Very warm welcome, we feel good.
Top children's menu with homemade minced steak and a very generous portion.
Typical Flanders dishes (homemade potj, carbonnades, croquettes, etc.) at the top.
The chef goes into the room to greet customers and collect opinions.
I recommend. Good choice of beers and draft beers in particular (the triple Lefort…um)

Pleasant and attentive waitresses!
A crispy chicken salad and a duck breast with pepper sauce!! A TREAT!!🥰

17/12/2024: Même en cherchant, je ne vois pas beaucoup de points positifs à ce restaurant, tout au moins pour ma dernière expérience de Décembre:
1/ galère pour se garer
2/ lieu très bruyant et mal insonorisé
3/ notre serveur n’était pas du tout sympathique, peu efficace et aucun sourire pendant le service
4/ attente interminable… 1h pour avoir son plat
5/ qualité du plat médiocre (tataki de thon) , poisson pas frais , mal cuit et un peu goûteux
6/ addition pas du tout à la hauteur de la qualité des mets servis .
06/12/2024: Repas très bon en outre un serveur ( costaud ) se permet de critiquer des personnes chauve alors que lui même n’a pas l’air très propre vu l’odeur je n’y retournerais pas

Special mention to Steffi for her welcome, her smile and availability easily recognizable by her tattoos on her arm and her radiant look...

17/09/2024: The restaurant is defined by mediocre, both the service and the cuisine, there was a time, this brand was a guarantee of relative quality. Bad cooking, poorly prepared dishes, slow and poor service, a mediocre experience as it should be, sending the dishes at the same time as the aperitif becomes normal, not offering water as well. Anyway, go to the malt counter

23/09/2024: Beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c’est! Les plats sont plutôt bons mais pas travaillés au vu du prix. 34 euros un filet de bœuf frite salade ça me parait exagéré surtout quand on voit le tout petit morceau de viande qui nous a été servi. Les accompagnements sont plus que basique. A ce prix là des petits légumes rôties auraient été les bienvenus! Il y a des restaurant dans les coins qui pratiquent des prix plus bas pour une meilleure qualité. Bref première et dernière fois pour nous. Autrement bon service et cadre un peu trop vieillot

22/09/2024: it's very nice very welcoming both the saleswomen and the waiter it's a place it's not long since I came with my dog the waiter knows me well and the waiters too you can talk about me after a while ago a waitress told me she's leaving soon why not keep her, she's very nice, smiling
03/09/2024: Friendly place with good hot drinks as a bonus, at very reasonable prices. What more could you ask for for a real moment of relaxation.
The terrace is sunny and offers a beautiful view of the Belfry and the town hall. And it was on this same terrace that one of the scenes from the film “Bienvenue chez les ch’tis” was filmed. Dany Boon and Gad Merad's famous bike stunt.

06/09/2024: After touring the bars of the Citadelle on a Saturday evening with my cousin at 'Humanity' we decided that L'Abordage is by far the warmest bar Julien has nothing to do with it. Boss Baba Cool type ZZ Top big beard which ages him by 30 years while clean shaven he must be 12 years old. Good, very friendly atmosphere.
And a really low price... Kisses to the company. 😘

17/08/2024: Une belle et bonne surprise pour cette adresse de la rue Pierre Maurois, et pourtant l'adresse ne paie pas de mine de l'extérieur. On ne sait pas réellement à quoi s'attendre, tant sur l'atmosphère, que sur la cuisine. Un menu full canard? Et bien non, de la bonne vieille bistronomie bien faite, dans une ambiance sympathique, avec une équipe accueillante et aux petits soins.
La cuisine est plutôt inventive, précise et les quantités généreuses pour ce type de restaurant. On y passe un très agréable moment avec l'impression d'avoir découvert un ou 2 goûts différents.
Les vins sont également de qualité et le serveur s'y connait.
A refaire... avec plaisir
16/08/2024: Il y a bien longtemps que nous n'avions pas eu un coup de coeur pour un restaurant avec ma mère ! Nous avons été conquise par le lieu, le service, le personnel et surtout par la cuisine. Déjà quelle joie d'avoir une offre végétalienne digne de ce nom y compris en terme de dessert. Les produits utilisés sont très bons, la cuisine est élaborée et il y a une vraie recherche d'équilibre des saveurs. Avec l'accord mets et vins tout était parfait. Vraiment je recommande cette adresse d'autant plus pour les vegans qui passent par Lille !
