drawback was the somewhat limited menu. A bit more variety would be appreciated. Despite this, I recommend the restaurant and would gladly return.

17/09/2026: Passing through Douai, my mother's birthplace, the restaurant was absolutely top-notch, both the welcome and the food. The carbonnade was truly amazing, especially with the fries. The desserts were also fantastic.
