24/09/2025: This family restaurant, run by the father and son, is a culinary gem. A unique dish is offered every day, with a different starter, main course, dessert, and a glass of wine for 17.50. The dishes are lovingly prepared using quality ingredients. Everything is fresh and generous. The dishes remind us of those our grandmothers cooked on the stove. I highly recommend them. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. My favorite in Tarbes if you really want to eat well, quickly, and deliciously! 🎉

21/08/2025: Store with exorbitant prices, complicated traceability, in the end, we're not really sure if it's better... Sustainable food, yes, meh... A frosty welcome, disorganized traffic... And I come back to the prices, a real joke. Moreover, "online shopping" is more expensive than online. So disappointing. The price-to-quantity ratio is ridiculous. To think that there are people filling their shopping carts in this store. Mind-blowing. I went to the supermarket further away where I filled a cart with plant-based products for a reasonable price and a satisfactory quantity. Never again Biocoop. 😅

29/01/2026: Very limited choice, nothing for vegetarians. We went on January 29th and there was absolutely nothing vegetarian to eat. Cold welcome. In short, it's a real struggle to find vegetarian food during the day in this village.

The rooms are also very nice; they're comfortable, and the bedding is of very high quality. A precious, rare, and unforgettable place. 12/02/2026: A very warm welcome, fantastic value for money! The steak was cooked perfectly, the lamb shank was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the homemade fries were delicious – a real treat! 15/01/2026: Friendly welcome, but overall not very professional. No prices for drinks or wine were displayed. In fact, we didn't see a menu. The meal was average (poorly cooked dishes, rare beef served medium-rare, rare duck breast served pink). The Landes salad consisted of chicken gizzards, ham, bacon, lettuce, and croutons. It was rather slow. The desserts were so-so. The floating island was not homemade (an assembly), and the chocolate mousse was runny. There was no bill, just a calculation on the phone! We didn't know what we were paying for or how much it cost. The experience wasn't unpleasant, but very average.

11/11/2025: My husband and I had a great time. The manager was very kind, we loved the decor, and the food was absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced! We arrived an hour before closing time, but the manager was still very welcoming.
