14/08/2024: Pour le 15 août 2024 nous avons voulu réserver une table de 8 personnes , le patron a voulu un acompte que je devais lui verser, j’aurai dû faire 80 km pour lui verser cet acompte! Il a été incapable de prendre une empreinte de carte bleue!!!! Il a conclu en nous disant que si nous étions pas contents qu’on aille bouffer ailleurs!!!!! Franchement le terme "bouffer" pour son restaurant veut tout dire, je lui réponds que nous n’avons pas gardé les cochons ensembles. Merci pour l’accueil ! ME FAVRIN
11/08/2024: Accueil de la patronne a revoir! A la carte moules frites, pâtes, salades, plat du jour. Nous avons commandé deux salades (entre autre) dont une n'a pas pu nous être servi car trop de travail pour le cuisinier qui est seul. Prétextant qu'il y a un manque de personnel (ce que je conçoit) il a fallu changé notre choix. Au vu de la qualité des plats c'est abusé ! Des bolognaises servi comme a la "cantine", des beignets de calamars 7 anneaux pour 12,50 EUR, de la salade en sachet avec des morceaux de poulet séchés . bref une très mauvaise expérience, que je ne suis pas du genre a mettre des avis

15/08/2024: Unable to respond to your comment, I am responding here, on my review. Regarding my comment posted 10 days later, I remind you that some people are on vacation. If I hadn't been sick, we simply would have never returned and would have kept our opinion to ourselves. I appreciate, however, that you would rather judge my personality than bring up the fact that one of your customers was sick all night after eating your meal. Food critic or not, you should focus on the real problem rather than the superfluous. This applies both to my review and to the quality of your dishes. Review: What a disaster! Absolutely avoid, you will find much better elsewhere. Our experience at the Spinaker only got worse. From the moment of booking, things got off to a bad start: three days before our visit, no confirmation. The same day, we called to learn that our reservation for 7 had never been recorded. We should have known that a restaurant with so many seats available was not a good sign. When we arrived, the staff were far too relaxed for an establishment of this standard. We move on, given the season, and order. The quality of the dishes is mediocre – frozen rather than fine cuisine? In a place that is supposed to be famous, I order scallops, convinced that I am enjoying myself. But they are overcooked and I can't even finish my dish. The worst? It wasn't the cooking, but the spoiled food. Result: an extremely sick night. At 500 euros for 7 people, this is unacceptable. Reading other reviews, this is not the first time rotten food has been served here. Your level is dismal, and a report to the hygiene service is necessary. I hope this is an exception, but I advise you to quickly pull yourself together and remove the 2020 Michelin emblem – you are no longer up to it.
15/08/2024: A very good dinner for this unfortunately rainy evening of August 15. The team was very responsive and got us back inside very quickly. Very good meal, and the lychee/rose dessert was excellent 👍. Great experience!

21/08/2024: Accueil proche du néant… Il est 20h00 je souhaite commander à manger,2h00 d’attente pour commander des pizzas… il faut revenir à 22h00 mais quelques jours avant je suis venu à 22h00 et la cuisine était fermée. Le service serait peut être mieux en février ?
14/08/2024: A fuir.habitues depuis 20ansavecSonia et Antony. Quelle tristesse .prix exorbitants..raps plus que médiocre. Bonjour l'accueil avec la responsable de la caisse. Prend les clients de haut dis à peine bonjour. Devrait changer de travail. Nous avons vraiment perdu le soleil du boucanet

28/05/2024: Air conditioning was not working yesterday May 27, 2024 It was terrible heat in the rooms 25/26 degrees and if we opened we were eaten by mosquitoes…. We had reserved 11 rooms and the same observation for all!!! The students at the top, very professional and pleasant unlike the receptionist who was not a student and extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. Unanimous observation…. (Monday May 27 at 4 p.m.) The catering is excellent value for money.

