09/03/2025: First visit and we can't wait to go back, it's the best restaurant in Vitré! The starters (homemade foie gras and sea salad) were super good. The same goes for the dishes (beef fillet with cranberry sauce and duck breast with chouchen). The cooking, the flavors, the service, everything was perfect. The beef was so good that I ate half of it before thinking about the photo! No dessert because a cake was waiting for us at home, but we will come back to taste them with pleasure. 15/07/2024: Very nice stay at the Bel Air hotel. Quality services. The American motel type hotel is very nice, the room offered was super functional for us, a family with 2 children. The restaurant is also good, we ate very well there. The value for money is there. A big thank you to the managers, Lucy and Jérôme for their welcome, their availability and their sympathy. You can go there with your eyes closed...

15/04/2024: Located away from the expressway, this hotel has it all: easy access, wide car parking and the rooms are all on one level. The welcome is smiling and the managers available are very attentive. I regret not having been able to try the restaurant... I will do it another time because it is certain that I will return. If you go through there, the Bel Air break is a must...

The meal was a delight, of extraordinary finesse. We gave the chef a standing ovation. The service was impeccable. I can't say it better, it was fantastic. Another huge one for this fabulous evening. 01/12/2024: Experience for a service (1st lunch) - a Saturday - a room with around twenty place settings to serve. First difficulty: a very undersized customer parking lot means you have to find a place at the port or on the other side of the bridge (provided that no event activity is in progress - as was the case - on the day of the passage). The welcome was quick and we were quickly placed with the choice of the view of the Vilaine - it would be a shame to miss out on it given the atypical location of the establishment (old mill, hence its name). We had a la carte dishes. First odd: choice of food / wine pairing with the first glass served at the end of the starter - it's not great to enjoy it... for the choice of wines we stick to the starter / mid-range bottle at 20 euros. The two-glass option at 18 euros remains very profitable… in terms of margin. Arrival of the dishes a piece of beef fillet announced as beef cheek with precision we confirm that it is indeed fillet which seems surprising given the texture of the piece and the presence of numerous indigestible nerves. We appreciate that as an apology we are given the choice of the glass of wine or coffee offered. The cuisine is interesting despite everything with good choices of agreement / opposition in tastes. Surprising and nice. The prices nevertheless remained quite high given the general quality (see previous remarks) - 2/3 euros below would be more consistent with the general value for money. The children's dish from the menu does not suffer from any specific adaptation (be careful if children are sensitive to spices and other peanuts, etc.). Rather pleasant service staff. The wait in the dining room can sometimes be quite long even with few cutlery. Room for improvement to agree with prices. Airy room. Wardrobe - WC.
