21/03/2026: We stopped by today for lunch at a place we usually like. Oops... we hadn't made a reservation... mistake... the owner gave us a cold welcome, not even a hello or goodbye... was he just being moody... perhaps he had a bad night...

11/03/2026: Nice and clean bar/brasserie. Well located near the Romelaere nature reserve with a large terrace (great in summer). Reservations are recommended. Be careful to avoid the reheated fries (it happened once, but they pretended not to hear). They weren't particularly friendly if you weren't part of their group of friends... A shame.

20/03/2026: We regularly dine at this establishment. The welcome is friendly, the decor is lovely, and the food is excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed the scallops, which were beautifully prepared in terms of both texture and flavor. A nice touch: great playlists that create a pleasant atmosphere.

08/03/2026: Finally, a restaurant that actually cooks! After our dismal experiences in Le Touquet, we crossed the bridge to Étaples and discovered this restaurant that prides itself on using quality ingredients. Good idea. It restored our faith in the region's restaurants. The tasting menu more than lived up to its promises, with excellent, well-prepared, and beautifully presented dishes that put a fresh spin on classic French cuisine. Special mention goes to the sweetbreads. Well done, keep it up! It must be more difficult to please everyone in the summer, but off-season, it was perfect for us. No waiting, a good meal, some new discoveries, a great playlist… And a reasonable bill.

28/02/2026: Restaurant located right next to the Hôtel Louvre Lens and accessible from it. Magnificent decor. A small menu guarantees the freshness of the ingredients. Delicious dishes from appetizer to dessert. Special mention for the pithiviers with three meats; a real treat! Welcoming and attentive staff. We were won over! Thank you!

15/02/2026: Waited for our food for one hour and left

21/03/2026: I've never been treated so badly in a restaurant. We wanted to have a drink and maybe eat afterward. One of the waiters curtly told us to have it at the bar because he was "setting the tables." I would have understood if it had been busy, but three-quarters of the seats were empty. The service at the bar was quite unpleasant; the waitress served the wine as if it were an unwelcome guest. You'd be treated better even in a betting shop. Speaking of the bar: it was quite high, and there weren't any stools to sit on. I was so shocked I couldn't react. We quickly drank our drinks and left to eat at another restaurant, which didn't disappoint us. In short, never again!
