04/06/2024: Meal 45€ for Mother's Day excellent. Very great quality wines you have to know how to appreciate. Take your time for 3 to 4 hours at lunchtime. Count aperitif and wine per person see below. The wine list is superb. Reservation: ask for the menus. For Mother's Day we only had one menu, which we were able to modify for dessert.

01/04/2024: We had a great time in this restaurant. The dishes are prepared with fresh produce: a real treat. The welcome from Tania, the owner, was great. We will come back without hesitation.

18/06/2024: Hemos comido aquí varias veces y estamos más que contentos con el servicio y la calidad de la comida. Buena relación calidad-precio. Este era el más ocupado que habíamos visto el restaurante y estaban sentados en un anexo lateral, pero esto no hizo ninguna diferencia en la comida. Solo un pequeño comentario y es que la calle. Jacques estaba demasiado cocinado y de mal gusto. Aparte de eso todo estaba bien. Sin duda volveremos a ir.

13/04/2024: Je n'ai rien à dire des plats proposés.ce qui m'a gêné c'est que les serveurs peu courtois,dont un avec casquette débarrasse et emmène le contenair à poubelle dans la salle où nous mangions .les carafes d'eau pleines étaient posées près des verres usagés.le propre et le sale mélangés.Non ,nous ne reviendrons pas dans ce restaurant

01/09/2024: Very good value for money. Very well preserved and upgraded old structure. Silent. Impeccable welcome and service. Air-conditioned room with good bedding. Very clean. Very good breakfast.

13/08/2024: For our stopover to Spain we stayed at the Hotel La Valaurie. A beautiful, secluded hotel in nature with a special charm. The dinner offered was excellent. The hotel is also ideal for exploring the region. Thank you very much, we enjoyed it very much.

06/09/2023: Burnt burger bun, asked for rice, was served fries because the kitchen was supposedly closed and they were out of rice. Ordered a coke, I received a glass with sugar around it, I initially thought it was decorative, in fact no it was well stuck sugar probably dating from a while ago, so we wonder how the dishes are made. Anyway, fifty minutes of waiting for that, very disappointed.

06/09/2023: Unwashed salad, burger bun burned on top, wrong dish three times, we received the starters with the dishes so that he could close the kitchen as quickly as possible so the customers eat cold, and finally the pizza was closer of the sole of a flip-flop than a crust topped with a mushroom and half a piece of flip-flop. Fortunately the server was friendly although overwhelmed. To run far away and change the kitchen "staff" as soon as possible, we don't ask to eat bocuse but at least eat something edible, a salad, wash for example.

29/08/2024: we stayed for 3 nights in the “la provençale” room. The priory is very well located: near the Domaine de Bres where we were going for a wedding, next to the Ceze for a little swim (access next to the wash house), the Sautadet waterfalls, the restaurants of Goudargues (the terraces of the tavern and tapas bar are friendly) small towns which are worth the visit (la roque sur Ceze, uzes,...). Eric, a discreet host, kindly welcomed us and advised us on restaurants and sites to visit. he was flexible regarding our departure time. Small, clean room with separate toilet and toilet and a pretty terrace which overlooks the roofs of the priory. TV, air conditioning, fan: everything was OK. The priory is authentic, full of charm and very pleasant. Breakfast consists of pastries, breads, jam. A bit simple for fans of buffet-style breakfasts. it is served in a charming vaulted room. The whole thing is aging (painting, swimming pool which leaves something to be desired, terrace furniture) which is a shame.

26/08/2024: Magnificent building, in a hamlet near the river. An old stone house with character. UNFORTUNATELY : -The bed and pillows were not comfortable. -the shower was half in the dark. -no shower gel/soap -a broken flush button -no air conditioning or fan (in this heat, we had to sleep with both windows open and were suddenly woken up by the neighbor's dog) -breakfast with supermarket products.. not great croissant, sour orange juice (not the taste of freshly squeezed juice!) -obvious lack of cleanliness. -and I made a reservation for €92, the manager wanted to charge me €97! I had to show my reservation on the phone so he could give me the right price. Too bad because the place has a lot of potential!

11/05/2024: Very nice discovery this afternoon, in the middle of the Uzès market. Cerise is very kind, sunny and smiling. The focaccia was delicious, not to mention the dessert, for me a walnut tart 🥰🥰 a lunch treat. Thank you girls, top service. Kisses the tourist from the north 🥰😘
