02/09/2024: We were welcomed by Sébastien and served by Valentin A place that must be remembered at all costs, the place is nice, with local products and staff who take great care of its customers and most importantly, the cuisine is homemade! We'll come back to that.

01/09/2024: Friendly place, pleasant welcome and attentive staff. The dishes tasted were very good. I recommend and would come back to taste the desserts!

02/12/2025: A lovely place where we had lunch with colleagues today. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautifully presented dishes and delicious food. For dessert, we had incredibly indulgent and light crêpes. The service was excellent, thank you for your kindness and warm welcome… we will be back! 😊

15/12/2024: This year I decided to have an end-of-year meal with my employees at the Brasserie d’Ere. We had a very nice evening. A very beautiful setting. The dishes are all tempting. We all had a great time. Quality products and beautiful plates Very warm welcome. A great first experience and not the last!

07/12/2024: We discovered this restaurant by chance a few months ago. We really enjoy homemade. The menu changes often and there are dishes on a slate that change every week. We go back there almost every Friday evening. We introduced this restaurant to our family, who also like it! The welcome is very pleasant, the food is delicious. I really recommend. For a dish at 17€50, don’t hesitate!!

16/02/2026: One of the best restaurants in the Cambrésis region! From the welcome to the service, right down to the food, everything is superb. The staff is friendly, attentive, and very professional, and the dishes are excellent, prepared with high-quality ingredients. Special mention goes to the crispy chicken (see photo), which is superb! A recipe that's consistently good over the years, perhaps even better! A big thank you to Aurélie, who maintains a consistently high level of service over time without ever faltering, and to her entire team. A friendly restaurant where you feel right at home. I highly recommend it!

30/11/2025: The owner enjoys talking behind people's backs (especially mine, and don't try to deny it, there's a witness). He's not the only one, by the way, but never mind. I really don't feel comfortable there and I always feel like I'm being treated like a pariah. If I were the one treating them the way they treat me, there would be an immediate outcry.

05/12/2025: Average food, had to return fries as they were burnt to a crisp, service slow and not very attentive. Overall very average for what you could expect in France.

23/11/2025: Avoid at all costs! Despite waiting an entire hour in the cold—a wait the manager had asked us to respect, assuring us a table would be available—we were never seated. Not only was the promise broken, but the manager displayed a disconcerting lack of empathy, showing no regard whatsoever for our wasted time or our empty stomachs. The irony is that we were clearly told not to make a reservation, only to be criticized for not doing so. Total disorganization, incoherent communication, and a blatant disregard for customers.

10/10/2025: Absurd price 2.90 for a small slice of sandwich cake 5€ no meat we are fine the raw vegetables are normal that's all let's not talk about the saleswomen who don't make you want to buy you should give them a speaker to hear them don't buy here at all

31/01/2026: A busy Saturday, but the service was quick, attentive, very pleasant and welcoming… thank you to Perine the waitress and to the gentleman with the beard for the warm welcome. We'll be back ☺️

28/09/2025: We started with Tataki de Thon. Tasted very good. Then Supreme de Volaille which was also perfect. We finished with Assiette de Fromages and Millefeuille aux Fraises. Really nice too. Everything was perfect. We´ll be back.

26/10/2025: It's always a pleasure to come and eat at the Peplum. The waitresses are friendly, and the value for money is excellent. The fries are very good, as is the pitta. Probably the best pitta plate in the area. That's why we came from Maubeuge.
