07/08/2024: We went there 2 days in a row. 1st day we tasted the beef tab, a pure delight and great value for money and a very good andouillette. The next day we had the delicious frog legs. In addition, the restaurant staff are very friendly, very welcoming. The ice creams are also very good. Open for lunch during the week. Possibility of making a reservation in the evening from 20 people. I recommend this restaurant

24/09/2024: Sulla strada di ritorno in Italia, usciti al casello di Riom, abbiamo scelto l'Envolée per le ottime recensioni. Ci aggiungiamo al coro di lodi: molto cortese e simpatico il personale, molto d'atmosfera l'ambiente. Noi abbiamo scelto, per motivi di tempo, solo un secondo di carne con contorno in cui tutti gli ingredienti erano ottimi. Breve sosta, quindi, che ci sentiamo di consigliare vivamente a tutti coloro che in viaggio si trovassero dalle parti di Riom.

12/08/2024: Au cours d'une cure thermale, nous avons très vite sélectionné cet établissement, nous prenions plaisir à nous arrêter chaque jour, au bar en terrasse ou pour déjeuner. Les patrons très sympathiques sont très professionnels, l'endroit est agréable. La cuisine, à base de produits frais de la région, est au top et les babas au rhum à ne pas manquer... Les assiettes sont copieuses et les tarifs très raisonnables. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de cette belle brasserie et de ses agréables tenanciers.

07/08/2024: Meals taken on the terrace for two Saturday lunchtime with prior reservation. Pleasant welcome in all simplicity. Little wait from starter to dessert outside the restaurant with people for 2 very pleasant and helpful waiters. Home-made meal. Delicious. Good value for money. We can't wait to come back. Long live this inn as there are few these days.

03/09/2024: Hotel very well located in Bourboule. Shop nearby and close to sporting activities and visits. Good welcome. I haven't tried the breakfasts.

02/09/2024: Lack of empathy and business sense. We booked a week in August. Emergency hospitalized on the way to vacation, we notified the hotel to cancel the first two nights and leave the possibility of re-renting our room. It turns out that the hospitalization lasted more than 10 days, therefore complete cancellation. We would have liked that faced with the situation and our good faith (hospitalization papers sent by email) the hotel and its director showed proof of understanding and empathy and withheld only 30% of the total amount from us or offered us a other dates while they were quick to withdraw the full amount from us and no longer responded to us.

25/08/2024: Exceptional! Warm and friendly welcome from Thierry who, in the dining room and in the kitchen, does absolutely everything. The short menu is created with passion. The products are fresh and local. The dessert was very delicate. An author's table, atypical, authentic. A rarity.

25/08/2024: We felt like we were with friends in the living room. With friends with very, very good food. Definitely an evening to remember.

23/10/2024: Endroit à éviter, il y a tellement mieux a Clermont..... L'happy hour ne vaut pas le coup. C'est cher et en plus, c'est fade. Le cidre est sans intérêt. J'ai pris des tapas (poulet pané) à 6 euros et voilà ce qui est arrivé. Je vous laisse juger, personnellement je n'ai même pas les mots.
