01/09/2024: It is newly renovated, although there are things that still need to be corrected, our air conditioning did not work properly, it looks old, the colors of the façade should change, dark gloomy tones, it gives the feeling of entering a prison with bars

26/08/2024: Value for money is great. It is a low cost solution after all. We needed a place to sleep for a night on the way to the Alpes. The only notable problem was there is only one place to plug in to charge a phone and it was in the bathroom.
23/08/2024: Rooms: tidy and clean, excellent for the quality/price ratio
Restaurant: ate well, spent little, and the owners were very attentive to service

06/09/2024: We spent 2 nights in this hotel enjoying the peace and quiet and a swimming pool.
Which doesn't spoil anything, this hotel also has a very good restaurant, in any case the best among those we tried in Bagnols sur Cèze
Staff available and welcoming.

Commande de 3 cocktails et 3 plats de moules frites. Nous avons été servis sur des set de tables en papier reutilisés : traces de nourritures et verres dessus et froissés. Les cocktails étaient sans alcool, la pain rasi (de la veille), les frites réchauffées et les moules non nettoyées et à l'eau ! Serveuses peu agréables car pas envie de travailler.
A fuir absolument !

08/08/2024: Deplorable kindness! Arriving on time to collect our pizzas, we received neither a hello nor even a glance. After waiting more than 10 minutes, we were informed that the pizzas had been ready for a while already. It's a shame to see such a way of welcoming customers and handling orders. Fortunately, the pizzas are delicious, which saves our experience a little and prevents us from being totally disappointed with our expense.

09/09/2024: Formule à petit prix donc des le départ, on ne s’attend pas à de la gastronomie. on accepte la salade industrielle mal lavée, les frites surgelées et la ratatouille en conserve.
Par contre, oser nous demander la cuisson pour la pièce du boucher et voir arriver un malheureux bout de viande de 2mm d’épaisseur, c’est se moquer du client.
Nous n’avons pas lu les commentaires avant de nous attabler. Nous aurions clairement dû.
Pour le même prix il y a moyen de trouver largement mieux.

A lot of us arrived and we didn't even get a hello.
Then I ask for a glass of water which is basically a vital necessity...I was served a small 25 cl bottle at 3€ 3€ for water.
After we asked a couple of similar things we picked up winds or thoughts.
Very bad atmosphere between the waiters and waitresses.
In short, a lot of negative things to say.
To flee!

22/09/2024: Really very disappointed because today we ordered online in our hamburger we found very green tomatoes and in addition in our order we asked for additional sauces. Well in the end we didn't have any sauce or napkin.
18/09/2024: Clearly more and more expensive nonsense and the hamburgers are getting smaller and smaller. McDonald's is over for me. You pay for a 10-ball menu with a hamburger that is sold as large and well-stocked and you end up with something as small as a double cheese. Even my daughter's hamburger on her €5 menu was bigger. You really take people for idiots.
