19/08/2026: We arrived with our two children without a reservation. We were greeted adequately. The food wasn't bad, but nothing special. The portions were rather small and lacked character, especially the sauces (the peppercorn sauce barely tasted of pepper, and the same went for the Maroilles cheese sauce). The salads were served without dressing. Yet the price wouldn't be excessive if the quantity and quality were slightly better. As it stood, I found our meal quite expensive for what was offered. I won't even mention the desserts, which I found outrageously expensive (€3.50 for a scoop of Carte d'Or ice cream). We decided to skip them.

18/08/2026: It's a shame we can't give zero stars to describe this AWFUL restaurant. We walked in and weren't even greeted, just told us, "We're full." Many tables were empty. They simply DIDN'T WANT to serve lunch at 1:20 PM during the summer. If you DON'T want to work, then don't open a restaurant or bistro.

05/08/2026: Nice, clean and friendly bakery/cafe - coffee was great, the pain au chocolat fresh and tasty … with some wraps / sandwiches as a slightly more filling option, it was perfect for a short afternoon snack stop!

31/05/2026: We'd been wanting to try it for a while, and we finally did today. What can I say except that the welcome was incredibly warm and friendly? Both the owner and the waitress were very kind, smiling, and welcoming. The food was delicious! We ordered the small steak frites, and we each had two butcher's cuts and tripe—everything was fantastic! The tripe was exceptional. The desserts were also delicious, and all at an unbeatable price. We highly recommend this bistro.

30/04/2026: Passing by on a Wednesday at lunchtime, I had a superb discovery: excellent cuisine made with top-quality ingredients, all served by a smiling and attentive waitress. In short, avoid the big restaurant chains because there are little gems like La Charrue in the villages 😉

21/08/2026: Why not 6 out of 5? Everything about this place is perfect: Taste buds you've never experienced before suddenly awaken – unforgettable! Unfortunately, our second visit didn't live up to the first: Apart from the delicious oyster appetizer, the main course (fish) was nothing special, so we have to deduct a point.

16/08/2026: My partner and I ordered a Roquefort burger, and I also ordered mussels with Roquefort. The Roquefort wasn't melted into the burger, and neither was the ground beef. We hadn't specified how we wanted it cooked when we ordered, so the burger was cold. My mussels were also cold; they were still sandy with a lot of seaweed in them. So I didn't eat my mussels. I asked for a discount, and I was verbally attacked, told to look at them. They finished, and other customers were talking about it. We left completely disappointed. As a business owner, you also have to accept criticism and have a minimum of empathy. Having worked in the restaurant industry myself, I find this completely unacceptable.

26/03/2026: A very good experience at Les Remparts restaurant. The setting is pleasant, the service efficient, and the food is really good. A place I highly recommend.

10/03/2026: Excellent restaurant, delicious food, reasonable prices. Calm atmosphere. The owner and the young waitress were very friendly. The only downside was the speed at which the dishes were served.

07/03/2026: Excellent welcome. A good meal with an excellent terrine, well-prepared starters and main courses, average desserts, and impersonal but efficient service. Spacious and pleasant room (no coffee machine, unfortunately) and the Wi-Fi was a bit weak. Superb breakfast (truly homemade) served by a very friendly young woman. Overall, a positive experience.

12/02/2026: Definitely the best hotel in the northern sector. Quiet, clean, and spacious rooms. Excellent cuisine. Always a very warm welcome. For a business trip, the mobile network isn't ideal.

21/07/2026: We had a great meal there; the pizzas were delicious. The young waitress was very pleasant and polite, but the gentleman was much less so. However, that won't stop us from going back for another good pizza 🍕

17/07/2026: Excellent pizzeria, very reasonable prices, super friendly and attentive staff. We didn't have to wait, even in peak season in mid-July. A great pizzeria for couples or families.

19/07/2026: We ate there for lunch today and thoroughly enjoyed it. We had the set menu (starter, main course, and dessert), and everything was delicious. The waitress was very friendly and did a great job. The decor is lovely, and the prices are reasonable.

02/07/2026: A great experience for the fourth time. The food is always delicious, the chef is fantastic and very pleasant. The young apprentices need to step up and give it their all, but otherwise, very good.

23/08/2026: Reservation made. We arrive and, without even saying hello, they tell us "there are no more places available." Appalling service. First and last time.

31/07/2026: We only come to pick up a package; the image is tarnished by the presence of the same pepper-bearing men at all hours and the smell that goes with it. It's a shame, the owners are very nice.

14/06/2026: We were out bikepacking and stopped at this brasserie. A very pleasant and friendly person let us take a break and we put our bikes inside to rest on a rainy and windy day...a big thank you!
