23/04/2026: Honestly, the grilled octopus and cuttlefish were amazing. There were four of us.

17/04/2026: A COMPLETE SHAME - AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT A very disappointing experience. We paid €63 for three aioli dishes (€21 per person), but the plates were mostly composed of vegetables (carrots and green beans), with only two shrimp and a very small piece of fish. The price did not seem to reflect the quality of the food. When we asked for an explanation, the exchange with the staff went very badly. The tone quickly escalated, and we felt uncomfortable and pressured, which is regrettable in this type of situation. We also noted a lack of communication with management, which did nothing to calm the situation. Following this experience, we have taken steps to report the situation to the relevant authorities. We therefore leave with an overall negative impression.

22/05/2026: We were welcomed into this restaurant after 9 pm on a Sunday evening during the off-season, without a reservation, unlike the neighboring fish restaurant. The quality of the food was perfect! Very fresh products and generous portions. Furthermore, the service was very quick and pleasant. Well done! We will definitely be back soon.

20/09/2025: For a seafood meal, the island's beautiful harbor offers magnificent evening views. The daily menu is not always available. Clothes are required in the forecourt and in the restaurant.

09/06/2026: The pizzas were good, but the lemonade wasn't really lemonade. It was draft lemonade, more like 7 Up than real lemonade with a lemon flavor.

05/01/2026: It's a shame that this bar/restaurant has the best view of the port because the service is deplorable, the manager is a prison guard, never friendly… I came 3 times to have a coffee on the terrace giving him "the benefit of the doubt" but I never got a smile or a hello 😂 This time was the last time, I recommend the café next door!

08/12/2025: The waitress on duty that morning was disgruntled and disrespectful because she didn't have change for 20 euros and tried to get all high and mighty! Talk about driving customers away! Maybe she has a libido problem? And then again, given her size! I don't recommend this establishment because, judging by the reviews, this kind of behavior is commonplace.

06/05/2026: If I could have given it zero stars, I would have! The owner is incredibly unpleasant and rude! Plus, the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. This establishment doesn't deserve to stay open. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

25/04/2026: Market day, prices go up!! A hazelnut spread is €1.90 on the menu, but the waitress charges €2. A pastis is €3.90 on the menu, but the waitress charges €4.50. I must look like a tourist!

31/05/2026: We ate at L'Emblématique Gorille. Fast service, friendly staff, I recommend it.

19/05/2026: Price not as advertised. Small quiche €7.50 (not €5.50 as advertised). Unethical practice and a surprise on the bill.

05/06/2026: When you have a terrace this big, you can afford to hire an extra server. There's a waiter and a waitress, completely overworked, running from table to table; we really feel for them! Making money is good, but thinking about the staff, and by extension the customers, is much better. Think about it!!

24/05/2026: Really disappointing experience. The mustard sachets they gave us were expired, which is honestly unacceptable in a restaurant. On top of that, the waiters were rude and seemed annoyed the whole time. The atmosphere felt very unwelcoming and the service completely ruined the meal. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

12/09/2025: I went to this brasserie because the station restrooms were closed and I was in an emergency situation. I politely asked if it was possible to use the restrooms, to which I was told, in a very cold tone, that they were reserved for customers and that I had to consume. So I offered to have a muffin to comply with the rule. I was then told that the restrooms would be blocked for 5 minutes. I agreed to wait, but I ultimately noticed that the manager was taking his time putting away umbrellas and cleaning up, while there were still customers seated. This gave me the feeling that they were mainly trying to discourage me rather than actually enforcing a rule. I fully understand that an establishment reserves its restrooms for its customers, but it is also possible to express this with a minimum of kindness and consideration, especially when a customer is making the effort to consume. The attitude adopted in this situation was neither welcoming nor professional.

06/09/2025: Breakfast for €6.90! Hot drink, freshly squeezed orange juice, pastries, toast with butter and jam! TOP!

22/02/2026: Disappointing. There were six of us, most of us drinking beer. Two people ordered water early in the evening and were asked to leave, even though we planned to continue drinking. A complete lack of business sense.

08/02/2026: A very bad experience at Le Terminus bar. The owner, Fred, gave me a very poor welcome and made comments that I clearly perceived as racist, even going so far as to tell me I "didn't belong." I felt humiliated and discriminated against, which is completely unacceptable in a place that's supposed to be friendly. On top of that, the food was frankly awful and in no way justified the price. I will never go back and I strongly advise against this establishment.

27/02/2026: No taste, no feeling. Broken toilet flush, impossible to flush, no hygiene whatsoever. A restaurant to definitely avoid!

09/11/2025: We went twice, once on a Saturday lunchtime in October and again today, Sunday lunchtime, and we found the door closed, even though there is no sign indicating that it is closed, so what's going on?

19/10/2025: We were very, very disappointed... The starter: a plate of charcuterie: two slices of rosettes and a slice of coppa, oily and clearly out of date! The fat was definitely grayish/green! I pointed this out to the waiter, who replied, "Well, it came straight from the fridge!" And left... Of course, I didn't eat it (for fear of getting sick). Then the main course: a piece of meat from the butcher (tiny, shriveled because it was full of sinews... in short, inedible... And for dessert: Tropésienne (a 3 cm slice cut from a supermarket Tropésienne) as dry as if it hadn't even been made that day! And when I went to pay at the register, I saw the cook taking the money and cooking again without washing his hands! What's more, I saw behind the bar counter, two plastic bins containing (stale croutons and green salad) out in the open, less than a meter from a trash can, with a simple fan to blow on them! If you don't want to get SICK, move on...

19/04/2026: Tourist trap... a real shame because the location is nice. After 11 am, they stopped serving coffee... I settled for a so-called "naturally brewed iced tea" which was attractively served in a tea press with a few tea leaves to create the illusion, but when you looked at the bottom, it was simply syrup, all for €5.50. The smoothie, meanwhile, had no taste, certainly not made with ripe strawberries. Moreover, the music was very loud for 11 am 😑 The only consolation: the waiter was smiling and friendly.

12/01/2026: I really enjoyed it. There was a waiter there too, I think his name was Akram. I don't remember if he still works there, but he was really nice.

20/05/2026: On holiday in Cap Esterel, we came to eat here on our first evening. We weren't disappointed: good food, good cocktails, and professional service. We recommend it. 😊

08/05/2026: Thanks to this restaurant for introducing me to animal cuisine; digestion was quick, and I'm even writing this review from the bathroom… Exorbitant prices, cold dishes, gray chicken, and a wait worthy of a nightclub. At least the card machine works! In short, avoid it at all costs; I wouldn't even recommend it to malnourished people.
