04/09/2026: ⭐️⭐️ This is the third time this has happened to us… and it's always the same problem! We pick up an order at the Drive-Thru and, once we get home, we realize that an item is still missing. It seems that checking an order before handing it to the customer has become optional at McDonald's. Nothing is checked, or if it is, it's done very poorly. Yet we pay for the entire order, not just what they somehow managed to put in our bag. Three mistakes is starting to be a lot for a simple McDonald's order consisting of a Happy Meal and a Best Of meal.

03/09/2026: Order placed, almost my entire order is missing. I paid €40 for nothing to eat, and of course, since it was delivery, they're washing their hands of it. I've filed a complaint with the DGCCRF (French Directorate General for Competition Policy, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control) and on Signal Conso (a consumer protection website).

16/10/2026: A petite brunette named Lena, I think, if I remember correctly, because her colleague called her to tell her to hurry up, served my tray without a smile. She forgot the sauce, and when I asked her to add it, she tried to charge me for it even though she'd forgotten it. Arrogant, she walked around the McDonald's six times pretending not to see me. This isn't the first time it's happened. I don't recommend it.

11/10/2026: Service on Saturday, October 10th, around 8:00 PM: - Too much sauce in the sandwich - Did the sandwich get punched? It was completely squashed - Drinks didn't arrive because the server couldn't find us (we ordered via QR code and not at the kiosk because only two kiosks were working...). We had to go to the counter to ask for our drinks - Forgotten Blue Lock manga in the order - Fondue Sunday (because the server couldn't find our table) + no bag of peanuts The server's excuse, "I'm new," is unacceptable. Apologize and say nothing more. New employees are supposed to be trained beforehand. Too many mistakes in just one evening!

28/09/2026: I usually like this restaurant in Saint-Malo, and the service is generally very pleasant, provided by a friendly young man. This time, unfortunately, the welcome was very disappointing: the young woman behind the counter was unpleasant from beginning to end. Another thing that bothered me: the leftover ingredients were scraped from the bottom of the jars to fill my sandwich, which gave an unappetizing impression, especially when you expect a new and fresh product. The food itself was nothing special that day. Overall, it's still a good place, and I hope it was just an off day. I'll come back, but I hope to find the usual level of service. P.S.: Are the napkins extra? No napkins.

24/08/2026: It's very sad not even being able to choose what you're going to eat. I ordered my sandwich, and the man who served me even chose the type of bread and the ingredients. I wanted to add sauces, and he told me only one. I don't understand; it was a 30cm sandwich, yes, 30cm, and I couldn't even enjoy it. I think he must have eaten it because it was his choice and not mine. Disappointing!

23/11/2025: I went with my family. The service was quite fast. The food was good quality. And the service was friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant.

18/10/2026: This is the fourth time I've ordered from Uber Eats or Deliveroo, and each time something is missing. The delivery drivers tell me they only pick up the order at the store. I'm done ordering delivery; it's pathetic and there's no recourse.

13/10/2026: It's become too expensive, I don't go there anymore. A deluxe McMcDonald's sandwich costs the same as a homemade Breizliner kebab!

14/11/2025: My order was forgotten, and the product arrived improperly sealed. The wait was very long, and the staff offered no apology or compensation. I recommend the other Columbus stores in Rennes.

22/09/2026: This McDonald's is unbelievable: always double-check your orders. For some reason I'd love to know, they always forget one or two items in takeout orders, sometimes even half the order...

21/09/2026: The toy in the Happy Meal was forgotten, and when I asked for it, they gave me an old deck of cards instead of the figurines advertised everywhere. Misleading advertising.

27/08/2026: Cafe well located however the coffee at €1.80 is disgusting and undrinkable.

06/07/2026: I've been going there occasionally for about fifteen years, much less often now because the portions are much smaller than before, and the food isn't as good—it's really basic. Meanwhile, the prices have gone up! And the waitress isn't very friendly. Not pleasant at all. It's the complete opposite of how it used to be, really! Disappointed.

