The dishes are tasty, elegantly presented, and perfectly executed. The service is remarkable: attentive, responsive, and always with a smile. We truly feel unique, as if everything was designed to make us have an exceptional experience. Flawless from start to finish. Congratulations to the whole team! 👏

12/09/2024: Nous étions deux, et avons pris le menu de dégustation des spécialités ch’ti pour deux. Et nous n’avons pas été déçus, nous avons eu un bel aperçu des spécialités salées et sucrées. Bon, c’est pas léger, mais on le savait avant de commander. La petite salle est un poil bruyante. Très bon restaurant.

06/09/2024: Cadre super sympa, personnel très accueillant et souriant, bref ça commence déjà très bien. Prix hyper correct niveau qualité-quantité-prix. Si on revient sur Lille on reviendra sans hésitation !!!

23/10/2024: Y aller pour le cadre. Pas pour manger... Si c'est fait maison, c'est raté, et il faudrait changer de fournisseur si c'est des plats sous vide.

04/12/2025: Went for lunch after a training session at the business incubator. Excellent, generous portions. I ordered rare steak and got it, which is rare in some restaurants. Top-notch staff, I'll go with my family next time. For the price, it's very affordable considering the quantity. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

02/12/2025: First experience at Vert Mont, and I'm sorry to say we were disappointed. Upon arrival, we waited by the fireplace, which was pleasant, especially after an hour's drive (thanks to Lille's traffic jams!). Then we waited quite a while at our table before getting anything to drink. We found the portions very small. Two of us don't eat pork, and instead we received a tiny portion of mushrooms. For a Michelin-starred restaurant, this is quite surprising and disappointing. Some of the servers were excellent, others rather stressed, which made me feel uncomfortable. We had a lovely time in a superb atmosphere, but I don't think we'll be back. It's a shame; this is the second time I've been disappointed by one of Florent's restaurants (Krevette previously)... and I was such a fan of Bloempot.
