19/05/2026: We just spent five incredible days celebrating our wedding in this serene setting. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Sandra, who was always attentive to our needs, as well as by the entire team at the premium chalets. We stayed in the large chalet with a spa, a true haven: perfectly equipped, impeccably clean, and designed to make you feel right at home. The comfort and tranquility of the place allowed us to fully enjoy every moment. The wedding reception and brunch were masterfully organized by Joy and her team. Everything was absolutely perfect: the meal, the atmosphere, the welcome, and everyone's helpfulness and professionalism. Thanks to you, we experienced a stress-free wedding and were able to fully enjoy this unique moment. A huge thank you to the entire Hacienda team, as well as to Mr. Patrick Philibert, for their kindness, attentiveness, and the exceptional quality of service provided. We will cherish wonderful memories of our stay and wholeheartedly recommend this place 🤍 Harmonie and Yann.

30/07/2026: The food was great! Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy dessert. The bill was served to us along with the dessert, without us even asking. No one seemed to care about our empty glasses; we weren't even asked if anyone wanted another drink. Our seats were needed because there was already a line of new customers outside the restaurant. This left a very negative impression. Almost like being thrown out! Even though we ordered 10 main courses plus several drinks!

30/07/2026: The food and atmosphere were very good, but unfortunately everything is based on a quick-service approach so that new customers can take their seats. That's exactly what happened to us, almost like a polite but firm nudge.

20/10/2025: I had the great pleasure of discovering this establishment during an after-work event, and I was absolutely delighted by the welcome, the service, and the quality of the platters. 🥰😊🥳 Following this very positive experience, I returned for dinner with my family, and it confirmed my first impression. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦👍🤩 The quality/portion/price ratio is excellent. 💯👏😋 The dishes are tasty and generous. 😋🤤🥳 The cocktail menu is as incredible as the cocktails we tasted. 🍹🍸😍 We really fell in love with the popcorn margarita! 15/08/2026: A pleasant experience, efficient and friendly service. It's a shame the mashed potatoes served with the rosemary chicken weren't up to par (probably powdered). However, everyone (5 at the table) was happy with their meal.

14/08/2026: Disastrous! A very cold welcome, a very long wait just to have a drink with my wife and children. I really don't recommend it; the bar next door was able to accommodate us that same evening. Avoid at all costs...

07/01/2026: We came for a hot chocolate and had a wonderful time at M5. The team was fantastic, managing a fall outside while also assisting customers inside. They were incredibly friendly. The hot chocolate was indulgent and delicious! A huge thank you, with a special mention for Jay 😉

06/07/2026: Average service, no thank you or goodbye at checkout, and no soap in the restrooms. I do not recommend it.

11/08/2026: La Ramade is no longer the semi-gastronomic restaurant I knew 20 years ago, but the prices are still the same, which is a shame. I will keep those good memories of the past when the service was impeccable and the food worthy of the name La Ramade.

10/08/2026: I absolutely do not recommend this place. The wait was incredibly long between the starter, the main course, and even dessert… I ordered meat and they didn't ask me how I wanted it cooked, only to end up with meat that was practically raw. Overall, the food was not very good.

09/03/2026: The manager is not the same anymore, everything used to be excellent, today I ordered everything was overcooked, disgusting, avoid at all costs, get the spring rolls at Hyper U, they are better.

01/03/2026: Delicious and generous portions, a friendly atmosphere, and very kind and smiling staff. I recommend it 100%!

15/08/2026: The place is nicely decorated and quite well lit. The staff is rather friendly. I've eaten there a few times and found the food very good and plentiful. Plus, it stays open quite late, which is convenient for night owls. Looking forward to seeing you again.

13/06/2026: A very bad experience. We came with friends simply to have a drink and a good time, but everything went very wrong. The waitress was unfriendly and came back four or five times to ask for our order again, as if she hadn't even written it down. Furthermore, on three separate occasions, she told us that some of the cocktails or spirits we ordered weren't available, even though they were listed on the menu. The most disappointing part was the wait: after 40 minutes, we still hadn't been served. Faced with this lack of organization and consideration for customers, we finally decided to leave.

05/05/2026: Extremely expensive. No flavor. No pizza, no kids' menu. Tagatella served in a small ramekin like mashed potatoes. Incorrect billing at the point of addiction. Honestly, I'm in the food business. Avoid at all costs.

26/02/2026: What generosity! Thank you to the owner and her daughter for welcoming us with such kindness. The food is so carefully prepared. The crepes are amazing!! Thank you so much, we'll definitely be back!

10/08/2026: Flunch, good service and as for the pizza, the chef Nico prepares them well; he's a good salesman, a good guy, simply.

06/08/2026: The staff were friendly, but that's not enough to mask the extent of the culinary disaster. I'd rather eat in a Third World canteen.
