A variety of dishes and set menus are offered, with generous portions and dishes prepared with finesse. The pepper stew is so perfectly cooked that you can't even find the skin, the potato gratin has just the right amount of cream, and the mango sauce for the duck breast is an absolute must-try. I would advise ordering the rare escalope to fully appreciate it. And for dessert? The crème brûlée—melting, airy, and light, made by the owner herself—is simply divine.

14/05/2026: While passing through the region, we enjoyed some excellent draft beers, but we were disappointed by the €25 charcuterie board. It simply wasn't up to par (the pâté and chorizo ​​were entry-level); the sausage was somewhat redeeming, but in a region so rich in charcuterie, it's a real shame.

A superb hotel in a beautiful setting overlooking the Brèche de Roland – peaceful and serene. Secondly, congratulations to the Chef and his sous-chef; the cuisine was full of flavor and refined – a true delight for our taste buds. 20/05/2026: I booked for work and I absolutely loved this place. The food is delicious; even a simple burger becomes a memorable experience. The manager is incredibly attentive, and the server who works with them is very pleasant. Simply fantastic, and they can easily compete with some of the Michelin-starred restaurants I've eaten at. It's so refreshing to eat locally sourced food! The rooms are also very clean and well-appointed.

Very affordable prices, a daily special, a simple menu featuring locally sourced products, simple yet effective cuisine, and above all, a warm, friendly welcome, always with a smile. It has everything that makes a bistro charming: regulars, passersby, and a wonderfully convivial atmosphere where everyone mingles naturally. You feel right at home every time you visit.
