10/06/2026: A super festive atmosphere after midnight where people sing and dance to music from yesterday and today. A young crowd that welcomes older women warmly. Arrive early to be sure of getting in.

21/05/2026: Ridiculous food, a mere centimeter of cream in the crispy rolls (photo attached), you might as well get a decent croissant from a bakery. The strawberry tea in the €5.50 set menu is ridiculously bad, it's literally just watered-down syrup, nothing more. I absolutely do not recommend it. To top it all off, the muffin is completely bland and overpriced for what it is, with very little raspberry and white chocolate. They're real cheapskates! Avoid at all costs!! P.S.: The blaring music is the highlight; you can't tell if it's a nightclub or a place to relax.

25/02/2026: Great experience! The New Yorker burger was delicious and the iced tea was excellent too. The value for money is fantastic; the only slight downside was the fries being a bit cold, but otherwise, I highly recommend it!

27/06/2026: Honestly, it had been almost a year since my last visit. The Big Mac was poorly made, the upstairs dining area was a deplorable mess with fries on the floor, and so on. The tables were sticky, so that's it. Goodbye McDonald's in Vitré, very disappointed!!!! I'd rather go to Burger King, even if it costs a bit more!!!!! And here we go again, I came back to see if the concept had changed, and it was the same story: a 30-minute wait, cold fries, and forget about desserts. (And then, "What a disappointment!") Very disappointed.

25/06/2026: First time at the McDonald's in Vitré, a little disappointed by the quality of service. I was looking for a table and all the others were very dirty, so I ran into an employee and politely asked her if it would be possible to clean my table. She replied, "Yes, of course, I'll be right back," and she never returned to clean it. I'm giving it 3 stars because, despite everything, the food was hot and the food was good.

07/04/2026: A pizza ordered at 10:30 pm, without even leaving my name, ready 20 minutes later, hot and still just as good: bravo!

18/03/2026: It doesn't even deserve one star. I ordered and never, ever received my order. I asked them for a refund, but nothing at all, so far. €48 down the drain 🤦🏾‍♀️ I hope you get what you deserve.

28/06/2026: One star for the meal, zero for cleanliness, whether it was the dining room or the toilets, which were even worse—unimaginably filthy! Shocking to see. A real appetite suppressant! The dishwashing area is good for recycling, but you have to be able to even empty the trays because they're so full, and you have to get close to them because they're soaked, dirty, and covered in food.

27/06/2026: It's simple... Just an appalling, incompetent staff who ignore you. No problem, luckily there are McDonald's everywhere... So this message is a universal warning to all future former customers: As almost all the reviews of this McDonald's demonstrate, go elsewhere. There are other places with people who will serve you and respect you like a real customer. Here, they don't deserve your time... Their motto is to be utterly incompetent.

25/02/2026: I don't know if she's a manager or someone else, but the little redhead with the bun speaks terribly to her colleagues, and then we're surprised when people burn out or refuse to work anymore. But from what I've seen with my own eyes among the staff, it's unacceptable; you can't speak to your colleagues like that.

06/12/2025: I live in Vernon, and the longer I wait, the more the quality of the food deteriorates... Once I got home, I discovered the fries were undercooked, soggy, and cold, even though it was only a 4-minute drive away... I threw them in the trash; it was impossible to eat; they were raw. The wait was long, even though there weren't many people at the drive-thru... It's a shame.

06/12/2025: I ordered a Golden 280 meal with ice cream on Uber Eats. Unfortunately, I never received the ice cream, the 280 didn't contain tomatoes or onions, and the ground beef tasted grilled and was indeed grilled, with no flavor whatsoever.

14/06/2026: Hello ladies and gentlemen Avoid this McDonald's! The restrooms are filthy, you can smell urine in the men's area. The staff doesn't say hello. The windows are filthy, full of fingerprints, and the fries are cold. Avoid it, go to Quick, it's better.

10/06/2026: I would never go down to a bar and leave a review, I'm not like that, but this is too much. The bar is superb, the clientele, the decor, well... I came in one day, I'd forgotten my bank card, I remember, I had a winning sports bet. I ran into a guy I know, I always invite him to my drinks corner. I told him, "Go on, give me two drinks, I'll pay you back tomorrow." He grumbled, so the owner asked how I was paying. Well, I explained it simply: I went to the smoking room and the bouncer was called to tell me the evening was over because of two drinks that he had to throw away or resell. But I have to tell you, at the bar, I spent a lot at one point, I went out every day, bought bottles every day. Anyway, zero respect. I'm not going to insult or denigrate it any more than that, but it really disgusts me.

30/05/2026: The service was quick, but that's the only positive point. They served us the worst fish and chips I've ever eaten: so dry they were hard to cut and chew, yet also very oily, and unfortunately, one piece wasn't fresh. The fries were industrial. And the dessert was too, even though we'd been assured it wouldn't be, but you could easily recognize the tasteless floating islands from Metro. We were very disappointed.

11/05/2026: This restaurant alone could destroy the image of French gastronomy in the eyes of a foreigner. The food is disgusting, and I'm sorry, but there's no other word to describe it: frozen and barely reheated (from the meat to the fries, including the fish and even the mashed potatoes…), supermarket guacamole smothered on top of bland shrimp… no one at the table dared to order dessert! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

25/02/2026: A huge thank you and congratulations to the manager who is currently (February 25th) in Laille, filling in for the absent manager. Finally, a competent and honest guy who takes responsibility and actually comes to see the customers when something goes wrong. Thanks again.

01/06/2026: I went to the drive-thru quite early (11:15 am). There was no one there, either in the parking lot or at the drive-thru. I was asked to wait. No problem. She was having trouble taking the order. I had to point out several times that she had made some typing errors. We paid. And then... After a 25-minute wait, she asked us to wait to the side. Since the car behind couldn't maneuver, I had to park in front, near the handicapped parking spaces. I got out of my car to go inside and get my order. I saw the employee preparing the fries for our order. She put them in her pocket and went back to the register. I approached her and asked for the order. She told me she had signaled to my daughter to come get it. My nine-year-old daughter! Anyway, normally when you're parked, they come out to give you the order. I was standing right in front of her. She still won't give it to me! She turns around and ignores me. So I go back outside and walk to the drive-thru lane! I ask her for an explanation about the wait. Especially since we have three best-of compilations. So nothing too crazy! She tells me she's all alone and that it's not her problem. In an extremely unpleasant tone. She really made me lose it! First the endless wait. Then the complete ignoring! Anyway. With her false eyelashes about to fall off and into the fries... Truly pathetic!
