10/01/2026: Traveling for work, I've stayed in about twenty hotels these past few days. The Hotel Bel-Air definitely makes my top 3. The parking lot is huge; I was able to park my truck there. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped. There's even a small fitness room, perfect for a good workout breakfast. Well done and thank you!

We are always greeted with a smile and served professionally and promptly by the staff. My favorite is the crispy yellow curry chicken 🍛 The staff is very friendly, the service is quite fast, and the atmosphere is pleasant. I recommend booking for weekday lunch as it fills up quickly.

The waiter (the one with the big beard and glasses) moved the trash can with his hand right in front of me and then prepared the sandwiches without washing his hands, denying it instead of apologizing. If he does that in front of a customer, I can only imagine what else they might do. Unacceptable behavior and hygiene.

01/02/2026: I arrived, placed my order, and took a seat. My colleagues were served, followed by some of the cooks' friends and family. After waiting for what seemed like an eternity, I saw the cooks serving their friends and family before everyone else, knowing their orders were quite large. I thought they might have forgotten, but no. The cook looked at me and then at some people who had just walked in and were about to be served before me. Outraged, I complained, and my order took even longer. I was finally served after a 38-minute wait with a scalding hot dish. I figured that after such a long wait, the food should live up to expectations, but I realized the chicken looked more like grilled pigeon from a fast-food stand than actual chicken. I won't even mention the taste, which I imagine was the same as pigeon. (P.S.: Grilled pigeon probably tastes better.) I strongly advise against going to this establishment.
