07/09/2026: The owner refused to serve me a coffee I'd paid for by card, then a glass of water I'd requested in 30°C heat: he sent me to the water fountain in the Jardin Lecoq instead of serving me. I can understand certain constraints, but the way he treated me was inhumane. The service needs improvement.

17/06/2026: I discovered this brasserie and I love it! The food is very good, the daily specials are varied and appetizing, and the desserts are decadent. The service is very pleasant and the person who served us was very attentive. I highly recommend it!

10/09/2026: Worth a stop. Looking for a restaurant on our way to our holiday destination, we stumbled upon this place. The parking lot was quite full, with lots of company and construction vehicles—reassuring! We tried the generous daily special; we'll have to wait for the à la carte menu, which offered a tempting selection of dishes, for another time. A lovely terrace is accessible from the dining room. Don't be fooled by the exterior.

15/09/2026: A must-try! I hadn't been to OMG before. The welcome from a charming person was delightful. My friend and I had an aperitif at the bar, and we were offered some savory snacks. We sat down on the patio, which was perfect. A cool, shady, and peaceful spot. We ordered the set menu. An appetizer of two slices of country ham and a slice of melon was very tasty. Then came beef Stroganoff served with homemade fries: delicious. My friend had a floating island dessert, and I had a chocolate tart, both accompanied by coffee. We also ordered a bottle of Saint-Pourçain Rouge "La Ficelle." The whole thing came to €64, which is very reasonable for the quality of the meal. As we were leaving, we bumped into the chef and made sure to congratulate him. We'll be back with others because this restaurant deserves to be better known. They only serve food at lunchtime, but the bar remains open the rest of the time.

14/05/2026: Hello, Lunch stop on the way to Thiers - Warm welcome and friendly atmosphere - Quick and attentive service - Reasonable prices Traditional French cuisine with fresh ingredients, authentic flavors, and a well-balanced salad dressing. The pork curry was excellent. After a 4-hour drive, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. I highly recommend it.

17/05/2026: +: A hotel at the foot of the mountain passes, well located. A spa and swimming pool that are a welcome treat after a day in the cold Auvergne weather. A hearty breakfast, good croissants. Bike parking. Owners who are accommodating to large group bookings. -: Basic but clean rooms! A cold welcome and patronizing, almost inappropriate remarks. Sometimes you get the feeling you're intruding even when members of the group ask "normal" questions (like the cold shower water...). It's a shame, because the setting is lovely.

13/05/2026: Fantastic welcome! Excellent food, fresh and generous portions. The waiter was very attentive and gave excellent wine recommendations! Very reasonable price. The room was superb, and the swimming pool was a real bonus. Thank you for your hospitality, I'll be back!

27/09/2026: We ordered entrecôte for around €21, but received the "flank" for €14. When we ordered, we were told that each weight of the listed entrecôtes was only available once. We then ate the flattened and tough "flank" with half-cooked fries. After we finished, other guests were served beautiful, crispy seared entrecôtes, just as one would expect and want. And countless pieces of meat were being served to various tables... so there was no limit anymore?! 🤨 When we asked what the other menu item was, we were told it was the same thing... sometimes pounded, sometimes not. Surely not, since when do you pound entrecôtes into tough, fatty, and flat pieces...??? We wouldn't come back here and feel cheated. The service was friendly enough, or rather, not really friendly... The background music was nice.

26/09/2026: I ordered an entrecote and received tough, barely edible meat. When we pointed this out to the server, we received a funny reply: "The meat was pounded."

20/08/2026: The galettes are really good and generously filled. I make my own batter, and here we rediscovered the true taste of a galette made right in front of you. A very friendly welcome; it's a young, lively place, and the food is delicious. We'll gladly return on our next trip to Clermont-Ferrand.

09/09/2026: The food was very good. However, the all-you-can-eat flammekueche deal needs to be reconsidered. It's not right to force an entire table to order it and then refuse it to others. It should be allowed even if only one person wants to try it. If someone comes alone, can they try it, or do they have to come with a group? By imposing these conditions, you discourage people from coming back and give the impression that you don't want them to order this deal.