01/09/2024: Last night, we had an absolutely deplorable experience at the Ô Panda restaurant in Nîmes. We were a group of six friends, and despite booking in advance, the service turned out to be a complete disaster from start to finish. When we arrived at 9:45 p.m., we were seated at our table and the waiter came to take our drink order. After an interminable 20 minute wait, our drinks finally arrived, but again, nothing went as planned. Instead of the Monaco I ordered, I was served half a peach with strawberry syrup on the side, a clear error. In addition, the lemon beer that we were expecting turns into a simple 50 cl beer, without any trace of lemon. Faced with these errors, we politely point out the problem to the waitress who, instead of apologizing, allows herself to laugh and openly make fun of us. She then goes back to the bar to correct her order, but returns with a Monaco without lemonade (so, not a Monaco) and another FuzeTea instead of beer. This situation is becoming ridiculous: after 40 minutes of waiting, we still haven't received our drinks correctly, and we haven't even started eating. When we were finally able to start our meal, after so many adventures, a waitress came to our table after only 15 minutes to ask us if we had finished with the salty, because she was about to remove everything. We reply that we are not finished yet, but we are ready to move on to dessert to make it easier for them. Barely two minutes later, she comes back, interrupting us in the middle of our discussion to urge us to move on to the sweet stuff because she had to remove everything. His intrusive and unpleasant attitude, after the multiple service errors, really exasperated us. We expressed our displeasure by letting him know that we had never been treated like this in a restaurant. His reaction? No apology, nothing, other than a casual "Ok fine, do that" when we told him we would rather leave than suffer this unacceptable treatment. In addition to this deplorable service, the quality of the all-you-can-eat buffet also left something to be desired. The bins were almost all empty, and nothing was restocked. For a restaurant that prides itself on offering all-you-can-eat service, this is simply unacceptable. In conclusion, Ô Panda in Nîmes is a place to avoid at all costs. Between disrespectful service, repeated errors, and a dismal buffet, this establishment has clearly lost the sense of hospitality and respect for customers. A real shame.
01/09/2024: Hier soir, nous avons vécu une expérience absolument déplorable au restaurant Ô Panda à Nîmes. Nous étions un groupe de six amis, et malgré une réservation effectuée à l'avance, le service s'est avéré être un véritable désastre du début à la fin. À notre arrivée à 21h45, on nous a installés à notre table et le serveur est venu prendre notre commande de boissons. Après une attente interminable de 20 minutes, nos boissons finissent par arriver, mais là encore, rien ne se passe comme prévu. Au lieu du Monaco commandé, on me sert un demi-pêche accompagné d’un sirop de fraise à part, une erreur manifeste. De plus, la bière citronnée que nous attendions se transforme en une simple bière de 50 cl, sans aucune trace de citron. Face à ces erreurs, nous signalons poliment le problème à la serveuse qui, au lieu de s'excuser, se permet de rire et de se moquer ouvertement de nous. Elle repart ensuite vers le bar pour corriger sa commande, mais revient avec un Monaco sans limonade (donc, pas un Monaco) et un autre FuzeTea à la place de la bière. Cette situation devient ridicule : après 40 minutes d'attente, nous n'avons toujours pas reçu nos boissons correctement, et nous n'avons même pas commencé à manger. Lorsque nous avons finalement pu commencer notre repas, après tant de péripéties, une serveuse se présente à notre table au bout de seulement 15 minutes pour nous demander si nous avions fini avec le salé, car elle s’apprêtait à tout retirer. Nous répondons que nous n’avons pas encore terminé, mais que nous sommes prêts à passer au dessert pour leur faciliter la tâche. À peine deux minutes plus tard, elle revient à la charge, nous interrompant en pleine discussion pour nous presser de passer au sucré car elle devait tout retirer. Son attitude intrusive et désagréable, après les multiples erreurs de service, nous a vraiment exaspérés. Nous avons exprimé notre mécontentement en lui faisant savoir que nous n'avions jamais été traités de la sorte dans un restaurant. Sa réaction ? Aucune excuse, rien, si ce n'est un "Ok très bien, faites ça" désinvolte quand nous lui avons dit que nous préférions partir plutôt que de subir ce traitement inacceptable. En plus de ce service déplorable, la qualité du buffet à volonté laissait également à désirer. Les bacs étaient presque tous vides, et rien n'était réapprovisionné. Pour un restaurant qui se targue de proposer un service à volonté, c'est tout simplement inacceptable. En conclusion, Ô Panda à Nîmes est un lieu à éviter à tout prix. Entre un service irrespectueux, des erreurs à répétition, et un buffet lamentable, cet établissement a clairement perdu le sens de l’hospitalité et du respect des clients. Une véritable honte.

01/10/2024: So the huge rant!!! We have been used to this restaurant for years, everything went very well until our last visit this Saturday evening.... To begin with, the waitress doesn't crack a single smile! Then follows the entrance. The bull terrine that was so good before was dry... unpeeled shrimp + an order error not returned Then here comes the bull gardianne.... it was rubbish the meat was full of fat... but above all the most scandalous thing was the so-called Camargue rice which was certainly in the less than the day before and had been reheated. It was so hard and yellowed that we thought we would break our teeth on it! We therefore ask to send the plates back, the waitress does so without saying a word or even an apology. We brought the plates back less than 5 minutes later without having taken care to give the plates back to the right people.... and this time the rice was so cooked that we thought we had mashed potatoes in our mouths! All this for a price that doesn't justify anything because the quality is no longer there!!! I was going to forget the 4 unfortunate little pieces of bread for 6 people which were still half frozen in their hearts...... Never again!!!! GO YOUR WAY FOR US THIS RESTAURANT THAT WE LIKED VERY MUCH IS OVER!

29/08/2024: we stayed for 3 nights in the “la provençale” room. The priory is very well located: near the Domaine de Bres where we were going for a wedding, next to the Ceze for a little swim (access next to the wash house), the Sautadet waterfalls, the restaurants of Goudargues (the terraces of the tavern and tapas bar are friendly) small towns which are worth the visit (la roque sur Ceze, uzes,...). Eric, a discreet host, kindly welcomed us and advised us on restaurants and sites to visit. he was flexible regarding our departure time. Small, clean room with separate toilet and toilet and a pretty terrace which overlooks the roofs of the priory. TV, air conditioning, fan: everything was OK. The priory is authentic, full of charm and very pleasant. Breakfast consists of pastries, breads, jam. A bit simple for fans of buffet-style breakfasts. it is served in a charming vaulted room. The whole thing is aging (painting, swimming pool which leaves something to be desired, terrace furniture) which is a shame.
26/08/2024: Magnificent building, in a hamlet near the river. An old stone house with character. UNFORTUNATELY : -The bed and pillows were not comfortable. -the shower was half in the dark. -no shower gel/soap -a broken flush button -no air conditioning or fan (in this heat, we had to sleep with both windows open and were suddenly woken up by the neighbor's dog) -breakfast with supermarket products.. not great croissant, sour orange juice (not the taste of freshly squeezed juice!) -obvious lack of cleanliness. -and I made a reservation for €92, the manager wanted to charge me €97! I had to show my reservation on the phone so he could give me the right price. Too bad because the place has a lot of potential!
