06/04/2026: On a weekend trip to Bagnères-de-Bigorre, We had dinner at 6:30 pm. The welcome was very warm, there was hardly any wait, and the dish was generous, beautifully presented, and delicious. The prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend this establishment 👌

14/08/2026: We had a delicious meal at this restaurant. We ended up here by chance because no other restaurant had any availability, but it certainly didn't disappoint! Beautiful dishes. The menu isn't too extensive, but I often find that to be a positive thing. All unique dishes or combinations. Everything was of very high quality and the plates were beautifully presented. We had a 3-course menu for €43 pp, which is really not expensive at all for what we got. If you just want a plate of fries and a large piece of meat, this isn't the place for you; this is more for connoisseurs. The only downside I found was the atmosphere; it lacked warmth, and was decorated quite "coldly." It is a hotel restaurant, so it isn't very large. However, it did look very clean and tidy.

01/02/2026: I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel. The welcome was excellent, the breakfast very good, the room (number 7) lovely, and a great restaurant recommendation just steps away. One small drawback: the hot water takes quite a while to reach the shower, resulting in a bit of waste.

13/08/2026: The pizzas are excellent and very generous. A nice little touch: we didn't even need to ask for a doggy bag, the waiter brought it right there in his hand.

13/08/2026: A fantastic spot in Saint-Lary. The pizzas are excellent, homemade, and the crust is perfectly crispy. I highly recommend the Pizzestrella – it's as delicious as it is beautiful!

02/08/2026: Great little venue. The manager was incredibly friendly and we had a fantastic evening. The comedian was amazing, I highly recommend it!

18/07/2026: Scheduled meeting time: 10:30 PM. At 10:45 PM, we are still waiting outside. It's 11:00 PM and the show still hasn't started. Don't make any plans afterward, or you risk having to cancel due to the excessive delay. The actual start and end times of the "show" can be helpful for all "clients" to plan their evening.

A superb hotel in a beautiful setting overlooking the Brèche de Roland – peaceful and serene. Secondly, congratulations to the Chef and his sous-chef; the cuisine was full of flavor and refined – a true delight for our taste buds. The breakfast was generous, and let's not forget the very pleasant waiter. We will gladly return; there is so much more to discover in this magnificent region of the Pyrenees. 20/03/2026: Extremely welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend it! It has a real family feel, you feel right at home. We had a mixed platter for around €20 and two cocktails, a mojito and a passion fruit margarita, both €9, which were very good quality. The service is incredible; if we could give it 6 stars, we would gladly do so (as a bonus, a small shot was offered by the customers, who were just as friendly as the staff!!).
