10/09/2024: A nice disappointment. Decent service but sorely lacking in sympathy, affordable prices for dishes, quite the opposite for drinks and desserts. Good fries, and that's it, the meat in the stew was dry and cold, as was the sauce. My neighbor's tab was much more appetizing.

01/09/2024: Thank you to the HQ team in particular to Pierre and Dolorès for the organization and the service as well as to the cooks who provided. It was very good, everyone was delighted. If you have an event to organize you can go with your eyes closed. Good luck to everyone.

20/09/2024: Overpriced catering! I ordered an American steak, two small pots of mayo and ketchup sauce and two 33 cl drinks for the modest sum of €19.50. Everything is counted extra. A small pot of sauce €1, the two salad leaves in the American salad €1€50, a 33cl Perrier €3, the pepper sauce in the bread €1! I will never set foot in this establishment again.

28/07/2024: Very unpleasant welcome from the lady at reception, looks down on herself and is very haughty! We had to change trails twice because they were blocked, other than that we had a great time

25/09/2024: We visited on our way back to the UK, one of the joys of France is going to their supermarkets as they are incredible compared to the UK, and this Auchan didn't disappoint! It is huge, with a garden centre as well, and a large home department, but as always it was the food section that really wowed us. A huge fresh food selection, and the butchery/deli area has an incredible range of meats including offal and lesser known cuts - onglet, bavette etc for sale which is incredibly hard to find in the UK. There is also an actual butcher out the back which you can see behind the glass where they make their own sausages and other meat products like the marinated items. And you can't talk about a French supermarket without mentioning the bread and patisserie - wonderful selection and the eclairs we bought were delicious. We also received great service - there was an Auchan staff member who heard us talking in English about a beer we couldn't find, and he stepped in to ask if he could help and he helped us find what we were looking for! Great service. Definitely one of the better Auchan's around, and if you're on your way back to the UK, definitely worth making a stop here!

21/09/2024: 12/24/2020: Although this Auchan hypermarket is not new, it is huge, well stocked and offers rather reasonable prices. It's the first time I've been here and I'm not disappointed. Despite the crowds, the checkout was quick. The staff remains pleasant, available and resists the pressure of this New Year's Eve. Well done ! Now that I live in Dunkirk, Auchan is my go-to supermarket. I do 80% of my shopping there.

18/11/2024: Excellent cuisine and breathtaking sea views.

09/11/2024: Facing the sea, you eat surprisingly well in this unpretentious, but very nice establishment, it's worth pushing the door open. We feasted on oysters and fish dishes, only one regret: that the opening hours of the kitchen were not extended.

17/06/2024: What the hell is this *** I will never go eat there again!

15/06/2024: We ordered 2 croissants, 1 cappuccino and 1 hot chocolate here. It was in fact their croissants were the first croissants we ever had in France. We were not disappointed, it was so soft, crunchy and elastic. We were joking about how we have been eating the "fake" croissants back at home the whole time because this tasted so much better. The staffs were very friendly and speak English. I am so thankful for this because I do not think they could understand our broken French otherwise. We would definitely come back if we have chance visit Lille again.

23/09/2024: The menu serves less choice of ice cream, a little expensive for basic ice cream, no more aperitif board and lack of server on the terrace

18/09/2024: We leave because no one comes to take our orders. The boss, as classy as the service, insults us as sick on the way out.

16/09/2024: La seule note positive de notre repas dans cet établissement sera l’accueil d’une serveuse charmante et pro ! Pour le reste …. Attente pénible alors que ce dernier soir de braderie, le restaurant n’était pas plein, loin de là..! Repas insipide et sans intérêt . Les serveurs passent avec les poubelles à sortir pendant que nous dînons , et au lieu de s’intéresser à notre cas … Non , décidément, ce genre d’endroit est complètement dépassé ….

15/09/2024: Pour une braderie de Lille, service en plein boom, le service reste de bonne qualité avec un très bon serveur et un très belle accueil. Petit bemol la personne qui accueille mal renseignée sur les stocks de la carte. Mise à part ça très bonne qualité culinaire.
