12/12/2025: Tourist trap - Arriving early (11:57 am), when there were still quite a few free tables, the team of old waiters, in the style of sad Parisian clowns, seated us in a drafty spot and rushed us out with, among other things, an unappealing paella and fries of the same ilk.

15/11/2025: I absolutely do not recommend this place. The servers are incredibly rude and only want customers to leave quickly. Rest assured, for me, that was the last time we'll ever go anywhere else.

02/03/2025: The manager is very nice but I came on February 25 in the off season and I think they save money in the low season because the temperature of the room at night was 15 degrees.... lukewarm water in the morning and evening..... not even hot.... towel dryer unusable.... in short and despite the excuses of the owner no discount or other offered... I will not come back....

01/03/2025: We spent one night in this establishment as a family of 5 and everything was perfect, the location, the welcome, the rooms, the bedding and the breakfast.

26/10/2025: Good food, fast service, not expensive (we ate for €30 for 2 people), and a nice atmosphere. There was a waiter who understood a little Spanish and was very attentive to us. Great place.

29/08/2024: I recently had the pleasure of dining at the restaurant "Le Navarre" and I must say that it was an excellent experience! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, perfect for a meal with friends or family. The staff was attentive and friendly. As for the food, every dish we ordered was an absolute delight. The ingredients were fresh and quality, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. In summary, Le Navarre is a place that I highly recommend to anyone looking to enjoy a good meal in a pleasant atmosphere. the restaurant is located on the main street going towards the Notre Dame de Lourdes sanctuary. The advice is to choose your time carefully, come a little earlier, this can really make the difference to fully enjoy the experience, or book.

20/08/2025: Stayed in early August. The room and bathroom were clean and equipped with all modern amenities, including a welcome folder with useful information for your stay. The restaurant is a real plus, with its lovingly prepared cuisine and breathtaking views of the valley. A 15-minute walk from the shops (but 2 minutes from the Luzea center or the Napoleon III Bridge and its bungee jumping), this hotel offers a peaceful base. You can be sure of a peaceful night's sleep after climbing the Tourmalet (and a good meal at the restaurant to celebrate!) Thank you to the team for contributing to this successful stay in the Pays de Toy!

20/08/2025: Rooms are mostly small and without views. The building is somewhat run-down but beautiful: the classic staircase, wide wooden planks, closet doors, and room doors are also attractive. Reception is often unmanned, though friendly. The price/quality ratio is not good. Good hygiene.

07/07/2025: For me, it's the best Tamil restaurant in Lourdes. I've tried a few restaurants there, but they all disappointed me. The dishes were well-cooked and of good quality. Fast service, no long waits. I recommend it, and if I'm ever in Lourdes again, I'll definitely return.

05/01/2025: Very nice hotel, the staff are lovely. We came at the end of December and the hotel was very well heated! The staff even kept our belongings for us on the last day so that we could go skiing in peace! I recommend ☺️

23/12/2024: Old fashioned hotel but really old! The rooms were not heated when we arrived, the radiators which really don't heat anything at all because they are so old fortunately they lent us portable hot air blowers!
