18/06/2025: I go to this restaurant very often because Mr. Ricardo and his wife are very helpful, they always have a smile, they are very welcoming, and the food is very good (congratulations to the artists behind the scenes 😉), fresh produce, and traditional Portuguese cuisine 💝 It's a complete change of scenery when I'm at their place, I feel like I'm in my own country. 03/08/2024: Lunar.. we were used to it but it’s over. When we arrived home, the fries were full of oil, the tray had become translucent and the fries were mush. We returned to the place to ask for this to be changed, the 3 employees were angry, “it’s the potato that is like that” We explained that it was inedible, the employee shouted at me, asking me what I didn't understand in what he had just said. So I asked for a refund, trying not to get upset, and one of the girls protested, saying that they were overwhelmed and that they couldn't make it.. I replied that it wouldn't work. It wasn't our problem and the third one started shouting "but I'm going to freak out, she's crazy, I'm going to freak out" The boss arrived and reimbursed us, admitting that there had been a problem, so... thank you for the gesture. However, it is unacceptable that employees allow themselves to speak to customers in this way. Apparently your cooks do not have the basics of education and commerce! It would be time to teach them because this is not the first time that there have been excesses, regularly during the wait we hear them complain and proclaim loudly and clearly that they are “fed up” that “this pisses off.” Not great for your image!

01/08/2024: Good morning The restaurant part is perhaps good? but the chip shop needs to be reviewed €18.10 for two fries, one small, one large and an overpriced American kebab the quality is mediocre, mashed and black fries and much overcooked full of oil putting this price for quality still passes but the quality is not there I do not recommend the chip shop at all!! Good day

05/04/2026: Following my two-night stay at your hotel in Lille, my experience is mixed. The welcome was very pleasant, the room comfortable and well-lit with a comfortable bed, and the breakfast excellent with a wide variety of products. My main complaint concerns the soundproofing of the rooms (although you are not responsible for the noise from our neighbors' amorous activities lasting nearly four hours). It's less of an issue with the clicking noises I heard all night, every 1 to 1.5 minutes, which were extremely unpleasant and kept me awake. I don't think I'll be returning to such a high-quality establishment, despite my many nights spent in hotels for work.

02/04/2026: The bathroom was in need of maintenance. The room was recently renovated, clean, and comfortable. Excellent service and staff. Good breakfast. The building is of an older design, and soundproofing wasn't a priority back then, but that didn't stop me from getting a good night's sleep. Thank you to the team.

13/07/2024: Nous avons récemment visité un restaurant sympathique où nous espérions passer une soirée agréable. Malheureusement, le service était un peu trop pressant. Le serveur était constamment derrière nous pendant tout le dîner, au point de nous enlever la bouteille et le verre avant même que nous ayons fini nos boissons. Si vous voulez profiter du moment, attention, il faudra le faire rapidement !

29/06/2024: Ambiance très sympa. Personnel jeune mais tres professionnel et efficace Plats et desserts très bons. Je recommande.

26/08/2024: A great time every time. The crepes are delicious, the service is fast and always done with a smile, the place is a cocoon where time stops for a salted butter caramel crepe (obviously). Go there with your eyes closed and your stomach hungry without hesitation! NB: remember to make an appointment beforehand because it quickly fills up because it’s so delicious.

17/08/2024: The crepes are excellent. It is not always easy to get a table as the place is so popular. The savory pancakes are quite simple, the crepes flambés put on a show while I enjoy a perfectly graceful butter and cinnamon crepe!

11/05/2024: Personnel pressé de finir sa journée, débarrassant les tables inoccupées,à 22h15,gênant les clients attablés. Une serveuse a même piqué une crise car ses collègues ne l aidaient pas.Les serveurs balayaient la terrasse et sous les tables occupées. Si vous voulez finir tôt, ne recevez plus de clients après 20h mais laissez nous profiter du lieu sereinement. Manque de professionnalisme et de respect vis à vis des clients. A fuir!

06/08/2024: We kwamen voor een ontbijt. Mooie uitgebreide kaart maar er was enkel een broodje en croissants te krijgen... werd op een onvriendelijke manier medegedeeld...

13/07/2024: Het menu ziet er veelbelovend. Het eten voldoet echter helemaal niet aan de verwachtingen, vooral voor deze prijs. Spijtig!

11/07/2024: Chez Delphine, il y a deux types de clients : les habitués et les autres. Avec les premiers, le personnel est agréable, souriant et désireux de bien faire, quitte à les faire passer devant les seconds dont le pain pizza est en train de trop cuir dans le four. Les clients occasionnels ont pour leur part à peine un bonjour, doivent parfois attendre dix minutes alors que leur pain est cuit et sont bien souvent radinés en frites. Mais soyons honnêtes, les pains pizzas sont plutôt bons et c'est la raison pour laquelle j'y retourne - pour l'instant - malgré l'accueil que je ne trouve pas à la hauteur.

06/06/2024: On nous a vanter les merites de cette friterie et nous avons été très déçus. Acceuil froid, frites grasses et hamburgers incipides. Petit conseil : ne pas y aller le soir. L'attente est très longue car les patrons boivent un canon au bar quand les clients attendent.

07/09/2024: Nous y venions pour la 2éme fois dans le cadre d'un événement familial. toujours aussi satisfaits quand à l'environnement, la qualité du repas. Le personnel très agréable, est très attentif et à l'écoute de nos demandes. Mention particulière à notre petit serveur qui a assuré le service malgré un collègue absent, toujours avec le sourire et dans la bienveillance. Nous aurons plaisir à y revenir si l'occasion se présente à nouveau.
