14/06/2026: The meal was good. The service was good too. Why 4 out of 5? Prices were too high. Cocktails were small for the price. And especially in such a gourmet establishment, serving Lipton tea doesn't make sense; a well-known tea brand would have been more appropriate.

06/06/2026: Upon arrival, you're transported back in time. The decor is reminiscent of our old inns. What a joy to savor these delicious and generous dishes! Fresh, local, and high-quality ingredients. A big thank you for the simple yet warm welcome. We left feeling full and happy. We look forward to returning.

14/04/2026: A magical moment for my 60th birthday. The welcome, the service, the cuisine of Chef William. And always a kind word as we left the Chef's pavilion for my birthday. We have been coming to the Westminster for over 15 years. We had an apartment in the Westminster residence. And we were very regulars at the Les Cimaises restaurant. 19/05/2026: Point 1: The staff's welcome was excellent, very professional. Number 2: The atmosphere wasn't great, and all those pictures of animals on the wall made me feel down. And that large garden cow at the restaurant entrance—everything is designed to remind you of the meat on your plate throughout the entire meal. There's a strange atmosphere surrounding the meat. I had mixed feelings; a piece priced at €21, practically a spider steak, I expected better flavor. Regarding the pepper sauces and the shallot sauce: avoid them. You'd be better off using the mayonnaise in a packet. A few undercooked fries. Regarding the charcuterie board, it needs improvement. I find it excessively expensive, especially for what's on it: mortadella, 3 gherkins, salad, €12. And then they add salad to fill the board. I don't see the point of overloading it with salad, especially if there are several of you at the table. Not everyone is going to pick at salad when they'll already have some in their own dish. I'm still torn between being satisfied and not satisfied; I won't be going back. It's a shame, because the presentation of the dish was reasonably good. Otherwise, the staff is really friendly.

18/05/2026: Hello, I was very happy with my visit to this restaurant. The food was very good and the portions were perfect. The wait between courses was short. We would have liked to sit on the terrace, but it was raining, which was a shame.

11/07/2026: The welcome was very warm! I have many food allergies and it's difficult for me to eat out. I asked for a modified dish. They were very understanding and came to check on me several times, specifying each time what contained allergens and what didn't. The portions are generous and the staff is very pleasant :)

15/05/2026: We came with friends on May 15th; it's best to book ahead as it gets busy. We had pork cheeks with a waffle for dessert, all accompanied by bracine (a type of sausage). Very good quality for a reasonable price, a great time!

05/12/2025: I’m very disapointed as I took « la sole meunière » which happened to be extrememy small, served with 2 small potatoes for 42€. The place is nice, the people as well, but please upgrade your fish quality ….
