02/12/2025: Pleasant restaurant, friendly staff. As already mentioned in the reviews, the portion of salmon terrine with three peppercorns and dill cream, even considering the price, was too small to be enjoyable. I recommend the semi-cooked foie gras with roasted beetroot, honey, and thyme (beetroot is served in a separate ramekin for those who don't like it). Regarding the main courses, the pan-seared scallops with celery root purée and pistachio were perfectly executed, the pan-seared prawns with Fourme d'Ambert sauce and curry were good (a small bowl for waste would be a nice touch), and the dish of the day (chicken blanquette) was good. However, the chicken gratin with Maroilles cheese and endives needs improvement as it was far too greasy (I pointed this out to the waiter). The selection of wines, cocktails, soft drinks, coffee, and even the Irish coffee was excellent.

27/12/2025: A bit pricey for what it is. The fries are good. I was shocked to pay for tap water when it's against the law (Since decree no. 25-268 of June 8, 1967, a restaurant owner cannot charge you for a carafe of tap water).

03/10/2025: The themed evenings are a great success. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, even if a little noisy. Paella, couscous, or cassoulet, depending on the mood. But you can always choose from the bistro menu.

16/09/2025: Charlotte welcomed us into a vintage setting where many items are for sale... Remember at Mamie et Papi. The meal was delicious, homemade. The homemade banana ice cream is pure delight! For me, it's a place to visit without moderation. Thank you for the simple and warm welcome!

11/09/2025: Attracted by the somewhat unusual atmosphere, we chose this small restaurant. A friendly welcome. Disappointed on the way back, the portions were really small for the price, leaving us wanting more. The salad was mostly dressed with oil, lacking flavor. 13.50 for a salad that would be offered as a starter elsewhere given the quantities. The risotto was really disappointing, rice a bit drowned in an indeterminate sauce with an assortment of defrosted entry-level seafood. At 15.50, the quality, quantity, and price ratio were not there. Lack of seasoning and flavor there too. I went to get some salt, a small collection of cobwebs decorated the salt shakers. In short, really disappointed given the prices. We went to get dessert elsewhere after the main course.

05/02/2026: Good value for money. Pleasant setting. However, the room wasn't heated enough. We were cold, which was a shame.

26/01/2026: Auberge Saint-Hubert is a must-visit for lovers of authentic cuisine. The dishes are generous, flavorful, and perfectly showcase local ingredients. The setting is rustic and welcoming, and the mountain views are simply magnificent. The attentive service makes you want to return very soon.

19/02/2026: Hello...we already booked last year and came back this year for Valentine's Day...set menu at 48 euros excluding drinks...the menu seemed excellent, but we left...we were served an excellent aperitif and amuse-bouche...endless wait, still no starter served after 1 hour and 30 minutes...the waitresses were overwhelmed, including one full-time employee and two trainees....we decided to leave...unfortunately, everyone in the restaurant was in the same situation...far too long a wait, I think we weren't the only ones who left....sincerely disappointed, I don't know what the problem was...in the kitchen? With the service? ...yet a set menu, so it should be easier to manage....we won't be back on these special days...maybe come back during "normal" times....I'm hesitating....

14/02/2026: One word: CHAOTIC. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was incredibly cold, and that's not even mentioning the rest. We arrived at 7:30 pm, and our starter wasn't served until 9:30 pm... One thing is for sure, we won't be back.
