12/05/2026: Unsatisfactory service, the kitchen had a small problem with my meat; when you work in a butcher shop, you know what a bavette steak is!!! But anyway, my dish was corrected very quickly, thank you by the way.

11/05/2026: We received a wonderful welcome and Mélissa took excellent care of us, from order to payment. It wasn't our first time being served by her, and she remains incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. This definitely makes us want to return. I should also mention that the other waitresses that day were very friendly as well.

04/04/2026: There's nothing left to see. We came on a Saturday at lunchtime and it was practically empty. I just ordered a Welsh rarebit, which was overcooked mush. My wife had a goat cheese salad, but it was missing some of the ingredients: potatoes and new potatoes. This was clearly stated on the menu, and we told the waitress, but received no response. A disappointing brasserie. I don't recommend it.

24/05/2026: The catering service, which was very convenient because it was open very late and until recently excellent, has been declining since the departure of the long-time owner. The new employees are unpleasant and provide terrible service; you really get the impression you're bothering them. A minimum level of service and quality, given the prices charged, wouldn't be out of place. Get your act together!

24/05/2026: The food was excellent, but the service was a complete disaster. We came for lunch with friends. The food was impeccable: the dishes were delicious and everyone enjoyed them. However, the service was a complete failure. Admittedly, the staff was clearly overwhelmed at the start, but accumulating so many mistakes is hard to justify: A 45-minute wait just to have our drink orders taken. Numerous oversights: one starter, four out of ten main courses (!), and the after-dinner drinks were only available at the end. Another 45-minute wait for dessert, even though we were practically the only ones left in the restaurant. In short: a moment ruined by poor logistics. It would be wiser to reduce the number of covers to better serve your customers, or to rethink the layout of the dining room. It's a shame, because the chef does a good job.

I didn't feel obligated to eat quickly. Excellent value for money; I ate very well and was completely satisfied, paying a fair price.

25/04/2026: We followed the Google reviews and everything was delicious. We had the duck breast and the young rooster, and everything was perfect. The kids' menu included homemade fries. You can go there without hesitation! ☺️

24/04/2026: We went there for lunch on a weekday. With 3 children and 3 adults. It wasn't too crowded. The service was quick and friendly. The menu isn't extensive. It's limited to a few starters, main courses, and desserts, but everything is homemade. The staff were very attentive to the children, which is rarely the case in this type of establishment. In short, you can go there without hesitation for a family lunch.

21/05/2026: We went to the chip shop for Bastille Day (July 14th, 2025). We ordered two large fries for a price that was quite exorbitant for a chip shop. When we opened the package, there was only one small fry inside, which was obviously disappointing. We felt ripped off.

21/05/2026: We went there during Bastille Day last year, on July 14th. We were a group of young people and we ordered two large fries... The portions were ridiculously small for the price! We're regulars at local chip shops (especially in Liévin) and we've never seen such small portions. We were all disappointed in our group... But oh well, we'll give it another try, just in good faith!

06/04/2026: A restaurant tucked away in nature that's well worth the detour. We were a family reunion of 30! Everything was perfect: aperitifs, warm toasts, a seafood starter, sparkling wine, cake, and fast, efficient service... they were very attentive to their customers. Go there!

08/01/2026: A magnificent place! 🌟 At Les Étangs de Rollancourt, you always receive a very warm welcome. Our waitress, Cécilia, is fantastic: smiling, professional, and very attentive. All the staff are friendly and make sure you have a wonderful time. The food is excellent: generous, flavorful, and high-quality dishes. Honestly, when I book a restaurant, I only go here; it's become my go-to! I highly recommend it, whether for a meal with family, friends, or as a couple.

02/05/2026: We loved it! The mussels were excellent, and the fries and homemade mayonnaise were a real treat. The service was top-notch, with truly lovely staff. We went back a second time during our stay on the Opal Coast, without hesitation. A place we'll treasure ❤️ I'm adding a bonus star for a touch of humor! 😁
