02/11/2024: I advise you to go to Les Halles. Every time I order I wait 1 hour for my order and it ends up being cancelled. They have a phone number and charge 18 cents per minute so if you want to know where and what you ordered, they'll drain your money even more. Lack of respect, their customers are their wallets!

12/12/2024: There are times when we overlook mistakes, or when we don't take the time to leave a review, because to err is human, but tonight, you really did well.
Please note that order 9A00 22 dated Tuesday December 10, 2024 was a total fiasco.
I order in click and ready in the parking lot, being in a wheelchair, it was my friend who went to collect our orders. It has already happened SEVERAL TIMES that we have had to go to the counter because something is missing.
And this evening, as usual, there were (again) missing items. So tonight it was a bag of tomatoes, one of apples, a drink and a toy. All this for a happy meal, which means that I only had the sandwich.
My friend, realizing the error, friendly went to the counter to ask for the missing dues.
The employee at the counter received it by questioning her word, maintaining that he was sure he had put everything in the bag and insinuating that she had removed the missing food from the bag!
At this moment, my friend goes to pick up the orders received in the car to show her good faith (and that she is not A THIEF! We are talking about tomatoes, pieces of apple and a fruit juice + a toy)
To justify that the “error” came from her (LOL) he says that she moved the things in the bags (there was just one toy that had changed bags). Normal, because if you did your job well, we wouldn't need to move the items in the bag to check them.
My friend then explains to her that she just moved the toy and invites her to come and see in her car that she is not lying! The employee replies that that’s not all he has to do. And ended up giving him the apples and tomatoes. I point out that she must have insisted on having the toy and I didn't get my drink. (Unbelievable, but true)
So, I will let you congratulate this employee (blonde hair, worn long with a red tie), because thanks to him, we will never set foot in your home again.
And above all, don't come and tell me to call your number that I already tried to reach that same evening, because it is impossible to leave a message there.
After the manager's response, I expected nothing less than a blunt response, which once again proves the total lack of consideration of this company towards its customers.
10/12/2024: I came to eat there, potato nuggets, hamburgers…. Everything was cold, the waiter was in a bad mood I guess because he violently put the tray on the table, said “enjoy your appetite” and left straight away.
The people in the kitchen were chatting among themselves... while another rather well-looking gentleman was doing nothing apart from being on his phone opening Pokémon boosters, it would be a question of getting to work, McDonald's is above all a job not fun.
When I eat at McDonald's I mainly come here, I wouldn't go anymore if it's to see young people talking and having fun, just go to another fast food chain that won't serve cold or with missing food!!

Digital hotel. No reception. And yet they call to ask if everything is OK. Helped by Esther. Very attentive and professional, with an eye for the guest. Great room. No problems with the busy traffic
Room is spacious for 2. Could have received multiple stars if the shower wasn't so small.
Booked direct at Le Britannic!
09/09/2024: Very disappointed I wanted to reserve by phone a room for 1 person 1 night and was refused for the simple reason 2 night minimum for me. It was an unjustified refusal so I was with a competitor who received me well and no problem for it. 1 night

28/01/2025: We were served by Carmen, she is super nice, hot hamburger and fries. Very little waiting and fast service. Clean restaurant. I recommend. Once again thank you to Carmen.
26/01/2025: Ordered via a delivery provider and tested once.
Nothing to report except the cheddar and onion fries, not very appetizing. This is certainly more about the recipe than the McDonald's in question.

15/09/2024: We came to the drive-thru today, we ordered 2 cokes without ice, they gave us 2 ice teas with ice, we ordered a happy meal, they didn't give it to us!! We had to go and ask for it and the young man gave us an empty happy meal box, good joke! It's time to see your preparation teams again!
Fortunately the manager was responsive!

24/08/2024: Great evening spent with my girlfriend! The staff, whether it was the security guards, the bartenders, the cloakroom person or even the DJ (DJ ED) were incredible. I recommend you if you go to St Malo!
21/08/2024: if you are girls don't set foot there, we went by as a couple with a friend (18 years old), a man (33 years old) stared at us all evening, the bouncer although warned did nothing to help us, several people from the club asked him to stop but we were the ones who ended up having to leave after several hours, he was becoming aggressive. Really dangerous, it's probably someone who frequents this place often. flee.

15/08/2024: I went to eat today. I found two hairs in my sandwich because the employees don't wear gloves or caps. I spoke about it with the manager who jabbered a few words of French and did nothing for me because apparently I had already eaten the sandwich which was halfway through.
07/08/2024: Simply the best kebab I have eaten! The meat is excellent and the staff very welcoming. The prices are very fair for the quality offered. If you want to eat there, the setting is very clean and the service is really fast, so very practical! I strongly advise you to come there.

01/09/2024: We order very regularly (really! 1x/week at least) and if the products are good, the service really leaves something to be desired.
Delivery times are random (+2h30 this evening!!).
The restaurant is difficult to reach, sauces are almost always missing (although the spicy sauce is therefore optional!), when it is not a whole product. And when we call to ask about the status of the order, the shop offers to cancel it, so we don't eat, too bad for us!
When a product is missing, the shop indicates that it will reimburse us. However, this is a credit note since the amount is credited to the customer account.
In short..... the customer journey is clearly not up to the prices charged!

