13/05/2026: Disappointed with the service and experience. Not even a greeting during check-in – and if you're like us and end up in a room next to the kitchen, it's as if you're part of the kitchen staff. In short, it's not a hotel, but rather a restaurant masquerading as a hotel.

15/01/2025: We used to come to St-Tropez for walks, often accompanied by friends and we never missed our part of Tropezienne! We came back a year ago. Oh! Surprise ! We are served water, not fresh in cardboard glasses on a not very clean table upstairs. We repeated the experience last Sunday January 12. There were 3 of us. Long service for portions of Tropeziennes and a portion of frangipane. Still not fresh water and next to my seat, a broom lying with a pile of crumbs!! Very dirty toilets from floor to ceiling, a broken paper dispenser...etc. 8th piece, portions of pastries served at the table for 4e70 to take away! A scam! We will never go back there again, and establishments like this should be checked more often! But we are in ST - TROPEZ
05/01/2025: I went to the famous pastry shop “La Tarte Tropézienne” and I couldn't help but try their iconic dessert, symbol of Saint-Tropez: the Tarte Tropézienne. Each bite was a journey between the softness of the brioche, the creaminess of the cream and that perfect sugary touch. You immediately understand why it is so famous!
The welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff made the experience even more pleasant. If you are in Saint-Tropez, this stop is absolutely unmissable to discover the true flavor of local tradition.

01/04/2026: The service was horrible, we waited almost 2 hours to get our food, there was a lack of seasoning in the pasta and the shrimp was raw, 7€ for a Coca Cola, the mussels are served with unseasoned McDonald’s fries.

17/04/2026: A COMPLETE SHAME - AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT
A very disappointing experience.
We paid €63 for three aioli dishes (€21 per person), but the plates were mostly composed of vegetables (carrots and green beans), with only two shrimp and a very small piece of fish. The price did not seem to reflect the quality of the food.
When we asked for an explanation, the exchange with the staff went very badly. The tone quickly escalated, and we felt uncomfortable and pressured, which is regrettable in this type of situation.
We also noted a lack of communication with management, which did nothing to calm the situation.
Following this experience, we have taken steps to report the situation to the relevant authorities.
We therefore leave with an overall negative impression.

08/11/2025: Shameful! I made a reservation for my birthday, it was confirmed, so I arrived on time and on the day I booked, only to find the restaurant closed. There were no signs, no posts on their Instagram mentioning the closure, especially since the reservation had been confirmed by email and text message.
Thanks for ruining my birthday!
27/10/2025: I had reserved a table via the website. Reservation confirmed. We showed up on Sunday, October 26th, and what a surprise. It said "closed." I don't know if it's permanently closed.
We had to find another solution.
And to top it all off, this morning I received a message asking how my meal went. It's better to laugh about it...

12/05/2026: No friendliness, unpleasant experience.
I just saw the other reviews on the site, and now I understand why!
We received a very poor welcome: an irritable waiter, unpleasant remarks as soon as we arrived, and a thinly veiled threat regarding a camera supposedly monitoring the alignment of the chairs on the sidewalk. What an atmosphere! And the bill wasn't any better: a friend paid for all the drinks at the table, then another friend was apparently charged a second time by the owner (our friend paid in cash)... There aren't 300 tables, and he must have seen that the table had already been charged.
At this rate, you could quickly become a millionaire 💶
Transparency is clearly not their strong point, nor is communication!
And to top it all off, a slice of lemon was charged at €0.30... they might as well have quoted a single price. Even if everything is imported to Porquerolles, that doesn't excuse such an unpleasant welcome.
🪶In short, a place where seagulls aren't the only ones getting fleeced.
Do as you please, but we refuse to be mistreated as customers!

If I had read the reviews earlier, I would have known not to go there...
I therefore do not recommend this place.

05/01/2026: It's a shame that this bar/restaurant has the best view of the port because the service is deplorable, the manager is a prison guard, never friendly… I came 3 times to have a coffee on the terrace giving him "the benefit of the doubt" but I never got a smile or a hello 😂 This time was the last time, I recommend the café next door!
08/12/2025: The waitress on duty that morning was disgruntled and disrespectful because she didn't have change for 20 euros and tried to get all high and mighty! Talk about driving customers away! Maybe she has a libido problem? And then again, given her size!
I don't recommend this establishment because, judging by the reviews, this kind of behavior is commonplace.

