A very hearty and generous meal: soup, cold appetizer, hot appetizer, meat, dessert… You'll leave feeling more than satisfied! 😄 And all this at an absolutely unbeatable price. Personally, this meal brought back memories of my youth, those old-fashioned inns where you could eat simply, heartily, and with a smile. It's truly a pleasure to find this kind of place again. The service is brisk, efficient, and above all, very warm. The staff are lovely and really contribute to the atmosphere. In short, the kind of place we wish we saw more of: authentic, generous, friendly, and unpretentious. La Galette d'Or in Saint-Lary-Soulan... a fantastic crêperie, absolutely top-notch... a very warm welcome... fast service... buckwheat crêpes... dessert crêpes... lots of choices... a real treat... 11/09/2026: The food was delicious. They make the pizzas in a wood-fired oven, and as soon as you walk in, you can see them preparing and baking them. The drinks were overpriced (7€ for a large water, for example).

30/09/2026: On Thursday, July 23rd (not August 23rd 🙈 sorry), a reservation was scheduled for 1 p.m.... and a last-minute change of plans later.... A truly magical moment!! Despite being late for our scheduled arrival time, the establishment managed to ease the stressful situation (being late is never pleasant)... and it was hot! Pure bliss... to be in such an exceptional place. Everything was perfect! Not a single flaw. The welcome was elegant, the atmosphere imbued with a hushed tranquility (just the right amount)... When it came time to get down to business, it was a veritable explosion of culinary delights, both visual and gustatory – a special mention to the chef, BRAVO!!! ...the coherence between the decor, the quality of the dishes on a concise menu (there are no secrets...) where everything is made on-site..., and the wine list is simply "beautiful." Absolutely recommended. The owner is very friendly... In short, you can't help but love it!! You bring together refinement, simplicity, kindness, and culinary delight. L'Arpège has taken us on a journey through a succession of notes, both gastronomic and musical. A symphony... worthy of the greatest composers of the genre. Keep up the good work, you're at the top!!! Have a wonderful season everyone.

Returning to Tarbes every year, I was served by Adam, a genuinely kind and attentive waiter—truly nothing to criticize about him. The team and the restaurant are all top-notch. You can tell there's a great atmosphere within the team, and that's essential; this team doesn't forget it. 🙂🙂 Best of luck to everyone!
