31/08/2024: The hotel was most probably a remarkable venue a couple of years ago. However, the owners have failed to invest to maintain their reputation. It is old and needs to be refreshed - both the common areas and the room. In particular, with respect to the room, the carpet appears very old and not that clean, the walls need to be cleaned and painted, the linens needs to be replaced (stains, sign of wear, uncomfortable), the mattress is very hard and of cheap quality. Let alone the fact that the room looks old, it is also not cleaned properly... For the price we paid, this is very far from what we expected and really does not compare well with other accommodation where we stayed at in the area. This affected our vacation and I am sorry we stayed at this hotel.

11/07/2025: We went to buy a loaf of bread last night. The bread had holes in it. We told the lady today, and she laughed right in my face. Not businesslike at all. 7 p.m. No more baguettes in that case, closed at 6:30 p.m. Not at 8 p.m. Disappointed, I won't be going back.

06/12/2024: Pleasantly surprised by this brasserie located in the Leclerc shopping center in Lumbres, the staff is very welcoming, the service is fast, the beers are good and the dishes are delicious, I went for the Essartis burger and I found It's very good I recommend, regarding parking, there is the Leclerc parking lot directly.

03/09/2024: Wij vonden het niet zo een leuke ervaring, mijn man had de mosselen en die waren heel saai van smaak, er zat ook geen mosselkruiden in. Ik had de Kabeljauw met frietjes maar de Kabeljauw had een rare korst erop wat ook niet lekker was. Wij zouden niet meer terug gaan maar da's persoonlijk. De zaak zat wel vol daarom dat we zijn gebleven maar wel lang mogen wachten op onze drank.

29/08/2024: The room is a little small to have easy access without disturbing your neighbor for baby in the stroller, but a wonderful address. The service is impeccable, the waitresses are attentive, and the manager at the bar is kind and smiling. We really enjoyed ourselves, tasty and really generous plates, "the best mussels", the children's menu is really good. I recommend this little corner of taste paradise 🌼

Well sheltered naturally by the treetops, the meal went very well: orders were taken by tablets handled by smiling and attentive staff. Respect of suitable deadlines between aperitif, main courses and dessert. I highly recommend

31/08/2024: Very good restaurant, perhaps not plentiful enough if you are very hungry. Excellent value for money. It was very good but lukewarm but that doesn't bother me Although we forgot my order (table of 5) my friends had already finished their plates while I was still waiting for mine. 2 young men took care of us, they tried to hold heads but made a few order errors (drinks only luckily), maybe take a note on a notebook that would be better for them. I think they are new and I wish them good luck, because catering is not always easy and not for everyone.

01/09/2024: A quality address in Arras Very appreciated the little appetizers The dish was really quality on the terrace in the beautiful setting of the squares of Arras If I remove a star it is because the price is a little high and the tartar is homemade, I would have preferred a knife cut (it was specified on the American filet style menu) but for a meat restaurant, it missing the chew. There were no capers or pickles. I think the tartar was too big, I had trouble finishing it. Perhaps we should offer a smaller and cheaper version. Nevertheless, I very happily recommend this address

03/09/2024: Hello everyone, I have just returned from a week's vacation on the coast. I really fell in love with this restaurant. We arrived without reservation one evening and they found a place for us (even though there were 4 of us). at first but I quickly understood that it was because of their love for the customers. adorable staff from the waitress to the chef! We came back the next day at noon with friends, unfortunately there were no more places inside, they offer a lot of good things outside! And a second taste explosion in addition to the fact that the weather was nice and there are tables outside. I thank this restaurant again, I would come back 10/10 ☺️
