14/09/2026: I stopped by this evening for a couple of measly things to eat. And I ended up paying for "cheesy fries"—well, actually, no cheese sauce! Considering they cost almost €3 for fries, it's unacceptable. Plus, there's no contact number, so if you live far away, it's a total rip-off! It's frustrating to live in a world where you have to double-check with professionals to be sure you're getting what you paid for.

10/09/2026: I'm beyond fed up! Orders are almost never respected, extras are practically nonexistent. I go there quite often and I'm disappointed, but I'm going to never go back. Every time I order a taco, 50% of the time I end up with one that has fries even though I specifically say I don't want them. Just think about people with allergies! Frankly, it's outrageous not to respect an order when the OTacos is practically empty. The same goes for the almost burnt topping. But the worst part is that I managed to break a small piece of my molar because of the overcooked ground beef. It's truly outrageous! You need to review your service!

22/10/2026: Avoid this restaurant at all costs. No respect for the customer whatsoever. I asked for my credit card receipt, which I didn't receive. The machine was malfunctioning; I ordered a coffee and waffle for €16.50, but it told me to pay even though the machine wasn't faulty. It was clearly designed to encourage overspending. I asked for a refund to my credit card, but they refunded me in cash even though I specifically requested a credit card payment. The manager and staff couldn't care less; they were practically mocking me. Then, after the situation almost escalated, they offered to refund the entire amount. He treated me like a beggar, so I gave him back the money, which amounted to a paltry €9, and told him it was for a drink at home. I insisted that the manager is not fit to run a business and is clearly not cut out for it. There are proper ways to speak to customers, but this person is disgraceful. In short, avoid this place at all costs!

16/10/2026: We won't be going back... the cassoulet was rather cold, but well-grilled and dry... and the buzzer wasn't working... You could wait a long time for the meat... and the waiter alone at the grill was completely overwhelmed. Avoid this place at all costs.

22/06/2026: €2 for 33cl of water, not even slightly chilled, that's a bit much.

01/08/2026: We wanted to sit outside but at first there wasn’t a table but they told us when one was free. We ordered the classique and we got breadcrumbs a piece of baguette and a boiled egg but it wasn’t fully boiled the first time. Everywhere in the store are tables with leftover food from people that already left. So overall it was fine but for not the price. The staff was very friendly but not very active.

29/07/2026: What a disappointment! A completely stale apple and cinnamon tartlet and a detox juice that tasted like store-bought juice. Not fresh at all!

11/10/2026: I went on Saturday at lunchtime to place a takeaway order. The service was pleasant, and the wait for the order was reasonable. What we ordered was good. The fries were crispy, the box of nuggets and drumsticks was good, and we had no problems.

21/08/2026: Excellent service, delicious fries, and a very generous portion. I recommend going there. The only downside is that you can't change the sauce on the hamburgers, which is a shame because they could do that.

10/09/2026: I've been working with Tabesto for almost four years. At first, everything was fine with my first two kiosks, so I trusted them and continued signing up to add more. I understand that you have to read the contracts, but when the sales pitch implies that the kiosks will eventually belong to you, you don't expect to discover that it's actually just a rental agreement and that the equipment is reclaimed after years of payments. 👉 €150 per kiosk per month, which is over €5,000 over three years for equipment worth around €2,500… At this point, it's no longer a minor detail. Looking back, you realize you've been ripped off, and frankly, it's a real blow to your confidence. On the technical side, there's no proper integration with my cash register, and no KDS solution is offered. So I decided to switch providers, and now access to the terminals is blocked, directly impacting my business. In conclusion: be extremely vigilant regarding contracts and financing. The offer may seem attractive at first, but the reality is different. I'm still reposting the review I wrote at the beginning of my collaboration with Tabesto. The team is fast, attentive, and professional. The system was set up very quickly, and adjustments were made immediately. Excellent!

10/09/2026: The kiosks are a real asset to my restaurant; customers don't hesitate to order and add extra items, which is a real plus for the business. Everyone is happy, and what's more, the customer service is impeccable and very responsive whenever I need it, which for me is their main strength. I highly recommend them.
