01/10/2026: We had a lovely time in a beautiful setting, with beautifully set tables. We received a very warm welcome from the two waiters. Then came delicious and beautifully presented plates of appetizers. The desserts were excellent. Passing through the region, we received excellent advice from the owners of Château de la Marlière – two wonderful discoveries.

22/09/2026: Very disappointed by the steak tartare and the unprofessionalism of the chef who didn't even bother to come and explain the situation. Sorry, but we won't be going back.

21/08/2026: We were warmly welcomed by the waitresses, and the owner always had a kind word for his customers. The service was quite quick, with no waiting. From aperitif to dessert, everything went smoothly.

The welcome is always warm, and the owner is incredibly kind, smiling, and attentive to his customers. You feel comfortable every time you visit. A truly great place that I recommend without hesitation! 👍😊🍽️

18/06/2025: Friendly atmosphere and menu, the problem is that the waitress has no sense of humor and therefore skips the table for service. To tell you the truth, we had the dessert menu and waited for over 10 minutes without seeing anyone: we left to pay and go get coffee and dessert elsewhere.

29/08/2026: The food and atmosphere are still excellent. However, on Saturday, August 29, 2026, they struggled to keep up with the number of orders at the fries counter due to people returning from vacation. There were also two oversights: first, I ordered a pepper sauce on the side and an Andalusian sauce, but the pepper sauce wasn't included. Second, the chicken double cheeseburger was missing salad and tomato (which explains my 3/5 rating for service; I usually give it 5/5). I'm attributing this to the reopening, but they need to make sure it doesn't happen again, as this isn't the first time they've forgotten salad and tomato on my chicken double cheeseburger (it's the second time).

26/09/2026: We had lunch on the terrace this Saturday at noon, a superb setting, and very friendly service. The food is simple but good. We were in a hurry and were still able to eat on time…efficient! The terrace with its lounge area for drinks looks very pleasant. It's great to see a restaurant doing well in Valjoli. Thank you, we'll be back on our next walks in Valjoli.