21/04/2026: We stopped by this charming village while passing through, nothing to complain about, the service was especially warm and impeccable, the sandwiches were perfect for a snack and very satisfying!
19/04/2026: Not a good experience for us. We purchased a small box of chocolates one week for 39 euros. We were charged 49 euros for the identical box a week later, but did not realize it until I saw the charge. When I later asked the proprietor about it, she just shrugged her shoulders. It wasn’t until we opened the box that we also realized it must have been an older box. It was Easter time, so the shop was filled with Easter chocolates. Should have paid attention that there were only the 3 boxes of chocolate off in the corner.

10/04/2026: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We wanted to have a nice romantic evening... Unfortunately, it was a complete disaster. A disgrace. Nothing here is fresh, nothing is cooked properly, everything is expensive, and the staff (an unscrupulous and dishonest old woman) should consider a different line of work. We ordered two paellas and a bottle of white wine (the white was very good), recommended by a kind waitress. Anyway, back to our paellas, let me tell you, they were worse than the paella from Marie's supermarket. Tasteless, unseasoned, dry, hardly any chorizo, the mussels had clearly been reheated several times given their dryness, and to top it all off, two sad, tired-looking shrimp were placed on top. In short,
a scandal, a disgusting meal to put it politely, and to top it all off, no compensation whatsoever despite us discreetly mentioning our complaint and not even eating half the plates. 90 euros down the drain. So if you want to have a good time, just walk 20 meters further; there are some great restaurants just a short walk away. I sincerely hope they get a health inspection soon, and if they do, they'll surely go out of business. I respect the restaurant industry more than anyone, but some people without passion or love for cooking, and who lack respect for their customers, don't deserve to be in this profession. Stop taking people, especially tourists, for fools. Everyone will be better off.

18/02/2026: A HYER RESIDENT'S REVIEW
It had been years since I'd stopped by the old BDS (the sports bar back then 🙃). And, being from Hyères, I don't usually read bar reviews. Well, from today on, I can tell you, thank goodness for social media.
I'll never again stop for a coffee in a bar where I haven't read the reviews.
As soon as I sat down, a waitress (maybe the owner) started making a constant racket with chairs, rearranging them, and approached the customers to say: "Two coffees? Is that right? You see, I'm a fortune teller... One coffee? That's right, you see, I knew it..." This woman would then throw at each customer: "So, one coffee is that right??" The nerve!
Seriously, where am I? In a bar, at 10 a.m., what does she want?
People come in and order two whiskey and cokes??
These people absolutely don't deserve to work. It's obvious I'll never set foot in that establishment again, and I'll be posting all about it on social media.
PS: FYI, the coffee costs 2 euros.

22/02/2026: Disappointing. There were six of us, most of us drinking beer. Two people ordered water early in the evening and were asked to leave, even though we planned to continue drinking. A complete lack of business sense.
08/02/2026: A very bad experience at Le Terminus bar.
The owner, Fred, gave me a very poor welcome and made comments that I clearly perceived as racist, even going so far as to tell me I "didn't belong." I felt humiliated and discriminated against, which is completely unacceptable in a place that's supposed to be friendly.
On top of that, the food was frankly awful and in no way justified the price.
I will never go back and I strongly advise against this establishment.

Brasserie Café de la Gare

12/09/2025: I went to this brasserie because the station restrooms were closed and I was in an emergency situation. I politely asked if it was possible to use the restrooms, to which I was told, in a very cold tone, that they were reserved for customers and that I had to consume. So I offered to have a muffin to comply with the rule.
I was then told that the restrooms would be blocked for 5 minutes. I agreed to wait, but I ultimately noticed that the manager was taking his time putting away umbrellas and cleaning up, while there were still customers seated. This gave me the feeling that they were mainly trying to discourage me rather than actually enforcing a rule.
I fully understand that an establishment reserves its restrooms for its customers, but it is also possible to express this with a minimum of kindness and consideration, especially when a customer is making the effort to consume. The attitude adopted in this situation was neither welcoming nor professional.
06/09/2025: Breakfast for €6.90! Hot drink, freshly squeezed orange juice, pastries, toast with butter and jam! TOP!
