The dishes are very good quality and delicious! Thank you because you bring a little bit of Italy back to Vitré and every time I go there, I have a great time.

24/05/2025: A stopover on the way out during our vacation in Finistère. We also stopped on the way back because we really enjoyed this restaurant concept. The welcome is very friendly. The dishes and desserts are excellent. Congratulations, girls!

21/02/2026: Incredible view. Very friendly and professional staff. The pool and spa have a breathtaking view. It's undoubtedly one of the hotels in Brittany with the most beautiful views. Clean hotel, very generous breakfast... I highly recommend it.

20/02/2026: As already mentioned, the hotel is just about adequate, nothing more. Only the location somewhat redeems it. On the other hand, the food is a complete disgrace—not to mention a rip-off. €44 for turbot that was clearly frozen, dry, bland, and completely tasteless. €27 for tagliatelle so overcooked (at least 10 minutes too long) that it turned to mush before it even reached the plate. A shameful dish that should never have left the kitchen. Despite our complaint to the waiter, not a single apology. And of course, no gesture of goodwill either. In short: mediocre food, exorbitant prices, indifferent service. A disappointing experience that completely ruined our stay. EDIT: Following your reply, there's no need to feign surprise. The recurring problems at the O'SENS restaurant are well-documented: 3.2 stars on Google, with a flood of reviews echoing my own. If quality were truly a priority, you would start by ceasing to try to do everything at once: a crêperie, a bar, and two restaurants all coming from a single kitchen—clearly at the expense of execution. This approach is more akin to industrial logic than to true fine dining. The result: mediocre, poorly executed dishes served at exorbitant prices. This isn't an accident; it's a direct consequence of your organizational structure.

20/02/2026: We came here today for a business meeting. We were literally thrown out. The behavior was very unpleasant. We were asked to leave so someone else could take our place, despite having already ordered drinks. This bar is to be avoided at all costs. I'm forced to give it one star because it doesn't deserve it.
