14/03/2026: The garbure was truly excellent! 👌 The foie gras starter was superb!!! The main course, duck confit, was absolutely delicious 😋 The local cheese was great too 👍 The homemade tart for dessert was yummy! Thank you for your warm welcome and a big thank you to the waitresses for the quality of service, especially considering how busy it was. Just remember to book ahead.

20/03/2026: As mentioned in several reviews, the service isn't exactly the establishment's strong point. I think you'd be treated better if you ordered the set menu, but at almost 3 pm, I only had a crepe, which wasn't bad, by the way...

09/03/2026: Loyal customer. This is the second time I've encountered problems. Conversely, oilseeds in the bins are more expensive. Oilseeds are tasteless and bitter. The quality of the fruits and vegetables is steadily declining… What a shame!

28/12/2025: After a cooking mishap with a vegetarian pizza, the owner offered to offer me a free pizza. This time it was perfectly cooked and delicious, thank you so much for this kind gesture, I highly recommend L’Epizzas 🤩

14/04/2026: Excellent bar and restaurant in Maubourguet. 👍 5 ⭐️ Right in the center on the plane tree-lined avenue. The welcome is warm and friendly, just like the owners. There's a lovely terrace out back for sunny days. For lunch or dinner, the portions are generous and excellent value for money. And they make great pizzas 🍕 to eat in or take away. What I love is the versatility of the place; whether you're alone, just passing through, with your partner, friends, or family, you're sure to feel welcome! 😊

04/04/2026: I've been going to Tarbes for 10 years, and these are the best sushi in the city. The chef is super friendly and welcoming, I've never been disappointed, I highly recommend them.

30/03/2026: I'm a huge fan of this restaurant. The sushi and other meals are fresh and delicious. Unfortunately, for the past few months, I've been receiving promotional emails offering discount codes. There's no way to unsubscribe from these emails, which is illegal. The emails were sent with all recipients visible! I've emailed them several times asking them to stop, but they continue. I even called politely and asked to be removed from the mailing list, "please." The response I received was, "Is that all you call about?!" in an extremely condescending tone. I keep receiving emails. Regardless of the number or content, they are illegal and must stop at the recipient's request. If this continues, I will take further legal action. I just want to explain common sense and respect to Mr. Benoît ***. I'm disappointed because this completely prevents me from returning to your establishment.

09/04/2026: We had a wonderful weekend at the Tivoli. The welcome was excellent, and the staff were friendly and very kind. The restaurant was simply perfect, offering unbeatable value for money. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

01/01/2026: A fantastic restaurant in the heart of Tarbes. The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly, with a special mention for the two young waiters/waitresses. The food was truly excellent, absolutely delicious; all credit goes to the chef who clearly has a passion for his craft. A wonderful New Year's Eve. Pictured here is the scallop with ginger/lemon sauce and vegetable risotto. A choice I certainly didn't regret, even though I'm a meat lover! Thank you so much!

18/12/2025: Our association, the Rotary Club of Tarbes, held our Annual General Meeting at the La Colonne restaurant. We had a wonderful evening with a very warm welcome, thoughtful touches that made all the difference, and delicious food. I highly recommend them; they are excellent at hosting groups.
