11/03/2026: I'm frankly shocked by my experience at this McDonald's. I went in to eat, ordered a full meal, and when I simply asked for two or three extra packets of ketchup, I was told it cost extra. We're talking about ketchup... the most basic sauce you find in fast food. This is the first time I've ever seen this at McDonald's. In most restaurants, they gladly give you a few extra packets with your fries, because it's simply common sense and basic customer service. Refusing to do so just gives the impression that they're trying to save a few cents at the expense of the customer experience. This kind of policy is frankly ridiculous and makes me absolutely not want to come back. A small gesture like giving away a few packets of ketchup costs next to nothing but can make all the difference in customer service and loyalty. It's a shame, because this kind of detail gives a very negative impression of the restaurant.

20/04/2026: We went there with a group of friends and the waiter was rude to all of us. He complained about our friends who didn't want to order drinks (2 out of a group of 10). He seemed unwilling to serve us since the bar was empty, and it took him ages to come. Overall, an unpleasant experience; we understand why the terrace was empty.

18/04/2026: The waitress was very unpleasant. She preferred talking to her friends rather than working and insulted her colleagues and customers…

09/04/2026: Lol, never go there! I ordered a meal of 9 nuggets and fries, they were all rock hard and inedible. The nuggets were the same, and the wrap? Don't even get me started! The wrap bread was completely dry, there wasn't even any sauce.

20/02/2026: After numerous attempts to order delivery, we're disappointed every time. Order error, sauce in the ice cream. Ice cream barely filled. Delivery with someone just throwing the bag at us, and of course, no response from McDonald's, so we resorted to Uber Eats to get an explanation, a refund, and just to eat normally. Who told us to call McDonald's? 🤡
