09/10/2026: Hello, I celebrated my daughters' birthday at this restaurant, which I've known for years. Everyone appreciated the service, the exceptional quality of the food, the fresh produce, and the attentive, pleasant, and smiling staff. I recommend this restaurant 100%; for me, it's one of the best in Rennes.

11/09/2026: Really disappointed. I took the kids for lunch. We only ate leftovers. Everything was dry in the bowls, and many were empty. I wanted to get some beef to stir-fry, but I smelled a strange odor with the meat, and it had almost turned black. I'm really sorry, but things have changed compared to a few years ago.

25/10/2026: The crepes, service, and prices were all fine, except for the ice cream: €8.40 for two scoops!!! Admittedly, ice cream wasn't listed on the menu, but it's a complete rip-off. The ice cream is more expensive than the homemade cakes. I thought it was a mistake, but no!

06/09/2026: I highly recommend it, a very warm welcome, excellent food, you can feel the dedication! Very good galettes in St Malo.

30/08/2026: Absolutely disgusting. Avoid at all costs. If you don't like people who are just passing through your area, then you open a betting shop in the middle of nowhere and don't pretend to be a friendly place while you rip off your customers by tripling your prices after midnight when you think they're vulnerable. Shame on you, man! Change jobs, buddy, you're a disgrace to the profession.

12/07/2026: I was surprised by the quality of the food offered at breakfast and dinner. The chef is excellent and cooks primarily with local and seasonal produce! One small drawback: the rooms are very poorly soundproofed.

16/06/2026: May 2026. Hotel located on the outskirts of Rennes. They were painting when we stayed. It's a hotel that specializes in group bookings, like ours of 40 people. Dinner consisted of a salad with cheese and ham, tough pork loin (no one in our group could eat it) with spaghetti and vegetables, inedible green beans, and a cream tart. Breakfast was also very basic with little variety. The room was small, the bathroom spacious but old. They only provide one bath towel per person and no hand towels. The room fits a double bed with a comfortable mattress and pillows. It has something resembling a wardrobe, a table with a chair, and a window overlooking some hedges at the back of the building. As is common in France, the TV only broadcasts French channels.

20/09/2026: The interior is nice. The service is good. But the food is very bad. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Apparently, they prepare the ingredients well in advance to cater to the hotel's high demand. This affects the quality of the dishes. The recipe is fine, and the presentation is excellent. But the ingredients are stale. The vegetables are not al dente at all; they're significantly overcooked. The "new potatoes" were cooked in the morning and slightly reheated, apparently from the heat of the plate before serving. The beef had been in the refrigerator for a long time and had lost its flavor. The sea bass was either frozen or cooked a few hours before dinner and reheated just before serving. Don't ruin your evening with bad food. Look for a place with better reviews in Saint-Malo, or go ahead and try a larger store or bakery near your hotel.

06/08/2026: I ordered a three-meat taco (kebab steak and chicken tenders) with cheese sauce through Uber Eats. I couldn't tell if it was a kebab or a veggie sandwich (lettuce and tomatoes in a taco?). The sauce wasn't cheesy at all (it was just mayonnaise). I also ordered some chicken tenders on the side, which were pretty good, even if they weren't very big. Forget the taco and go for a kebab or a sandwich instead (you won't be surprised to find veggie options there).

27/07/2026: I ordered a two-meat taco, and honestly, it's the second-worst taco I've ever eaten. I'm giving it two stars because they're friendly, it's quick, and cheap, but don't go there if you're looking for a good kebab. It's okay in a pinch, let's say.

04/10/2026: We celebrated our wedding anniversary with a very good caterer, from the cocktail hour to the meal. The service was attentive and professional – highly recommended.

05/10/2026: This isn't the first time I've ordered from the McDonald's in Saint-Jouan, and it won't be the last! Every order I've placed has been perfect from start to finish. I work late hours, and sometimes when I finish, I like to grab a quick meal to take home and relax: fast, hot, and with everything you need. And above all, the staff are friendly, pleasant, and always smiling, even during the late hours. Even in the middle of the day, everything was perfect. Honestly, I'm not disappointed for a single second by this McDonald's; it's really well-run. A huge thank you to the team, who are absolutely fantastic! 💛 (See you soon!)

28/09/2026: Fifteen years ago, when I came here, we got sick! We went back, and we got sick again! Plus, there was a man on a call, and the owner came to tell him not to take any pictures (by 1 p.m. there was almost nothing left). In the restrooms, the tap water was white and not clear! Not to mention the hygiene of the toilets!

25/09/2026: There wasn't much in the bowls, all the dishes were reheated from lunch or even the day before... I had a terrible stomach ache when I got home, and it wasn't from being greedy... That says it all about the freshness...

13/10/2026: The restaurant has been beautifully renovated and the interior is truly magnificent. The fries are now piping hot when you get them. At first, that's why I stopped coming. 28/07/2026: Very affordable prices. Lots of good cuts. Long opening hours. Everything is delicious. The staff is very friendly. The prepared dishes like fajitas, lasagnas, etc., are also very good! I highly recommend this butcher shop, which is, in my opinion, one of the best in Dinard!

07/07/2026: What a welcome for a simple question! We came to buy a roast chicken that had made our mouths water. When we asked the gentleman in charge of roasting the poultry if he had any chickens left, a curt "NO," followed by "they're all reserved," quickly dampened our enthusiasm. Perhaps a "No, sorry, all the ones on the grill have already been reserved by customers" would have been more appropriate and courteous. We sensed a certain annoyance from this person, even though we had been very polite and simply wanted to buy the roast chicken. At least we know we won't be setting foot in that shop again, especially since we're new residents of Dinard. And dear sir, the season isn't over yet! If you're already on edge at the beginning of July... we feel for you, and perhaps it's not too late to consider a different career!