09/10/2026: Thanks to David on this lovely evening, who, finding that we had been disrespectful during our drive-through order when one of our items was forgotten, took it upon himself to try and give us a life lesson on our attire and our behavior when we were simply trying to collect what we had ordered.

09/10/2026: David, the manager, is acting like a cowboy because we left an order in a car. He claims we were disrespectful to his teammate because we were joking around, when we were just joking amongst ourselves because we were drunk, not making fun of her. Stop acting like the sheriff over a forgotten order, especially when nobody was trying to be disrespectful to anyone.

03/10/2026: By pure chance, we ended up in this restaurant—if I can even call it a restaurant, I'd say it's more like a canteen. Anyway, the prices were reasonable, and the menu looked quite appealing... Once there, we asked to be seated inside, but we were instead seated in a veranda with the door wide open, so it would have been the same as being outside. And what can I say about the main course? Two duck parmentiers! We wondered when they'd been made; even pre-packaged meals are better. Sure enough, we were sick all night with stomach cramps and vomiting... So, if I can offer any advice, keep going, and dear Mr. Manager, ask yourself some questions, because I see I'm not the only one complaining!

29/09/2026: Excellent food at fair prices. I recommend the cod parmentier, a generous portion served with a salad. The mussels are served with fries, which is exceptional as they are charged extra at €5 in other restaurants. Top-notch service. Smiling, friendly staff and quick service. Lovely terrace. I highly recommend this establishment.

16/08/2026: The salmon quiche wasn't good. Neither was the pain au chocolat.

02/08/2026: We stopped by for ice cream at 1:30 PM. The very rude employee told us, "Not all at once, please," without even saying hello. A complete lack of courtesy and a very unpleasant experience. The condition of the shop leaves much to be desired, with a awning made of laminate. We walked past again at 2 PM, and this same unpleasant employee had the nerve to say to us, "What does he want? Is he stupid or what?" Avoid this place; they need to improve their customer service and the condition of the premises.

01/10/2026: 280 inedible! The Coke was lukewarm and flat... The drive-thru service was mediocre and dismissive. And the wait? Don't even get me started!

28/09/2026: A very clean place. Efficient and friendly staff. A dynamic and professional server. For once, hot hamburgers and fries. Meat cooked to perfection.

12/07/2026: A truly unique bar. On the other hand, the bouncer at the entrance, bald and with a gap between his teeth (he certainly doesn't give them away), is incredibly unpleasant, bordering on rude. When we asked him why he was being so intrusive, he flashed us his security armband, asserting that he does what he wants. An inflated ego that frankly makes you want to turn right around and leave. Which is exactly what we did. The bouncers are driving customers away. Yet, we came with the intention of spending money and making a purchase. The bouncers need to be re-evaluated... A shame for the owners.

09/05/2026: Everything was perfect, excellent value for money, outstanding service, fantastic atmosphere – we recommend it 200%! We will be back!

04/09/2026: We do not recommend it. Slow service. Bitter waitress who didn't know the dishes she was serving. From appetizer to dessert, a total disappointment. The main course was a pasta bake without cheese, not browned, so... a dry and tasteless dish. The crème brûlée was good, but the ramekin was far from full. Once is enough, unfortunately. We left feeling unsatisfied.

05/07/2026: The products are of good quality (bread, pastries, etc.), but I no longer frequent this bakery, like many people around me. We all share the same observation: this haughty and incredibly unpleasant waitress, who radically changes her behavior and acts like the perfect saleswoman in front of her bosses, but when she's alone, she's disrespectful to customers, speaks to you with contempt, and shows no politeness whatsoever, not even a greeting. This inconsistent service has forced me to choose another bakery, like many others in the town. It's as if she's trying to bankrupt the business. I'll gladly return when this person is no longer there. Given the numerous complaints about this saleswoman in the town, it's perhaps time to take action to win back the dozens of customers who can no longer tolerate her haughty and inappropriate way of serving bread. She should be filmed to see the differences in service because it's truly unbelievable!