05/07/2025: I went to this bar with a friend today. We sat down and waited 25 minutes, but no one came to see us.
We went to the bar and saw that no one was there, and they told us, "Don't worry, we're coming."
We sat down again 45 minutes later, still no one there.
The terrace was almost empty.
Very disappointed.
23/06/2025: A great experience at Caliente!
The brunch is very nice, and their burger is truly delicious (soft bun, quality meat, crispy fries).
Despite the crowds, the servers remain pleasant and helpful.
A special mention goes to the waitress Enola, who, in addition to making the best café crèmes in all of Rennes, always welcomes you with a warm smile!

11/06/2024: Beyond bad, mussels reheated, dry and smelt like urine, massive over charge on a small beer, obviously how they make up the money on set menu (10 euros). It was really sad as we came here on the last evening of our holiday, we had such a lovely experience in all other restaurants visited, thus one was beyond awful. Do not waste your money!
08/05/2024: Very disappointed... Too much waiting... Only frozen... Molds almost all empty... No dessert because we waited 40 mins... don't overdo it, we won't wait any longer to get our damn dessert !! To flee ! Having subsequently fallen ill...

26/05/2024: Menu at €21.50 very good. We have been eating at this restaurant twice in a month, excellent scallops and well-prepared hake fillet. Choice of excellent crepes for dessert.
I was surprised to read bad reviews. In a brasserie a single dish already costs €21.50!!
We choose the mussel formulas when it's in season...and if we want fresh products we go to a gastro, it's not the same price!!!!

25/08/2024: Unfortunately completely disappointed with the hotel. It was visited as part of a bus trip, so we didn't choose it ourselves, otherwise we certainly wouldn't have stayed there overnight. The hotel is located far outside surrounded by ruins. The rooms were dirty, others weren't even made ready. A very unpleasant smell in the rooms. Broken curtains and mattresses. The bathroom was a complete disaster. Extremely narrow, old and above all unclean. That doesn't work in the bathroom at all. With blue light you could still see what the predecessor had left behind. We were lucky enough to have a desk and therefore a little more space; others, as written in some previous reviews, couldn't even unpack their suitcases. There wasn't really a closet, just a shelf, which we had to clean first. We were really considering moving to a nearby B&B. The next day nothing was done in the room, neither the beds, nor the cleaning, nor the trash emptied. Only when asked was the trash can emptied the next day and the towels changed. But nothing else. Lack of staff or not, and taking into account various standards abroad, none of this is acceptable. Especially when it comes to hygiene! Breakfast wasn't really good either, baked baguettes with some sausage and cheese. Only the croissants were ok. As part of the trip we had half board, i.e. dinner. A la carte might be better, but what we got was nothing. Goulash with pasta, meat with rice are really not a showcase for the otherwise highly praised French cuisine. Here, too, our expectations were NOT a 3-star menu, but down-to-earth good would have been nice. There were no vegetables or fruit for the entire 5 days. There were no alternatives for vegetarians or even an overview of the ingredients of the dishes. Unfortunately, many people today have to know what they eat due to allergies and intolerances. Staff overall not very friendly either. Drink prices are completely exorbitant. No response to complaints about fermented wine.
In general we had a feeling of arrogance and haughtiness. Unfortunately I have to write it so clearly! We would give the hotel a wide berth next time.
02/08/2024: Copy of email sent to general management
I am contacting you regarding the inappropriate behavior of the manager of this hotel.
My wife and I arrived at 4 a.m. Wednesday July 30, 2024.
We were greeted by the night watchman (after calling him on his cell phone, phone number being written on the door).
He was personable, pleasant and efficient.
He told us the price of the room was 45 EUR, then gave us room 104.
I wanted to pay for the room and give him my credit card and my ID, he told me that we could do that tomorrow at check out.
I took the opportunity to ask for the check out times, he told me 12 p.m. and that if I ever lingered a little, he wouldn't hold it against me.
He wrote my name on a post it with the rate and room number.
I asked him if the motorbike parked on the side near the entrance wasn't in the way, he told me it wasn't a problem.
I went to bed, it was 4 a.m.
When I woke up around 9:30 a.m. I went to reception and a lady introducing herself as the manager welcomed me.
I had 3 problems:
The post it with the price has disappeared.
I was asked for 55 eur instead of 45 eur, you will tell me it is only 10 eur difference but I insist on the principle...
She called me a liar and refused to contact the night watchman to ask him the question.
She took the opportunity to say: “It’s always the problems with you”.
This is the first time I have set foot in this hotel and in the region.
I dare to hope that this remark has nothing to do with any remark about my origins..
She immediately said that check out is at 11 a.m., I told her that I was planning to leave well before but that the bellman told me it was 12 p.m.
She then reproached me for having parked along the hedge near the front door even though I had asked for permission, that the vehicle did not obstruct access in any way and that it was for a safety issue. (camera in front of reception).
The director called me a liar on several occasions for these 3 points... I finally paid the 45 EUR with totally inappropriate remarks.
I had to move the vehicle.
I had to leave the room early even though it was planned...
I called back the night watchman who confirmed the 3 points stated above and who fully assumes his instructions and does not understand the actions of this lady.
Apparently this isn't the first time...
I am appealing to you to find out if the general management intends to do something about this.

So I pass on the dilapidation of the room, the separate beds, the cleaning ladies who speak out loud at 8:30 in the morning...
