26/04/2026: Such a sweet, authentic restaurant in the high Pyrenees mountains, in a small hamlet called Hautacam. We sampled local specialties like duck magret in honey-berry sauce and fresh fillet of trout. The incredible blueberry tart was worth the whole journey! And such a lovely staff as well. If you are going into the mountains near Argeles Gazost, try to visit charming place.

08/04/2026: Amazing service, easy to reserve, got the best table, we were allowed to bring our dog inside. The food was spectacular, also the digestive (we got a local recommendation of an Armagnac). Good quality, fresh, well done, amazing menus.

11/04/2026: Superb inn in the heart of the mountains. There's a large terrace with a magnificent view! Excellent service. Plenty of choices, the garbure (a hearty vegetable and meat stew) is delicious. Everything was very good, cooked with passion, using high-quality ingredients like trout and meats. Delicious!

11/05/2026: I'm writing about the experience we had at the restaurant today. The food was good, there's nothing to complain about. The duck was tasty, as was the appetizer, and the portions were large. Despite the high prices, the food is delicious. But the service is unprofessional and makes mistakes when paying, especially the waiter, a young main waiter man. We ordered a 250ml vine carafe, and the bill showed 500ml. I asked why I had to pay for 500ml, and the waiter said he was mistaken. Give us a larger carafe, and I should have seen it, and since we drank it, I should have paid. I don't know anything about carafe sizes! In other countries, you don't get it in carafes, but in glasses or bottles. Besides, it's his fault because he doesn't listen and makes mistakes, and ultimately, the customer ends up paying more than they should. Several customers before us also pointed out that he had calculated the bill incorrectly. The manager should either give him additional training or find someone more professional for the job. The food was tasty, but the service, due to the mistakes and the larger bill, unfortunately left us with a negative impression. People check the bills there !!!

01/05/2026: A timeless place, the restaurant with its traditional furnishings. The 1950s grocery store, perfectly preserved. The inn's hearty meal, rich in flavor and color, featuring only local products: cheese, charcuterie, duck, blueberry tart. Well worth the detour.

26/04/2026: I spent a night there after a grueling week of work and I was invigorated. The people are very nice, the owners are pleasant. In the morning at breakfast, I was welcomed by the restaurant owner with a breakfast that would make some hotels pale in comparison, along with a guided tour of the shop – pure bliss.

02/05/2026: We received an exceptionally warm welcome in a charmingly unique setting surrounded by antique musical instruments and vintage objects (including a remarkable 1952 "Paloma" moped!). The cuisine was perfect in every way, all homemade using local ingredients. We had lunch and dinner there twice and highly recommend it!

14/04/2026: Superb restaurant in Tarbes! If you stumble upon it by chance, you'll return with pleasure. The dishes are excellent, with plenty of choice, all à la carte, at very reasonable prices. You can create a meal for a small fee, or a little more depending on your choices! A large terrace welcomes those who want to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine, and there's a lovely dining room inside. I would describe this place as bistronomic, as there are dishes that would be right at home in a fine dining restaurant. There's a daily special starting at €12.90, and starters from the menu starting at €2.50. Fabulous desserts include tarte tatin (€4.90), homemade chocolate mousse, crème brûlée, and more. A special mention goes to the delicious confit lamb shank on a bed of crushed potatoes that we enjoyed for Easter; we hope they add it to their menu soon! The baby squid in their garlic sauce are a real treat! I also love their sweet potato fries—crispy and surprisingly not greasy at all! The excellent chef is quite the character! The waitresses and waiters are attentive and always smiling! It's a joy to come here, and keep coming back! I highly recommend this place.

27/03/2026: It's always a pleasure to return to this restaurant, as the chefs' inventiveness is unparalleled. From cocktails to desserts, everything is subtly balanced. The delicate Asian influences provide a constantly renewed delight. Thimothé's service is impeccable, elevating the dishes with remarkably precise and original wine pairings. A must-visit in Tarbes and the surrounding area.
