12/12/2025: My experience at this establishment was extremely disappointing. The service was particularly poor: an interminable wait, a cold and unprofessional welcome, far from what one has the right to expect from a restaurant that presents itself as a high-end establishment. It's clear that the customer is not valued. No effort, no attention, no real desire to make the experience pleasant. This discrepancy between the projected image and the reality of the service is frankly regrettable. Based on my visit, I unfortunately cannot recommend this establishment.

11/12/2025: A remarkable location, friendly and smiling staff, delicious meals at an affordable price... what more could you ask for! I highly recommend this haven of peace.

01/12/2024: Experience for a service (1st lunch) - a Saturday - a room with around twenty place settings to serve. First difficulty: a very undersized customer parking lot means you have to find a place at the port or on the other side of the bridge (provided that no event activity is in progress - as was the case - on the day of the passage). The welcome was quick and we were quickly placed with the choice of the view of the Vilaine - it would be a shame to miss out on it given the atypical location of the establishment (old mill, hence its name). We had a la carte dishes. First odd: choice of food / wine pairing with the first glass served at the end of the starter - it's not great to enjoy it... for the choice of wines we stick to the starter / mid-range bottle at 20 euros. The two-glass option at 18 euros remains very profitable… in terms of margin. Arrival of the dishes a piece of beef fillet announced as beef cheek with precision we confirm that it is indeed fillet which seems surprising given the texture of the piece and the presence of numerous indigestible nerves. We appreciate that as an apology we are given the choice of the glass of wine or coffee offered. The cuisine is interesting despite everything with good choices of agreement / opposition in tastes. Surprising and nice. The prices nevertheless remained quite high given the general quality (see previous remarks) - 2/3 euros below would be more consistent with the general value for money. The children's dish from the menu does not suffer from any specific adaptation (be careful if children are sensitive to spices and other peanuts, etc.). Rather pleasant service staff. The wait in the dining room can sometimes be quite long even with few cutlery. Room for improvement to agree with prices. Airy room. Wardrobe - WC.

27/11/2024: Very good meal shared with family, refined quality cuisine. The staff is very professional and the setting superb. It was excellent and for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend 👍
