06/12/2024: The restaurant is simply amazing , great food for fair prices . The service is excellent as well. We were happily surprised and we enjoyed our meal .

10/08/2024: Two plum picks remain in Rennes after the disappearance of that of Saint-Grégoire. Two quality restaurants but which stand out for their menus and who knows what "personality", almost nothing which means that we can appreciate one more than the other. Does the one in Cleunay offer more refined food? Hmmm. Does the Cesson one make better desserts? Ahhhh. Is the Cleunay dining area warmer? Ohhhh. Does the Cesson terrace make all the difference? Phew. It's up to you.

25/06/2024: Best restaurant discovery and price/quality level...in France yes yes!! Gourmet, seasonal and innovative vegetarian cuisine! Super dynamic and smiling team, and beautiful atmosphere with a bright room and a corner dedicated to children. So nice to have you :) As we always want more... why not a caterer for meals prepared at lunchtime in the biocoop store to pick up in the evening?

07/09/2024: At Smok, we don't S'mok you! As soon as we arrived, without reservation, we were found a table for 2 people with a warm welcome. Delicious cuisine and very pleasant terrace on the banks of the Vilaine. Nice decor and top service.

02/09/2024: Nous avons découvert le restaurant à l’occasion de notre séjour à l’hôtel en demi-pension. Nous avons diné 4 soirs. Nous avons apprécié le choix changeant, les mises en bouche inventives et les délicieux petits fours pour clore le repas. Nous avons pu découvrir une cuisine gastronomique créative, gouteuse et digeste. De bons produits : poissons, viandes légumes et fruits, matières grasses et épices, bien préparés. Je retiendrai la mise en bouche à la courgette, l’Aiglefin Rôti en croûte…champignons de Paris, korma de chou-fleur caramélisé le merlu et ses délicieux légumes dont la carotte Anna l’Agneau de Pré salé très bien apprêté et entouré le cannelloni garni de champignons la remarquable Variation autour de la Fraise les délicieux petits fours On peut ajouter que la belle vaisselle est un plus pour l’œil Nous espérons renouveler l’expérience et nous souhaitons que d’autres puissent partager cette découverte d’un Nouveau Monde !

24/08/2024: Restaurant offering a beautiful view of the sea. Excellent quality of dishes. Professional service, pleasant staff. We did not give 5 ⭐️ because: - We would have appreciated that the water was served directly upon our arrival (as usual in a gastro restaurant) - The water arrives after the aperitifs and the wait is quite long. - Error (to their disadvantage) on the bill, we were honest enough to point it out and we would have appreciated a simple “thank you”

03/12/2024: Crêperie that has not evolved, preparations without originality, old-fashioned setting, refectory dishes, cacophonous atmosphere. Try another more current approach at any level like the Sarrasin creperie or Breizh café or St Georges in Rennes.

21/09/2024: Une adresse à retenir un accueil très conviviale le repas et délicieux un fois gras avec pain au figues extraordinaire et tout le reste et dans la même lancée donc parfait dommage nous sommes corse donc nous ne pourrons pas revenir aussi souvent que nous l’aurions souhaité mai si nous repassons. Nous reviendrons un grand merci a vous.

14/09/2024: It’s been at least almost 10 years since I’ve been back to eat at la petite flambée and frankly it was a great evening. I had a roasted Camembert as a really delicious starter but unfortunately I found that there wasn't enough bread to accompany it but hey there's the basket next to it haha. For the main course, I tried the really perfect Argoat andouillette, it had been a long time since I had eaten one this good with the fries on top which was exquisite. I had an extra Roquefort sauce but I think it wasn't the best combination with the andouillette but for the fries it's always art. For sure I will come back 😁

25/07/2024: Quite a really nice restaurant. Really, if you want a restaurant, either as a couple, on an outing or something else, I recommend it. No complaints.

09/11/2024: Very good little restaurant where we were very well received, the service is perfect...affordable price, you have the possibility between the daily menu at 19€ or the pancakes à la carte. I recommend it...enjoy your meal...
